Bought a new motorbike from Park Lane in March 2017 but due to a massive change in my life I unfortunately had to part ways with it in August 2017. Park Lane BMW helped me through the whole process with ease and the whole time I felt as if I was in safe hands. Duncan Bell arranged the buying back of my aforementioned bike and sorted me out the best that he could. I have now left motorbikes until it's a financially viable option again, but Duncan has made me feel like a valued customer and rest assured I'll be sitting on a BMW in the not so distant future. Thank you to Duncan and the rest of the team at Park Lane BMW - you do a cracking job!
