Ordered our Cedar Grove Hot Tub beginning of May, It was delivered as promised 3 weeks later.
Sales team were great throughout Order period.

we found Blue Whale online and were very impressed with the manner they did their business and kept us up to date on delivery schedules. The guys that delivered had to do so in appalling weather with no complaints (but some good banter between them) . We are very pleased with the spa itself and haven't had to call Blue Whale up on any aspect of it - a great indicator of it's quality

I took delivery of a Blue Whale Spa last July, the delivery and installation was a well organised and seamless process, the staff and delivery and installation team where polite, punctual and knowledgeable, providing me with the simple training required to maintain the equipment.
This maintenance has proved to be incredible simply, ensuring that I have enjoyed many hours of use of the spa.

Had my tub delivered yesterday , delighted with it! The process has been very easy from start to finish. The engineers were very helpful in showing me how to use the tub and how to use the chemicals. Without reservation recommend Blue Whale Spa (BWS) - When our old tub 'died' it was with extreme trepidation I started to check around for a replacement one. After a bit of searching i found BWS and started to check out the many potential replacement options - i found the website easy to use, informative and completely transparent. After a couple of days of comparing with other suppliers i bit the bullet so to speak and rang up. I was impressed with the professionalism, lack of 'pushy' sales and honesty in advice and after a while our shortlist was trimmed down to a tub we felt content with. As always, i elected to 'sleep' on it - again no pushy sales and no pressure to buy. A couple of days later when i was happy to commit i re-engaged and ordered the tub. Delivery date and installation was agreed and at a mutually convenient time. As that time approached further contact and discussion took place to ensure all was ready; whereupon the tub was delivered, installed, explained and left at the point of only requiring the completion of its heating cycle. Throughout the whole process, i was in control and at no time did i feel rushed or pushed into making the purchase. I have written this not because i needed to but because its easy to complain about a service but seldom do people take the time to be positive and explain why they feel such. Totally recommend BWS - in fact I have done and a friend is also now a proud and contented owner as well.

Had a query on the hot tub and phoned technical line, they were very helpful and talked me through . Great service.

Communication within the company was not exactly great, however when management are involved this get moved along pretty quickly., then they have a relapse and drop all communication apparently due to staff sickness!

Brilliant service and brilliant hot tub, picked it up and installed ourselves on because we had to get a crane in so for timing it was easer. Instructions clear and precise and when we had a slight problem after re-filling contacting Blue Whale was easy and they put us right very quickly.

I absolutely love my new hot tub. The customer service I have recieved has been excellent and the operators friendly and informative. The delivery guys were also very good and provided me with all the information I required in order to set up.my hot tub.

After the initial issue and e-mails over a 3 weeks, the Customer Service team took the time to pick up the phone and talk through the issue.
Once we discussed the initial feed-back the lady was very constructive and helpful and assisted in our original problem.

No reply and up-dates after 2 weeks either although 9 people from Blue Whale confirmed receipt of the e-mail and 4 of them deleted it without evening opening the contents!!!!!
We have had our hot tub for 4 years and have it service by BW-Spa every year.

We ordered this hot tub on line, and we were not disappointed.
The two guys who turned up to install the tub were fantastic. Due to an error by our electrician, they were patient and carried on with the job, when most would have left, after 2 buttered crumpets later, they completed the job and showed us how it all worked.
We couldn t have asked for a better service from start to finish, we love it, thank you.

We have had our Seascape II for a month now and is used daily. We can highly recommend both the product and the company. Bought my hot tub in November. The whole process from buying to installation was spot on. Very reasonable price for tub. Was delivered with 10 days and installed. Quality is very good. We love our hot tub! we use it everyday come rain or shine. It's a great family social point and great at night with the lights on :) It's easy to main (buy the correct chemicals and check regularly).

All I am saying is that you get what you pay for. Chinese tubs and unfortunately very poor quality. I had to insist on a full refund after 48 hours due to a multitude of faults. Have now purchased a Jacuzzi which is in a different league.

I have just purchased my second hot tub from Blue Whale after upgrading my tub upon moving to a new house. I have always found their service to be exceptional hence returning to them for my second tub. My hot tub was delivered on time from the given expected delivery date upon ordering. All my query s always dealt with and customer service has always been outstanding when I have been in touch with all staff both pre and post sale. The staff are always so helpful and friendly. After buying a 4 seat hot tub from a local company and the hot tub was not very good from start to finish. we got our money back. Blue whale was our first next Choice, recommended to us by a friend of ours.
On the way back from a break in Skegness late August 2018 we popped into the Nottingham showroom. The choice of Hot tubs in the show room was vast. From inflatable ones right up to the big swimming ones.
We were impressed by the choice of Hot tubs and we turned up with our 4 autistic children and were in no way made to feel uncomfortable or pressured to buy. The staff were welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable.
We opted in the end for a 6 seat tub with lights and a Bluetooth audio system which was at a great price and was cheaper than the 4 seat one we had first brought locally.
Everything was explained to us including running costs and what on site prep work would be needed before the hot tub could be delivered.
The delivery and installation of the tub was seemless and the installers gave us tips on how to maintain the water. How much chemicals to put in, how often to change the filters etc. Our tub is on our patio. With a gazebo over it.
The hot tub was delivered in September 2018 and I can hand on heart say its been the best purchase we have made. There isn't a day the children or us adults have not been in it. Even on the days in January when we had snow!!
With having autistic children the hot tub has really helped calm them down. The hydrotherapy definitely works and my bad back has been kept at bay too. Its nice to just be able to have a nice dip in the tub while enjoying a nice Jack Daniels at the end of the day.
In the past we had an inflatable hot tub and they are not a patch on a proper Hot tub.
Definitely get a proper hot tub and they are not as expensive as you might think.
We would recommend blue whale spa if your thinking of getting a Hot tub.
We will always buy from them and the wait times from purchase to deliver is not long as Blue whale manufacture the Hot tubs.

Excellent service from ordering through to installation. I received a call from Blue Whale within a couple of hours of placing the order to talk me through the order process. The tub was delivered and installed a couple of weeks later and nearly a year on it has been used almost daily. We'll have years of enjoyment for less than the price of a family holiday... worth every penny!

Ordered my 'Point Pleasant' Hot Tub from Blue Whale Spa last July, via Ebay. Had a few minor teething problems leading up to collection, due to payment methods but in the main the company were quick to resolve and easy to deal with. The Hot Tub itself is truly excellent, as were the chemicals that they provided with it. I would def recommend.

We had an inflateable Hot Tub for a couple of years and were quite happy with it, but nothing compares to our new one. Everything from our first enquiry to installation was very professional, the whole team were helpful & friendly. They answered all our questions and nothing was ever too much trouble.

We bought our San Pedro hot tub in June last year. It has been excellent; no operational or maintenance issues, it's easy to keep the pH balanced and straightforward to change filters and do regular cleaning. It's mildly awkward that, when draining the water, there are a few low points which don't drain fully, but this is inevitable given the shape of design and easy to work around. We are very happy with it and, from the depths of winter, eagerly looking forward to warmer weather when we can use it more.

We bought our spa from blue whale earlier this year, its the best thing we have bought! We use it most nights for half an hour or so and we love it. On a personal note id been suffering with back pain after changing my job role last year which involves alot of driving, but since we have been using the spa it has completely stopped, the other plus is it promotes conversation as its not a great idea to use your phone in a hot tub. The ordering over the phone is easy and the delivery guys were great, Buy one, you won't regret it

Good sales services and fast delivery. The hot tub is great quality and good product. Although, the shell was damaged in the corner on arrival. Engineers who installed it provided info to support team. Only negative experience I had was it took them 2 months to repair the shell and me chasing the support team for an update throughout the whole time. Support team need some improvement.

We purchased a hot tub from blue whale spa after doing a search on Google. I rang them and spoke to Lisa who was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable, I did however express my concerns about the negative reviews that had been left she reassured me that there had been problems bit all those issues had been addressed and were no longer posing a problem. We then visited the showroom and again met with Lisa. We were very impressed and thus ordered our hot tub from there on the service we received was second to none. The guys that delivered it and installed it were lovely we thought there was a problem with Bluetooth so they got onto customer service right away to book a service engineer but as it turned out we didn't need them as when we yrid it later we managed to get it to connect. I would highly recommended anyone that is thinking about acquiring a hot tub to visit blue whale spa. Thought they were exceptionally good value for money too. We purchased the Newport ||.

We bought a spa from BlueWhale through Costco. The delivery was pushed back, however we were informed up front, and given a new date which was kept. The young men who installed the spa were efficient, helpful and professional. I had an accident earlier and was using a stick, they repeatedly emphasised the need for care when entering or leaving the spa. As first time buyers, we are impressed how on any query we had customer service were helpful and polite giving appropriate advice. Good price but...

Hot tub is now working (heating but audio still doesn't work) after they missed the first delivery because our tub was 'broken'. We were told the night before they were due that they won't be delivering it.

All tubs made in China, I phone up post purchase to never be phoned back. Phone up again and the person you need is never available.

The Tub we do have had a crack on the inside panel (not visible on outside), was glued back together not even replaced.

I just called regarding the control panel and yet again I'll be phoned back, 2 days later still no call regarding the panel.

Dan the engineer is spot on but it's a shame with the service at the office and overall procedure and quality.

They'll also tell you there Google reviews aren't genuine, this one most certainly is.

Highly recommend Blue Whale Spa's, very professional from initial enquiry through to delivery & installation. Great value Hot Tub. We bought the Ocean Grove model, it has fantastic mood lights, 5 seats inc 2 recliners, Bluetooth speakers and more.... Paid a little extra for the cover lifter, but well worth it. All in all very happy with it.

I have a problem with the control panel on my hot tub and it has stopped working. It is only a year old and under warranty. I contacted Blue Whale Spa about the issue on April 20th this year and made several follow up attempts but no one has replied to my emails or messages. I have since read up online that they use very cheap Chinese electronics to make these spas. I am finding that out now.

Blue Whale Spa has been great with the delivery and installation of our hot tub. We had the tub installed about 6 months ago, and the explanation we were given on how to take care of the hot tub was just excellent. We use the hot tub very often and we have had no problems at all. What a great product. Thanks again Blue Whale Spa!

Avoid Bluewhale spa like the plague, they are the shoddiest company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. After over a dozen engineer visits, verbal abuse and unbelievable arrogance, I have finally got my money back after taking court action through moneyclaim online, I suggest anyone with problems does the same. Bluewhale Spa - Guaranteed to leave you feeling blue!

This is a genuine review, you couldn't make it all up! If you want all the details read on...

My problems started on day one. I should have been cautious after noticing that every hot tub they listed on eBay, under the name Dolphin Spa, appeared to have the same people, with zero feedback, bidding on them. To my regret I ignored the warning signs.



During the 2 weeks I was waiting for an engineer's visit, the hot tub stopped working altogether. I was told it was probably the water sensor and that the engineer would fix it. When he arrived, not only did he not know how to fit the Bluetooth but the water sensor was not on his call sheet so he wouldn't look at it.

On their next visit the 'top' engineer insisted it was not the water sensor and proceeded to spend three hours replacing the motherboard. After that failed to fix the problem he realised it was a loose wire on the water sensor, a two minute job! The new motherboard was not compatible with my hot tub so now the lights had gone from around a dozen colours and functions to about 4 and I had a botched side panel with 2 redundant speakers and a Bluetooth control panel half way down that couldn't be reached from within the tub.

My partner spent countless hours on the phone and we endured over a dozen more engineer visits but still the problems remained, sometimes the engineers didn't even bother to turn up. In addition, the heating element had to be replaced after just three months because it stopped working and was tripping the electrics. Initially Bluewhale blamed the electrician that had fitted the power supply.

Amanda, in charge of customer service, is one of the most obnoxious people I have ever encountered. Rude on the phone, talking over you, making empty promises, saying things like 'what do you want me to do about it', the list goes on. It's my opinion she deliberately provokes people so she can refuse to deal with them, which is what she did to us. On the last engineer visit my partner was sworn at by Chris, the 'top' engineer, who had turned up to replace the side panel without actually bringing a replacement panel.

We finally reached breaking point so we wrote directly to the company owner, Jay Han, to ask for a refund. His response was unbelievably arrogant, claiming it was our choice to want the original light functions and not the 'new' reduced functions they had provided. It was our choice to want a properly fitted Bluetooth system and not the botched up job they had left us with. He refused a refund even though the product is not fit for purpose.

In January they came one final time and did fix the problems but that lasted all of three months when the heating element failed for a second time.

We have had our spa for over a year now and are very pleased with the quality. It has never given us any trouble. We use it almost everyday. Definitely would recommend the Hot Springs Vista spa!

I purchased the Crescent Bay Deluxe 2 recently and from start to finish it was a pleasant experience, The sales team where helpful and not pushy and the installation team where friendly and professional, The spa is exceptional and has many functions and simple to use, I must say i am very pleased with Blue Whale Spa
