I have just purchased my second hot tub from Blue Whale after upgrading my tub upon moving to a new house. I have always found their service to be exceptional hence returning to them for my second tub. My hot tub was delivered on time from the given expected delivery date upon ordering. All my query s always dealt with and customer service has always been outstanding when I have been in touch with all staff both pre and post sale. The staff are always so helpful and friendly. I always recommend the company to any friends and family who are thinking of purchasing a hot tub, highly recommend!
