We purchased a hot tub from blue whale spa after doing a search on Google. I rang them and spoke to Lisa who was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable, I did however express my concerns about the negative reviews that had been left she reassured me that there had been problems bit all those issues had been addressed and were no longer posing a problem. We then visited the showroom and again met with Lisa. We were very impressed and thus ordered our hot tub from there on the service we received was second to none. The guys that delivered it and installed it were lovely we thought there was a problem with Bluetooth so they got onto customer service right away to book a service engineer but as it turned out we didn't need them as when we yrid it later we managed to get it to connect. I would highly recommended anyone that is thinking about acquiring a hot tub to visit blue whale spa. Thought they were exceptionally good value for money too. We purchased the Newport ||.
