We bought our San Pedro hot tub in June last year. It has been excellent; no operational or maintenance issues, it's easy to keep the pH balanced and straightforward to change filters and do regular cleaning. It's mildly awkward that, when draining the water, there are a few low points which don't drain fully, but this is inevitable given the shape of design and easy to work around. We are very happy with it and, from the depths of winter, eagerly looking forward to warmer weather when we can use it more.
