After the initial issue and e-mails over a 3 weeks...
After the initial issue and e-mails over a 3 weeks, the Customer Service team took the time to pick up the phone and talk through the issue.
Once we discussed the initial feed-back the lady was very constructive and helpful and assisted in our original problem.
If things go wrong talk to customers and the solution can be resolved

No reply and up-dates after 2 weeks either although 9 people from Blue Whale confirmed receipt of the e-mail and 4 of them deleted it without evening opening the contents!!!!!
We have had our hot tub for 4 years and have it service by BW-Spa every year.
Last 3 were all good but let down this year
