Good price but...

Hot tub is now working (heating but audio still doesn't work) after they missed the first delivery because our tub was 'broken'. We were told the night before they were due that they won't be delivering it.

All tubs made in China, I phone up post purchase to never be phoned back. Phone up again and the person you need is never available.

The Tub we do have had a crack on the inside panel (not visible on outside), was glued back together not even replaced.

I just called regarding the control panel and yet again I'll be phoned back, 2 days later still no call regarding the panel.

Dan the engineer is spot on but it's a shame with the service at the office and overall procedure and quality.

They'll also tell you there Google reviews aren't genuine, this one most certainly is.
