We bought a spa from BlueWhale through Costco. The delivery was pushed back, however we were informed up front, and given a new date which was kept. The young men who installed the spa were efficient, helpful and professional. I had an accident earlier and was using a stick, they repeatedly emphasised the need for care when entering or leaving the spa. As first time buyers, we are impressed how on any query we had customer service were helpful and polite giving appropriate advice. We both enjoy the spa, in particular I have found the spa to be of benefit to my injury. Well done to all the team. Annemarie Struthers
