After weeks of deciding to buy a hot tub, skipping between ebay sellers and Facebook advertisers I discovered Blue Whale Spa. Looked into them a little more, made a trip to their showroom and settled for the Solana Quattro. Without a doubt, the best decision I made! Service from start to finish was superb! Over the moon with the tub, has that great quality feel with a warranty you can t knock!

We found this showroom after looking on another website, we travelled to Nottingham and were allowed to walk around at our leisure, we weren't pressurised at all, we asked for help and advise and were given this without any sales hat, really helpful staff and we liked that they didnt try and sell us the most expensive spa, in fact it was probably one of the cheaper ones as it was last years model. We purchased our hot tub back in September, it was delivered and installed without any trouble at all. The two men that came were very pleasant and very informative, we had a bit of a laugh with them and even sent them off with a bottle of wine! We have had a lot of use out of it so far and have been very happy with it. All in all Blue Spa have given us an excellent product with A1 service.

Blue Whale Spa are amazing from start to finish and whilst having our hot tub. Always so polite and helpful. Always a phone call away to help and advise. Love our purchase on finance and easy to maintain. The guys who install are wonderful and the guys who take your calls. In my experience I can't fault this company. Nothing it's out of bounds for them. Its a pleasure I got my hot tub from these.

Very reasonably priced and excellent service from start to finish. The installation men were amazing and efficient and rang in advance of arrival. Even after installation we've had regular phone calls to check everything was in order. Would highly recommend.

We purchased a hot tub from Blue Whale Spa in August and we have made good use of it so far! Really enjoyed going in it during the hot summer months but it s just as pleasurable now it s colder outside! Excellent customer service and very helpful when we had queries about the dimensions required for installation. The guys who fitted it were professional and explained everything very clearly. Would highly recommend.

Do not buy a hot tub from Blue Whale Spa, do not be tempted like I was by the great deals. The after sales service is appalling. I have tried everything possible to try and speak to someone, you will spend hours in queue s waiting to get through only then to have the phone disconnected. Despite emails to Nick the Sales Director and Paula who is the Customer Service Director I am being constantly ignored.
I will have no alternative than to pay for the faulty pump to be replaced or repaired and then seek recompense through the small claims court.
DO NOT BUY FROM BLUE WHALE SPA IN NOTTINGHAM.

From the start of the order process with Blue Whale Spa it was a very professional and informative, they listened to my requirements and completely changed my mind to the type of spa I thought I wanted for the better. Thier installation team were great efficent and helpful. I had one slight issue with an incorrect price being given for the wifi connection accessory to use the app, but apart from that a pleasure to do business with.

I ordered the northport hot tub in the sale, but couldn't have it delivered for a couple of month. This was fine as blue whale saved it for me until I was ready. They came and installed the hot tub, but unfortunately when we used it that night it was leaking all water out the bottom. I rang up the following morning and said it was leaking. I asked for a replacement, instead of it just being fixed.which they agreed to straight away. I have had the replacement delivered today and the 2 lads that brought it (Tommy and I'm not sure of the other lads name) were excellent, really helpful and did a fantastic job of swapping the tubs over and making sure it was full and all working properly before they left. I was also compensated for the trouble with the extras I'd ordered being refunded. I'm really pleased with the customer service and outcome in the end. Thanks blue whale spa.

Brilliant fitting, they went through everything with me to look after the tub. The after care fab, they call me! Totally recommend this product!

Initially we had many issues with our chosen hot tub largely because some of the important components of the tub did not work and were poorly made. Blue Whale did not refute this and were quick to try replacement hot tubs, of which there were 3 in total.

Unfortunately all 3 had the same faults and despite remedial efforts the faults remained and so Blue Whale offered to replace the tub for an alternative model altogether.

There were some initial delays with our alternative hot tub arriving which was disappointing but eventually, after a couple of months of waiting it did arrive.

Unfortunately it was not what we were expecting or had previously agreed as the shell colour did not match what had been discussed or what was advertised in the website.

However after some effort and disagreement over the hot tub we reluctantly agreed to accept the replacement.

As it is the replacement is fine and we are really enjoying it, even if it was not what we were originally expecting or hoping for.

The delivery teams that we had for various hot tub replacements were very good.

And Paula, the Customer Service Manager, was great and very helpful throughout.

I would recommend Blue Whale Spa and despite our issues we would use them again in the future if we were in the market for a new hot tub. Whilst we had problems, and disagreements, these were ultimately resolved satisfactorily.

Looking for a hot tub last year and compared a few on different sites, but always seemed to go back to Blue Whale Spa s website. I rang up and was told which model would probably suit me with being tall so went with it. Delivery was very good, put in place, and engineer followed to do the electrics and cover, all very efficient and friendly.
We use it every week and although the pump went faulty, an engineer was sent out and replaced it within a good timescale. Unfortunately that pump didn t last long and had to be replaced again, 2 months later, but since then it s been ok From calling up with the faulty pump and getting it sorted, it as been very easy, with no complaints or problems from Blue Whale Spa, and follow up calls to book engineers and after care as been great.
I would have no problem recommending them to anyone looking for a hot tub, with service and aftercare great, and friendly staff who do a good job.

Communication was regular, clear to understand, product/industry knowledge answered any questions I had. Delivery was simple to arrange and the guys placed the tub perfectly. Have had the tub 8 months and it s going strong. A lovely luxury to come home to after a long hard day. Couldn t imagine not having it. You won t be disappointed.

Can't thank this company enough. From ordering to delivery it was painless and easy. Installation was really easy and the guys knew the product and were informative on how to care for the hot tub. They also went out of their way to position the hot tub exactly where they wanted it.

Had the pleasure of taking delivery of our new hot tub from Blue Whale Spa back in November and pretty much use it every day. Quick delivery and set up perfectly by their Scottish Engineer Jim, after care and follow up advise given at the end of a telephone, great service. Jim the Engineer is an absolute credit to the company.

Excellent customer service and a fantastic product built for UK conditions. Very pleased would highly recommend.

We paid our deposit about a year ago and proceeded to landscape our garden including the building of a large studio. The weather delayed the project but Blue Whale Spa were happy to store the tub until we were ready.

Excellent company, had a hot tub for 3 years and had great service. The quality of the tub was great so we decided to go for the Tidal Stream swim spa from Blue Whale which is brilliant for swimming and relaxing, especially during lockdown.

We have had a great overall experience form the moment of browsing and then choosing a great value Hot Tub, through to installation. A thoroughly professional service from start to finish. I spent a lot of time looking at hot tubs but ended up choosing the Blue Whale Hunter, from ordering to delivery all the staff were very helpful. The hot tub has been a dream to own and has been used all through winter with the quality on par with more expensive hot tubs from elsewhere.

Called Blue Whale as wanted a hot tub at a reasonable price. Spoke to Nick who was superb. Of course before you commit to buy you always check out the competition. Got offered a good deal elsewhere but still drawn to Blue Whale. Emailed Nick back but received a call from someone called Simon.

Got to be honest here when we say we were not looking for much to seal the deal, the other company were 600 cheaper longer warranty but fairly new in the market. A chemical pack or discount on a lifter would have closed it for Blue Whale. Yes Simon offered a deal, however when realised we were going to use the finance option became disinterested and actually quite condescending. Deposit refunded and we are now off elsewhere. If this is an indication of the level of customer service we were going to endure I'm pleased we never went with them in the end.

We are delighted with our Blue Whale jacuzzi. We purchased from Costco but the after care from Blue Whale had been faultless. Having a jacuzzi has had such a positive impact on the winter it s summer every day, in fact the colder it is the more we enjoy it.
Only negative is the control panel is hard to navagate around but we have been given an easy guide and costumer service has always been supportive.
Would highly recommend.

I took a while to take the plunge and buy a hot tub, what was I waiting for I now ask myself, we use it 3 to 4 times a week every week. Good product, the lads that installed it were spot on and so far no problems whatsoever.

Brilliant place to purchase a Hot Tub from, helpful and knowledgeable staff, very friendly and the installation was on time and when the guys left we knew exactly how to operate and maintain our Hot Tub have had it almost a year now and still love it. One or two little things like a blocked jet nozzle but they were out fixed it and gone. Highly recommend buying from Blue Whale Spa.

Spa was delivered on the agreed date. The installation team were very professional and only too willing to answer any question we had. They placed the spa exactly where we wanted and made sure everything was operational and functioning as intended. Cannot rate the installation team highly enough. Spa has been installed for almost two months and we've had no issues at all, it's very relaxing and comfortable, the lights really help set the mood and the bluetooth speakers work a treat. Even over the noise of the pumps and water you can still hear your favourite tune with no issue. Very happy with our purchase.

San Carlos hot tub - Bought through Costco on a great deal. Had a Lay-z-Spa for a couple of years but wanted a hot tub to use all year round.
Blue Whale team very helpful from beginning even though had to change delivery dates twice.
Installation guys really good with difficult access through back garden fence and tight space for location. They were friendly though professional and completed the installation in a couple of hours.
Phoned Blue Whale for additional advice a couple of weeks later and was
impressed by the helpfulness given - nothing too much trouble.
Enjoying the many 'dips' in the tub - especially with the gazebo that keeps off the cold rain.

I first visited blue whale over a year ago when they had their smaller showroom. I ve always wanted a hot tub and since starting my own business my dream was to save and pay for it myself!

I must have visited the showroom 10 times and asked about a million questions, I m sure they must have been sick of me but Kev and the rest of the team were always helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

I finally purchased a San Luis ll tub and paid a little extra to have it made in white with dark brown sides. It took around 10 weeks to come as was specially made and shipped in but they came to install it on December 5th. The 2 men who installed it were very knowledgeable and gave us lots of great advice, it was a tricky install because we have a very narrow path down the side of the house with literally a few cms to spare but they got it in!

I can honestly say it s the best thing I ve ever bought!! I absolutely love love love my tub!! It looks amazing and we used it loads over the Christmas and new year period. I was worried that there was an issue with the pumps last week so I gave them a quick call, they asked me to send a short video in and it turns out it was my fault, the water level had dropped a bit low. They called me back and everything was sorted within an hour or 2. The technical team were just as friendly even though my question turned out to be a silly one.

I would highly recommend Blue Whale Spa to anyone thinking about getting one of these fantastic hot tub. I really love my sea scape 2 tub, it's a fantastic product, high end quality comfortable seats and the lounge seats have good leg length.The service from purchase to delivery and installation was great. Nice friendly staff, good communication throughout the process. I have to say the tub is great, and is a great addition for self indulgence and entertaining family and friends, everyone loves it. Since installation I have not had any problems with leaks or any other issue. Absolutely love the fact you can change to different lighting colours which sets a really relaxing scene particularly at night time. The built in blue tooth speaker is a big bonus. Before ordering I did some shopping around and I have to say the price is quite competitive in comparison to some of the other dealers.

Half an hour after putting up a bad review, I got a phone call and all is now sorted. So I have removed my bad review. I do love the hot tub, the colour and the whole hot tub experience. After having a hot tub for 15 years and recently changing to a new one, they have come a long way. It just became a bit stressful which is not the staff fault, it is the process. THere were some issues when it arrived but these are resolved. Anyone I spoke to was trying their hardest to please. They are just a very busy company.

We looked at many hot tubs from many different companies all of them left us feeling they were overpriced and under-featured. Blue Whale Spa has the right balance of features and pricing. The construction of their product is something they are proud of and they were not afraid to let us see the construction, other suppliers we saw were not so keen to do that.

Our installation was straight forwards and all of the people we have dealt with have been excellent.
We love our tub and BWS are an excellent choice if you are looking for a quality product backed up by quality service.

Upon delivery the steps were found to be damaged and one email to Andrew and the new steps were delivered promptly the next day. An excellent showroom and a good guide to the various hot tubs available.Once the order was placed the process progressed smoothly - and I have nothing but praise for the two 'fitters' who attended our property to carry out the installation. Looking to buy Hot Tub at Costco and researched Blue Whale spa, looked at the offer 0% and decided to buy.The sales man Martin went through pointing out which Tub would suit me as I am quite tall.
The service we received from Blue whale spa was excellent down to the guys who fitted it weeks later, only a small problem with Blue tooth, which was soon explained how to fix over the phone. No problems after nearly a year. ( Dont delay get it Today )
