Excellent Service from start to finish. The Hot Tub arrived when expected and was fully installed and given tips for the upkeep of the tub by knowledgeable and professional delivery team. We've been using the Hiot Tub at least 3 ties a week for the past year with no issues!

We visited your site in Nottingham and were shown round all of the tubs we were interested in, and without any pressure sales. We ordered the tub and is was delivered on time and with minimal fuss everything was explained on how to use it and we have been very pleased with it.

We purchased the Summer Breeze from Blue Whale Spa, must admit we ordered it during lockdown but even so communication throughout was spot on and although we had to wait the time flew by, with updates as time went on. The delivery men were excellent and explained everything to us before they left. Follow up calls have been helpful and answered a few questions we had. We love our hot tub and would recommend Blue Whale Spa all the way!!

My new spa is fantastic, great value. Customer service and follow up support makes life easy for people buying a spa for the first time. The showroom in Nottingham is huge with loads of tubs on display, well worth a visit.

I reviewed a number of suppliers before buying from Blue Whale Spa, I had the opportunity of visiting their show room prior to the purchase to discuss my options and was shown a number of tubs without any hard sell. My chosen Spa was delivered on time as agreed and was taken to it final position again without any issues. Since delivery, the spa has been running with No issues the filters and chemicals have lasted exactly as advised. I would personally recommend Blue whale from 1st enquiry all the way to after sales - 100% great service and a great product.

Purchased Princeton hot tub 5-6 weeks ago now. Cannot fault Blue Whale Spa. Product is excellent which matches the customer service and installation received. Blue Whale held delivery back at no extra cost, whilst I sorted electrics. If you are reading this, you will probably have researched the market the same as I did. Other products on market appear to be cheaper, but I suggest you read the small print regarding warranty and after sales service before buying cheaper. My family and I are over the moon with ours and looking forward to using it all year round.

Fantastic service !!! .. if your thinking of buying a hot tub look no further than the Blue Whale showroom. We drove up from Bristol and spent over 2 hours looking around with no pressure, even dry testing 5 or 6 hot tubs. From the minute you enter the staff are friendly and helpful... it was a very enjoyable experience, and although we almost double our original budget, we couldn t be happier. The finish and quality which are second to none which extends its self all the way to the delivery service.. We chose the

The Summer Breeze is a lovely product, it suites us as a couple and also when our family visit.
From the first telephone conversation right through to the install, we had an excellent service and are enjoying our new hot tub.

Ordered a Hot tub cover- great communication at first informing us there would be a 12 week wait if we wanted to proceed. We agreed. then received a call saying it was being delivered by Fede. At this point we disposed of our existing cover!. Chased when did not arrive to be told it had gone missing but another would be sent that week. After that radio silence. I never write public reviews before I have tried to discuss with the company - however I have sent 4 emails and several phone calls since July - a 3 month period and received no replies!! Extremely poor communication. They do not reply to emails or calls despite promising they will pass to the correct person who will return call. I appreciate it was only a new cover not a hot tub but every customer should count and communication even if only to state they cannot complete order is the minimum I would expect.

We are delighted with our Hot Tub from Blue Whale Spa. The salesman showed us all of the options without any pressure to buy. The access to our garden was very tricky for the delivery people - but the company were very flexible with the delivery dates so that we could get hold of a crane! The Hot Tub was up and running very quickly - we love it.

From start to finish the process of purchasing a spa was easy and very professional, we are delighted with our spa.

I bought a spa and had it delivered 4 weeks ago. The guys that deliverd it were excellent and explained everything that I needed to so. Unfortunately the front speaker cover fell to bits when they unpacked it and the protective cover did not arrive with the tub.
I was told that the new front panel would be replaced and that the cover would be with me in a couple of days.....4 weeks on pkus several phone calls and no cover or front panel..the front panel is there apparently but no cover....I have paid for the cover and can get one from the internet delivered ...I have also been on blue whale website and put a cover into the basket and it is saying it is in stock.
Great delivery and fitment....customer after sales rubbish. I would like to say it has been resolved but as of 18th October the cover has still not been delivered and has been paid for.
I was promised weekly updates and as yet this has not happened.

We were extremely pleased with the service that we have received from BWS, not only have then been easy to reach and quick to respond before a sale has made, crucially their customer service after sale has also been excellent. Honestly could not really ask for better, and it makes a refreshing change from many other companies.

We are also very happy with the tub (Blue Whale Spa: Ocean Grove) and can not fault it at all. We tested out a lot of brands and honestly there is very little difference at all, if any. Most use the same internal technology (Stormforce 9 pumps, Balboa System) and your actual hot tub experience is not different in any noticeable way. You need to ask yourself do you want to pay twice the money for reduced running costs? (putting into context it costs me 75p more a day to run my BWS that my next door neighbour in their Hotspring (Hot springs have really good insulation) - we tested this using our smart metres and he was not to happy because his tub was twice the price of my BWS and he had to pay an electrician to install the 32amp RCD socket on top of this) it would take over 18 years to break even where I would start paying more than he has over that period!

BWS know their tubs are great value, but its on the customer service side where they make the extra effort!

Promptly delivered and installed by a friendly and professional team.

Blue Whale Spa provide and excellent service from ordering through to installation. I also found they were very competitive with pricing and they modified the hot tub shell colour from grey to white on request. We have had the hot tub for 7 months now and we could not be more pleased. When I have had a query and needed guidance as a first time Hot Tub owner, the support team have been excellent with their product knowledge, which is a major plus for me. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

Update 18 months later - Again I cannot speak highly enough of Blue Whale Spa. Like today, I have contacted the technical team again for support due to a problem/concern. I spoke to Joseph who took the time to guide me through implementing the solution over the phone. This service is consistent each time I have contacted them, with highly knowledgeable staff and with very little wait for an answer on the line. This excellent support is priceless and a yardstick for other companies to work to.

From ordering to receiving the hot tub, the customer service was brilliant, with constant updates of delivery and instructions. We were very happy with the quality of the hot tub and we've had many nights of chilling in it and I would highly recommend this model to our friends.

We had a great service from ordering fast delivery placed in the area we wanted it in and it worked from a plug socket they recommended what cable I would need and even sent the link to screw fix to ensure I had the right one

Hot tub was delivered yesterday! From start to finish these guys have shown complete professionalism. Very happy with my hot tub and would highly recommend to anyone considering a tub to go with these guys, you won't be dissapointed.

Even before I purchased I got a great service. I called before I placed my order via Costco on a Sunday expecting to get a voicemail. A friendly voice answered and went throught all of the questions I had and I placed the order.

The communication was excellent prior to delivery and everything put in place to make sure that all would go well.

On the day, the boys arrived and could not have been more professional or more helpful. They went through the route to get the tub in place and made sure that I was happy with the position etc.

Once installed they ran me through all of the setup and maintainence options and the basic do's and dont's! This also included warning signs and specifics of living in a hard water area.

This has been an excellent experience from start to finish. We now have a great tub which surpasses our expectations and the aftersales support for all of the little questions continues.

I would recommend these guys 100% especially if you are new to hot tubs. They are knowledgable, helpful and reasonably priced and an all round friendly bunch! Top work!

Purchase the Santa Rosa hot tub from blue whale was installed on the 10/8/20, only an hour or so to fit then an hour to fill, delivery lads were great, very helpful on the phone when needed advice, this tub is amazing great colour features very comfortable when sitting inside, if your thinking of getting 1 let blue whale take care of everything. Ordered a Spa 3 weeks ago. Agreed an installation plan with the Customer Service team as we live on a hill. Hired scaffolding and brought extra help to assist with installation. BWS Team arrived and wouldn t even drive up the drive. Refused More

Had my hot tub delivered & installed May 2019 by blue whale spa, have used it virtually every day since whatever the weather & its brilliant. Wife thinks it's the best thing we have bought for years & wished we bought it earlier because we actually talk! no social media etc in hot tub . So a happy wife means happy life.
Done a lot of research before buying this hot tub all the people are knowledgeable friendly & not pushy definitely recommend. Spa has run perfectly & had no dramas just love it

After engaging in some extensive research we finally decided use Blue Whale Spa and bought a Princeton hot tub. Its amazing we use it a couple of times a week it has plenty of room with many features great value for money. I m also very impressed with the service we received which has been first class I would certainly recommend Blue Whale Spa.

I spent ages reading reviews on line and comparing different specs.
In the end I decided it was worth going over to Nottingham (2 hour drive each way).
I am glad I did because they had loads of tubs you could get in and some really helpful advice.

They were even good at after sale help.

A substantial showroom of hot tubs and a few swim pools. The sales advisers actively encourage you to climb into the tubs and try them out. We are so glad we did as each one is molded differently. It took a while but we found the perfect fit. Theres probably 40 units on show and because they manufacture them on site are usually cheaper than other retailers. The advisers are knowledgable and answered questions about installation, delivery and advice about the groundwork needed. They offer interest free payment plans. Highly recommended!

I ordered my Blue Whale Hot Tub in April 2017, through Blue Whale. The service was excellent and the sales person helped explain everything I told him I wanted.
The sales person went out of his way to ensure I received the spa when it was convenient for me, which was as soon as possible :-)
Blue Whale were very clear on the pre site preparation and entry to the site which was very helpful.
The two delivery/spa engineers who came to set up the spa were very pleasent and explained what they were doing every step of the setup.
The full workings of the spa were explained and shown to me.
The sales person called me the day after delivery to check if everything was ok which it was.
We had a fantastic summer in the hot tub with no problems and no need to contact Blue Whale.
All in all the whole buying process was excellent the people I dealt with were very helpful and fair and the hot tub is better than I could have imagined.
I would definately recommend both Blue Whale and the product.

From start to finish including after sales service they have been excellent. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a hot tub.

Bought this hot tub principally for my grand children about 1 year ago. Never looked back since - even had a birthday party for 1 of them in it in December. They are planning for more in 2019.

Very happy with our hot tub purchase from Blue Whale... from arranging an affordable finance plan to installation our experience has been very positive. We have had the product for over 3 months and still using it at least a couple times a week, great to unwind after a busy day at work or relax the muscles from playing sport.

We found Blue Whale Spa's website had superb videos on all the hot tubs in their range. We chose our hot tub and purchased it over the 'phone without even visiting the showroom. Several weeks later at a time to suit us, our hot tub was delivered and installed. It's now 2 months since it's arrival and we use our hot tub almost daily. Throughout sales, delivery and service the Blue Whale staff have been superb. I am so impressed that I am telling work colleagues about the tub and the company. Would highly recommend this company who are based about 2 hours drive from our home.
