Great showroom with lots of various hot tubs at affordable prices, well worth a visit.

Very good service - fitters were good and talked me through the set up. Also needed the lid replacing as was damaged when arrived. I only noticed a couple of weeks later but they came and replaced. Happy with my tub now!

Took a bit of time to get things resolved, but all good and working now. Thanks

Purchased a Corona hot tub which was delivered in August. Found service good when arranging delivery, they dealt with queries I had efficiently. Delivery team were excellent running over how the tub worked. rang blue whale couple of times since with queries and they've helped and dealt with me politely. All in all good service and no issues with tub really enjoying it.

After speaking to Kev & the sales team when I was ordering the Hot Tub, I knew immediately that I was going to buy from them. Blue Whale spa were brilliant from the start to the finish!! The delivery time was greta & we received it on the day promised, just in time for my Daughter birthday party, so thanks again. I would also like to mention that the guys who delivered & installed the Hot Tub, were superb. A true credit to the company. Very professional service from initial enquiry to delivery and commissioning. Was delivered last summer and with the addition of a good gazebo, have been able to use it all winter.

Well I gave in in the end and agreed to buy a hot tub. Did some research and chose Blue Whale Spa. Service was great from the start, arranged installation and delivery at our convenience, arrived as planned and installed the tub. Very easy to use and maintain and use it most days. Wish I'd bought on earlier as it was the wife who wanted one. Had to admit in the end it was one of her best ideas!!! Keeping close eye on electric usage and it hasn't really made a difference. Would recommend Blue Whale Spa for their excellent customer service, price, quality of product and aftercare.

We are really pleased with Blue Whale Spa, they were very helpful in making sure we purchased the correct hot tub for our garden. They were very professional from taking the order through to installation. Being a new user I found them most helpful when making enquires regarding the upkeep of the spa.
I would highly recommend them and look forward to meeting them again when they carry out our 1st service next month.

I received my Blue Whale Spa late July last year. I had researched a little to decide on choice and was very pleased with my decision when the Spa arrived. I paid for a full installation for peace of mind as the location was a little tricky. The 2 guys who delivered the Spa where fantastic and very polite and helpful, they ensured I was happy with the service and very forthcoming with all relevant info I required.
Blue Whale also got in touch shortly after to ensure I was happy with the service provided.
Since the Spa arrived myself and my family use on a regular basis and enjoy regardless of the environmental conditions. I suffer with arthritis and find the Spa incredibly soothing and would recommend the experience to any persons.
My overall experience with the Spa and Blue Whale has been very satisfactory and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending their services,
Enjoy and be warned its easy to have one to many when indulging !

Blue whale spa are quite happy to take your order however the customer service is terrible.
After taking delivery there advice is if you have any issues please contact the after sales team ? with badly fitted cover arm also large chip in the front panel we ve tried numerous times via phone and email however no one gets back to you.... we would also like advice on how to operate the hot tub but have now just referred to utube as you just don t get a reply....
We re still waiting for a response a week later!!

To everybody out there who like me was unsure of which company to choose for there hot tub, then look no further than blue whale spa. Honestly from the price of the tub, then the installation process plus all the information given to me on how the whole set up worked was truly 1st class. On just one occasion we needed the engineer out and with no problems booked it in he came out promptly small fix, left his personal number asked if i needed to go through anything in future over the phone he is always on hand which was very reassuring. i have recommended my hot tub and blue whale spa many times to friends and family and will continue to do so! thank you to all the staff at blue whale spa for your service!!! *****

We recently purchased a Longport Spa from Blue Whale Spas which was installed on the 20 February 2020. Overall, we are very pleased with the Spa which we bought in their sale at a bargain price; however, there are one or two aspects we are not altogether happy about and I would like to make potential buyers aware of.
The weather on the day it was installed was very wet which did not help with the installation, and the spa had to be man-handled through our neighbour s garden which made things more difficult. The installation guys were very hard working but because of the bad weather and difficult installation the job was very rushed, since they were only allocated 3 hours for the work, and also had to install another spa on the same day, as well as having to drive back all the way to Nottingham afterwards. I was not given any information pre-installation, or advice on the day, on the best orientation of the spa, so subsequently only later did I find that it would have been better to have had it turned 180 degrees from how it was fitted. As it was the cover lifter was put on the wrong side, blocking the sun, and the easiest side to enter the spa was positioned on the side furthest from the house. To be fair these may seem minor points but can make a big difference to your enjoyment of the spa. I was asked on the day in pouring rain how I wanted it positioned, but was not given the information beforehand on what points to consider.
Because of the limited time allowed for installation there was also insufficient time to allow the spa to fill with water, so I could not be given a proper demonstration of the spa control panel operation. Furthermore, the control panel manual I was given, Balboa TP400/600 differs from the panel actually fitted to my spa. A further point I did not notice at the time, was that the white plastic forming the inside of the spa has a streaky finish in parts. This would be OK if it was all-over but it is just on one side, which gives it an odd appearance. Another minor issue I only noticed later is that the clips that hold the cover in place have not been aligned properly.
A final thing I would add is that the main reason for buying the spa was to help with my wife s condition. She suffers a lot of pain due to spinal cancer but finds when she is immersed in water the pain is eased considerably. The spa helps a great deal, but the problem she has is getting in and out of the spa since there is nothing to hold onto on the sides of the spa. It s unfortunate that there is nowhere suitable to install a grab handle as an added accessory if required.
To reiterate, overall, with are very pleased with our purchase, but as they say the devil is in the detail, and more time allocated for the installation would have helped!

The nice touch is that whenever I phone they always answer the phone with my name which is great. All their products are well priced too and arrive in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them.

We looked in numerous showrooms for a hot tub could not find what we wanted for our budget and finally we found Blue Whale using a google search.
My wife and I read reviews and did some research on Blue Whale and after a phone call with one of the advisors purchased the Cresent Bay 2 tub.
The communication we got from them within the weeks leading up to delivery was 1st class and all site requirements for our tub location was clearly detailed prior to installation.
On the day of the installation we had two very friendly guys who did a professional job and gave us an in-depth demonstration of how to work the tub and even left their mobile number in case we had any immediate problems as they were installing another close by.
We have now had the tub over 6 months and use it regularly and we have had no problems. It is excellent quality for a great price and we would highly recommend Blue Whale Spa to anyone wanting to purchase one in the near future.

Fabulous hot tub. Absolutely love it. The delivery guys were very understanding as they got stuck in their van in the mud outside the back of our home. With lots of help we managed to get them out and on the road again. They explained all about the instructions, chemicals and how it works. And what not to do. Very pleased with the hot tub The aftercare service is great and can ring and get advise with no problem. Always there to help and the staff are pleasant, cheerful and helpful. Would recommend this company to others

To be honest I was I initially drawn to blue whale spa becouse their hot tubs advertised were significantly cheaper then other companies I had enquired with.
When speaking to blue whale I was impressed with there straight forward explanations to the questions I had. I also spoke to a blue whale engineer who provided further advise and guidance.
Delivery was as promised, on time and by two friendly blue whale employees.
The installation was straight forward and a full explanation of how the hot tub works was given.
Their customer service is first class, very professional and I would highly recommend them.

After doing a lot of research into best tubs on the internet, the biggest choice by far was with blue whale spa (we heard about them from Costco). Then there was the price, equivalent tubs with other companies were about 50% more so value was exceptional. Many people told us not to buy Chinese manufactured products and only buy American, this may be true for many tubs but blue whale are the manufacturers so should there be a part needed, it would be much easier.
As far as service goes, from our first visit right through to installation and commissioning of the tub, it could not have been better. Clear communication and very professional.

We had our tub delivered efficiently and on time by friendly guys. We have had the tub for 5 weeks and are loving it. We're in it every day. We have received a courtesy call to ask us if everything is ok with the tub which is proof of a good service.

Had the tub for a month - it worked for less than 24hrs & the pumps would not work - spoke to customer services who said 3 weeks for an engineer - not the service you expect & not happy!! Engineers arrived today & replaced full control board - it lasted 2 hrs & the whole thing failed - no display, nothing - not happy with the service so far, will write another review to let you know what happens but so far feeling like I have been sold a substandard product.

Update - ANther engineer (Ashley) arrived on Thursday evening (5.30pm). Looking tired he had not been given the detailed nbackground of fault & did not have all the parts if they need to be replaced. WE worked together & he found that the level sensors had a loose connection - after fixing that it still blew fuses untill he noticed that the previous "engineers" had plugged 4 connectors on the board into the wrong place. He left at 9.45pm with a 3 1/2 hr drive home - well done Ashley. Blue Whale have some good people - they are growing too fast which is leading to frustrated customers - my guarentee has been extended & we are now happy - bumpy start make your own minds up!!!!

Blue whale spas have been very professional in my dealings with them and the team who carried out the install were very helpful and knowledgable, the product is better than expected and good value for money. It would have been a five star rating but the item was out of stock and I had to wait longer than expected, I bought the item through Costco and it said 28days Delivery but this was 6 weeks which blue whale spas explained just after I placed my order

From start to finish everything went smoothly and we are very pleased with our hot tub. Excellent service.

Bought a blue whale spa 2nd hand and now have an issue with the heater. As other reviewers have said the customer services in a total joke.

We are very pleased with our San Carlos hot tub from Blue Whale Spa, which we've had for over a month now. Very good sales and pre-delivery service. The hot tub arrived on time and delivery went smoothly (thanks to the pre-delivery checks). Everyone seemed very knowledgeable, and nothing was too much trouble. Took advantage of the 0% finance offer which was painless too. After sales have been attentive too. Overall the whole experience has been near-faultless, I have no hesitation in recommending them based on our experience so far.

Simply love our hot tub! We were very nervous about purchasing a hot tub, so many different suppliers, with wildly different prices. It seemed a minefield. How ever my partner found Blue Whale Spa and we went to see them in their showroom. They made the whole experience really simple and easy. In the end we paid pretty much half what we had been quoted in a local garden center for the pretty much the same tub. It almost seemed too good to be true! 9 months in and couldn't be happier. Highly recommend these guys.

We had been thinking of getting a Hot Tub for a couple of years, and finally took the plunge Black Friday '19. I researched more or less every Hot Tub on the market, and found Blue Whale to offer the best style we required - matched of course by the price. We bought the Venice Quattro 5 Seater Hot Tub, and delayed delivery twice due to not getting the area ready for delivery. Eventually delivery was the middle of April, and very professional considering the socially distancing restrictions during the Covid-19 pandemic. In the month we've had the Hot Tub we have used it almost every day - it's amazing, and works wonders on tired/tight muscles. I would highly recommend Blue Whale to anyone, we bought online and felt satisfied that we were going to get what was advertised with no worries - and no issues with misrepresentation.

After considering getting a hot tub for years and shopping around for information about them i came across Blue Whale Spas , made a phone call and ordered it. From the sales person i spoke to to the technical team after delivery i have to say the service was great. I am very pleased with the tub and am the envy of my friend who has an old tub and very heavy lid. The lid Blue Whale supply is super light and easy to lift. Recommended Blue Whale by a Friend, rang up and spoke to a gentleman called Steve, couldn't have been anymore helpful, wasn't pushy and gave me time to make payment arrangements. Being an electrician myself I didn't need installation and the guy were more than helpful for me to arrange to collect it myself, office staff at front of house through to the guys that loaded it for me were spot on, polite, helpful and above all, honest. Currently writing the review sat in my tub having a beer unwinding. Most of all, my family loves it, we talk and do something together.......apart from the wife has now kicked me out for at least 4 nights she's arranged with her friends......anyone volunteering to be a waiter for them. When and if I upgrade I will come back

After paying the full amount for a hot tub on the 19th May I was unable to get any communication on a delivery date. I rang customer services to find out that they don't deal with pre-delivery customer services only sales do.
Despite numerous phone calls and emails and promises of delivery dates that came and went. One sales person told me the order was cancelled and refund processed only to find out from the initial sales person it was still being processed. Now 12 business days after the final confirmation the refund would be processed in 10 business days there is still no refund.
This company is difficult to get responses from and they do not seem to know what their own process is. Do not buy from Blue Whale Spa.

I'm incredibly impressed by the quality of the whole process, including the actual hot tub. From first contact and being provided with all the necessary information, ability to test out the hot tub, through a very non pushy sales process and the quality of delivery through to the after care, everything went smooth.

Their engineers who installed the hot tub couldn't be more helpful. They took their time explaining everything, gave some great advice on water management and didn't leave until we were fully satisfied.

Now we have a lovely hot tub which is being enjoyed by the whole family and many friends. I would definitely recommend Blue Whale Spa if you want a great product for a competitive price.

Initially nervous around purchasing a hot tub online. I have been extremely pleased with the purchase and when i did have an issue with the heating element after a full summer of use it was picked up & replaced with little fuss.

From the show room to the installation everyone's been more than helpful and polite. Nothing is too much trouble. Advice is always just at the end of the phone. The hot tub has been very therapeutic, easing aches & pains. It's very easy to maintain. We're using it in all weather's, even winter time, especially on clear nights relaxing looking up at the stars. You won't regret purchasing from this company. Carl

Having done a lot of research- we took the plunge with a visit to Blue Whale Spa showroom. We received a warm welcome and lots of helpful advice. All of which gave us the confidence that we had made a sensible choice. They have been an excellent company with solid customer service and made the whole process including installation a breeze! We've had our hot tub nearly a year now and I can't fault Blue Whale Spa's , they were helpful and friendly at the showroom , when the guy's delivered the hot tub they did more than they had too as we had a crane in and it wasn't easy , the hot tub doesn't need much looking after and we love the little features and attention to detail in the build quality.

I have had the tub for nearly two years now,excellent customer service and installation fuss free.

The family love it and the youngsters never want to get out.

We love our hot tub it's perfect for our family. We have so many fantastic memories of watching a movie on Netflix. .outside in our hottub on summer evenings with bubbly (in plastic of course). Also a favourite of mine is being snowed off from college and sitting in with hot chocolate with winter hats on. .great fun no matter the season. Blue Whale are always very patient with me if I need reminding . .yet again. How to change settings or what I am doing when changing the water. Fantastic service and very friendly staff. Could not fault this company. Professional, good communication and true to their word. We ordered ours during lockdown when every man and their dog wanted a hot tub and they gave me an estimated delivery and it was delivered as they said! The tub is gorgeous and came with full instructions, chemical kit and steps plus regular emails and calls prior to delivery to check we had everything to make delivery and installation go smoothly. We love it as a family and I know we will get so much use out of it. Would not hesitate to recommend!

Bought the San Pedro Spa and really pleased with it. The service from Blue Whale has been fantastic from calling me to explain the process and ensuring everything was ready for delivery and installation. The guys installing were very efficient and very helpful with setup of chemicals and general maintenance. After sales also great, leaving me with confidence to call for any help I might need.

We have had our spa for almost a year. The installation and set up was very professional and completed by three very competent engineers. We have used the spa every day except for holidays. It has been beneficial to my arthritis, it is relaxing and soothing and as pensioners it rates at the top of our recent purchases.
Highly recommend the company to everyone thinking of having one installed. Cheap to run with no problems to date.
