Awful company! Cancelled my booking 1 min before the due time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent service when it turns up. I booked your service as a surprise for my travelling companion. It was his birthday on the day we arrived at Heathrow. We ended up having to wait some 15-20 minutes for the driver to turn. We where the last ones left in the arrival hall. Very disappointing, doubly so as we had just got off a 14 hour flight from Singapore. I will think twice before using you again.

We travelled from center of London to Heathrow. Our driver Ahmed Salama arrived ahead of time, excellent driver and very pleasant company for our trip. Recommend Blacklane. Have also used them in Germany.

Best car service throughout Europe. App is very easy to use, always on time with great cars and even better drivers. Rates are reasonable and I have recommended the device to all I know traveling in Europe.

I have used Blacklane chauffeur services many times . I find they are competitive on price. The Audi 8 is one of the vehicles that Blacklane have in there fleet , its a particular favourite of mine. Andre was smart well spoken in English , asked me if the temperature was OK and, even put the back massage on for me as shown. On airport transfers Blacklane allow 60 minutes waiting time and 15 minutes at other pickups. As the worlds most travelled passenger I have tight schedules and need utterly reliable ground transportation. My experience with Blacklane puts them in a class of their own. They are always there when I need them. I highly recommend their chauffeur services

Booking and pick up all very good, but the driver took 3 phone calls and made one call with phone in her hand. I would expect a professional driver to have a hands free kit.

Yesterday I drove the first time with Blacklane. The ride was very pleasant. The driver was on time at the pick-up location, clean and well maintained as specified vehicle, friendly welcome and presentation of the driver, door open, very great conversation over the time of the whole driving out, earlier reached the destination than thought and still had the possibility of waiting in the vehicle .I very gladly accept this service again on one of the next few trips

I have had plenty of good experiences with Blacklane. But on my latest ride, I had an early pick-up from my hotel to get to airport. Despite a text message confirming that the driver was on the way, he did not show up. I attempted to call the driver, but phone was not picked up. Luckily, the receptionist at the hotel could book me a regular taxi and I still got to airport in time. But I am not sure whether I trust Blacklane for another ride.

My flight was over an hour late into NY and then it took over an hour thru customs. My driver had sent me texts to say he would wait and where to meet him but my phone was still in flight mode. However, there he was waiting with chilled water in the immaculate limo for me. 1st class service all the way.

Vehicles are comfortable and immaculate, and occasionally, as in Berlin, you can start a conversation with your driver that reveals the history of each neighborhood through which you pass.

Unbeatable! The treatment has been exquisite at all times, they have adapted to all my needs (pink in the car, stops along the route ...), the driver has been very nice and gentlemanly, the car was magnificent and the price was very affordable. I will certainly repeat the experience!

For our 25th wedding anniversary I took my wife to London for a very special trip. I did a lot of research and decided to use Blacklane for our transfer service. Excited to surprise her having a driver waiting for us at the airport and travel to our hotel in a nice car. I went through the online process and entered all the required information including our projected arrival time and flight number as requested. So our plane arrived about few minutes earlier than our 7:25 arrival time and then we had to go through customs. Customs was very busy. I got a message at 7:11 am stating our driver had arrived. At 7:52 I received a call from Blacklane asking for an update from our driver. I explained that we were still in the customs line and would probably be there another 20 minutes at least. At 8:15 I received another call stating that our driver had to leave and that his hour was up. I was not happy and explained to the lady on the phone that we were scheduled to land at 7:25. She said yes but your flight was early and the driver had to go. We did get through customs by 8:25 which is what time our driver should have waited. Instead, we were left stranded at the airport. I had paid for this service in advance as well. Nowhere on the online site is there a place to request a pick-up time. They just ask for your arrival time and flight number. People coming in from outside the country have to go through customs and pick up their luggage. You would think there could be a built in time for that. I will never book through this company again. Ruined the whole beginning of our trip. Beware!!!!!!!!!! I am so happy I did not request a return trip from them!

He was on time and ready but confusing where we needed to meet as we arrived at cruise terminal he texted he was in the parking lot.

Had two rides. The first one was very much ok, but the second was a disaster. Our business van had 500.000km on the odometer, broken rear view mirror on the side and brake pads replacement icon was flashing. Car was very loud and smelly. The driver got lost in the city (despite using gps) and was drifting off lanes on the highway. I was seriously considering stopping the ride and looking for another taxi even though that would make me miss my flight. Not recommended!

The driver met us at Heathrow with a sign, carried our bags to the car, drove us unevently to Henley-on--Thames (quickly but not too quickly), was very polite and didn't overwhelm us with banter. What more can I say?
If you want a quibble, he stationed himself with his sign opposite the exit door, where we couldn't see him because of the crowds, and it took us a minute or two to find him after a U turn when we got to the end of the rope line outside the exit.

The driver was friendly, courteous, and even took the time to walk us over to where we had to go to get through all the construction at CDG to get to the ticketing counter. I highly recommend Blacklane.

I have used blacklane in the past and had wonderful experiences. I recent took my daughter to NYC and thought to book blacklane because of my previous experiences. My daughter is toddler and needs a car seat which they provide. Unfortunately 30 minutes before pick up, I receive a phone call that they cancelled my ride. I was stuck at Newark airport without a car seat (Uber does not provide family Uber in the state of New Jersey). I was Stuck with finding a car service last minute and paying a ridiculous amount...most importantly though, my daughter s safety was at risk without a car seat. The kicker, blacklane just left a message- and offered a 25 credit towards my next ride....no offer to get me another car or make it right. If I were by myself, probably not as upset, but when my family is Involved and more importantly their safety, I m done and won t be using them again. Who cares about 25 dollars I care about a prompt pick up, providing what you pay for and proper customer service if there s an issue.

Will definitely use again. Great service. On time, extras in the vehicle. Very professional.

Transfer Newark-Manhattan booked with announced flight number. Even after 45 minutes we went through immigration. Unfortunately, as we were informed by email in the meantime, the driver had already disappeared 36 minutes after the booking date. So nothing with the promised 60 minutes waiting time from the app. Phone number of the driver called from the email. Wanted to call back - but didn't. Service number from Blacklane USA and also Germany endless waiting loop. Money away. Subsequent request by email - no answer. Bad....

I had a very poor experience as Blacklane sent me the wrong type of car. Despite booking a Van / SUV and confirming that I had lots of luggage several days in advance, on the day of travel a regular sedan was sent. No alternative car could be arranged in time. Luckily, we had a rental car to return to the airport and managed to sit in one car while the luggage was loaded in the boot and on the seats of the Blacklane. HATS OFF to Mr. Bill Brown, our chauffeur, who went out of his way to hello get us to the airport on time

The worst. I made an error with the booking time and try to reschedule as we were at Cleveland Clinic gettting chemotherapy. I called to reschedule and could not wait . The guy on the phone was useless and no compassion. I told them I needed as car as soon as one is available and their answer

"it does not work that way".....if there is a car ...you will get a text if not you will not get a text. I am like....I am sitting here waiting for a text, can't you call and see and tell me either way and if there is no car and I will book with someone else . Again....he says, it does not work that way. Wait for a text or schedule for for the next hour.

"Wait for a text" who operates that way. No text....I made other arrangements and called to cancel and they charged me anyway even though it was well before the hour requirement.

I called to complain and the same answer "it does not work that way"

DO not use this service as they have no cars and are just farming out the work if cars are available. Those manning the phones could care less if your car arrives, need to make changes as they are just an answering service ....in "Germany". I could not even figure out who was calling me . I am like what is this international line? who is calling me? I will never use them again.

Our driver was EXCELLENT. A very personable and extremely helpful young man. Good, safe driver. Clean attractive car. Couldn t have been better.

Driver was prompt and professional. I was able to contact him directly and advise of delay due immigration queues.

Our flight was 30 minutes early, but I notified the driver when we landed. He did not respond and was actually somewhat late. As a result, we waited 40 minutes. The service should be better for a service that costs this much.

We used Blacklane in Florence for an airport pickup--per our request, the driver brought a carseat for our two year old--worked great. Very prompt, courteous, helpful. Will absolutely use again.

Have used the service several times and was always satisfied. Be it as a transfer or to book an hour, it always worked. The drivers were always courteous, competent and attached great importance to a well-kept vehicle. Further trips will definitely follow.

I was referred by a friend/client to download the Blacklane App. I did so and used their service for my trip to New York. It s very easy to use and everything went very smoothly. It works just like Uber or Lyft wherein you are sent a confirmation about your ride and on the day of your ride you are given your driver s name and contact. Once you set up your account, all fees, taxes and gratuities are all included. As far as the meet and greet that they say is included in baggage claim, don t expect that at least in my case when I arrived at Newark Airport. It worked out better anyway because I retrieved my baggage and walked outside and called my driver and he was their within 10 minutes in a Black Cadillac. Waters were provided and I was happy. I was to be dropped off at The Plaza Hotel wherein The Plaza quoted me $213.00 one way and Blacklane was just about $100.00 less. I will certainly use them again. They also have a 24/7 Customer Service Toll-Free phone should you run into any problems that you cannot rectify within the App.

Drivers are polite and punctual. Cars are nice and clean. Did not get my complimentary water twice, although it was promised.

Mr. Ritchie was scheduled to pick me up at the Denver airport and I had a text from him waiting for me when I landed with instructions on how to get to his vehicle and on which level. He was very professional and suburban was clean as a whistle. We hit some traffic and he knew how to get around it with no issues. I like to talk and he obliged. We had a great time on the way to my drop off location.

I have used Blacklane three times. Once in Vancouver and twice in New York.
Drivers are always prompt, courteous and Professional. I highly recommend this service. I will continue to use them in the future

We had a limo for pickup at Heathrow 10-19-18. Our agreed upon pickup was 12 noon. We were coming from the United States. My daughters flight was late arriving so I called and spoke to someone who said she would speak to the driver. I stated that we would be 20 minutes late. She said no problem and told us the pickup point. We arrived at the pickup point at 1215. No driver. I then got an email stating that the driver had left. This was followed by an email with the charge to my credit card. I called 4 times. Interestingly, no answer. Only a generic message machine. I have never been responded to. They had my cell phone number. Very very unprofessional. I have used black lane before. Never again. Luckily, all calls and emails are time stamped so there is no denying the timeframe. Not answering the phone is very shady. As is not responding to a customer. This reservation was made well over a month ago. Lots of competition out there. Don t take a chance

Barcelona airport to port terminal - Igor our driver texted us on landing to let us know he'd arrived and was waiting for us, so one less thing to worry about. Transfer was in a beautiful Mercedes with Igor keen to welcome us to the city. He avoided heavy raffic accident congestion on the highway, to deliver us in good time to embark our ship. We've used Blacklane for several of our recent holiday transfers and find them reliable and good value for money.

Blacklane has excellent drivers and immaculate vehicles. The service is very dependable and punctual. My last driver Mohammadreza Ghassemboland did an outstanding job avoiding traffic jams.

Our driver, Mr. Robert T arrived at our home with a very pleasant attitude and professional. His vehicle was spotless and it was a nice smooth ride to the Cruise Port. Our return trip home (8 days later) was absolutely amazing. Mr. Robert T was there waiting when we exited the Cruise ship. Thank you and continue providing the EXCELLENT service to your customers.

Blacklane transported my family members (all 5 of them) through Scotland so the Americans didn't have to drive on the other side of the car on the other side of the road. They had them in a lovely Mercedes van which provided them a comfortable and safe ride. They said the drivers were fantastic and they would highly recommend them!

Excellent and friendly service. Our driver, June, met us in the arrivals hall at Atlanta airport. He carried our cases and was really pleasant throughout the whole journey. The service was very reasonably priced and I d definitely recommend Blacklane after a long flight!

I m reviewing this service referring to Bologna, Italy. As Emirates customers, we are enabled to have free rides to/from the airport and Blacklane has recently replaced a previous supplier. Our two experiences there are bad because both times the drivers haven t provided the required infant car seats blaming a lack of communication on the company s side (the company in fact blames the drivers who apparently should have all the services required specified on their app, and we have verified they actually do).
The driver on the second occasion was particularly rude and refused both to pull over on the side of the street where I asked him to and to get in touch with the company when we complained about the missing infant car seats.
Whoever to blame for this disservice, we will formally complain with Emirates upon our return.

Interesting enough I keep getting emails to rate my experience and even though on the app I gave feedback the I was not at all satisfied with my experience. They have not responded to my feedback on the app and continue asking me to give feedback publicly and I guess here it goes. The vehicle provided was not at all comparable to what was shown on the app. The car we received was new yes but smaller than what we get usually at a fraction of the cost. We requested a business class van Mercedes or comparable and what we received was a Toyota innova. The driver was nice and was on time and the convenience was great although the service provided was not represented accurately.

Normally don t post like this but was a little annoyed that I hadn t heard from the company now 3 days after submitting my feedback, and still receiving request to rate the ride.

A little annoyed but always grateful to be where I am and accept the ways it got me here.
