Prompt and on time in immaculate cars, good drivers who were both nice blokes and at the same time delivered all this at a rate about 60% of what I was quoted by my normal service. Very happy with Blacklane.

Polite but incompetent. Huge mixup with the car I booked for my daughter s trip. Two cars showed up at the airport in spite numerous texts and calls that we only needed one car. We were charged for both cars. Customer service was more interested in proving that the whole thing was my fault than to rectify the issue. Would not refund the charge, instead offered $30 goodwill voucher.
Will tell all my business associates to use other companies. I am planning on doing the same!
The service is inconsistent. From excellent drivers who are on time and polite to drivers who arrive 20 minutes late blaming the airport monitor information and being arrogant and non apologetic. No excuse for driver not being there when the customer has the luggage and standing around after a transatlantic flight. Must vet drivers better and get rid of the ones who don't perform...

It was a joke to pick up my 10-year-old daughter in Tegel alone after 6 weeks in Berlin with a chauffeur. And it was more than great. The driver with extremely good manners and communication has all the patience of the world for our very emotional reunion. It seemed extremely luxury but barely 15 more than a taxi. Highly recommended. A better return for them would be unthinkable.
I have used this service now several times across Europe and I have been impressed with the quality of service. The drivers have always been early and courteous. Definitely takes some stress away from travelling.

After an initial misunderstanding with the driver over what time we were to arrive, things went very smoothly. It was obvious that he had not tracked our flight and thought that we should have reserved a time 30 minutes later.
Driver left me before my scheduled pickup and never returned... I was then billed for the trip I never took. I have reached out to Blacklane 3 times and yet to hear anything or see a refund. Stay away from this company, their customer service is non-existent.

I booked the private car on line two days before arriving in Copenhagen and arrived on time. I could not find the driver, two of us looked everywhere near the exit and baggage claim. Made other arrangement to get to the port for cruise on a BUS! One hour after the driver was supposed to be at the airport I got a call the driver was there, still could not see him and was walking out to shuttle bus. I am disputing the charge, I never got the private car ride to the port or saw a driver, really cannot believe they charged me $235 US dollars!! Very bad experience!

9 messages back and forth.. several calls.. they were there in Amsterdam.. our plane was late.. we waited for our luggage which never came.. could not contact driver.. tried calling number several times.. filed report on missing luggage .. received message driver left.. tried to contact driver... eventually took a cab so our vacation was not further ruined... and now you ask us to rate our non ride which we paid dearly for.., never again Blacklane!!!

Top quality service at Malaga. Driver had monitored our delayed flight and had an easy to spot Blacklane board with our name on. Mercedes was bigger than expected and had some welcome bottles of water. Highly recommended.
