Blacklane is extremely easy to use. Jonathan was our driver he was fantastic. I hope they add a way to request a driver. Definitely will be using them again.

Have used them in multiple countries. Had been on time and excellent service/communication every time until recently. Ordered a car in Mexico City, who never showed up despite multiple messages confirming his prior arrival, location and status. After almost 2 hours, we were told to take a taxi or Uber. We were refunded the fee, but I don't consider that making us whole after leaving us stranded to find our own way.

Blacklane is my go to for town cars. Have used the service in a number of cities (especially Chicago) and they have always been great. I especially appreciate that when I messed up my flight information that they gave me a refund although it was my fault.

The plane was an hour and a half late due to French air traffic control strike. Victor and a spotless E class waiting with a sign as we came through arrivals. And no fuss transport to the hotel . For a very reasonable price. Will use again

I have used Blacklane several times over the last few years and I have never been disappointed. My most recent trip (last Sunday) was very stressful getting through customs (over 1,000 passengers being processed from multiple flights all at the same time!). I was not able to emerge with my bag until MUCH later than originally booked. Honestly, I wouldn't have been surprised if the drive had had to leave, but he didn't! He still got me and my bags and delivered me right where I needed to be in a city where I've never been before. I was so grateful!

I did not like the driver you sent me, because he does not know his place. I ordered a car to pick me up from my apartment at 9:30PM, to go to the HongKong Airport. He called me around 35 minutes early and said that he arrived early at my place and if I like to go earlier to the airport. I said no. I am not ready to go to the airport and of course no frequent flyer like to linger at the airport. Then he said patronising: OK, 9:30 !!(p.m that is), 9:30, OK!!?!! I thought to myself who is paying who? It is not his place to tell me to be on time in the lobby or in the car.. I have a 15 minute window to let him wait.
I came downstairs to the lobby at 9:25PM. - 5 minutes early and he was no where to be seen and no guard of my apartment saw a black Mercedes earlier. I left my luggage in the lobby, and went to pick up my trolley and handbag. He was harassing my guards after he arrived. So the guards frantically called me. Later on, he confirmed I only have a trolley as a luggage. I looked back in the lobby and he ignored my 2 large
Tumi bags.
Later on, he ordered the luggages which were 2 meters away from him,
to be put in the car.
At the airport I gave him a sign that I would be thankful to
have my luggage off loaded and put on an airport trolley.
He did.
After that he waited for a tip.
Of course I did not give him one.

Please let me know if you expect me to carry the luggage on to the car.
If 2 meters away from the car is too far for your driver, to get the luggage and put it in the car. Black lane is expensive and to get a driver with attitude and bossing the client? What is he thinking??

I arrived in Zurich this morning and got a nice S class Mercedes with a pleasant driver.
I am flying to Paris and will have another hotel pick up .

Just after landing, I was told that the driver had arrived at the airport by both text and email, he was waiting for us when we came out of baggage claim and quickly had us to our hotel. Could not ask for anything more. Efficient professional service, will use them again in the future.

Booked a trip for a wedding night pick up for the groom and bride and everything was seamless! The app is very user friendly! I would absolutely use the service again!

The company is extremely dubious. Company confirms bookings, but has no driver. It will be offered by phone then a voucher. Call comes from Berlin in English. Confirmed rides will then be canceled without approval. Stay away and stay better at Uber or Sixt mydriver.

Be careful with this company!
If your flight get late, you stay to much time with lines or your luggage delayed, they will live you there whiteout notice.
Happens with me whith all my family in London!

Arrived at JFK to a text that Driver Daniel has arrived and can be reached on his mobile. I expected him to be outside customs at 15.10 as arranged but he wasn't there. Called the number and got the office who said he was outside and will text his vehicle number. A second text at 15.24 saying my driver is now Freddy will cell number and will arrive shortly outside. No sign of any Blacklane but plenty of UBER cars. Called his cell at 15.30 and he asked what terminal were we at???? Drivers clearly do not track our flight number as advertised. He arrived outside at 15.40 two lane out hooting his horn holding an iPad above the car with my name on it. I asked why the pick up was 30 minutes late and he blamed traffic. We did not see any traffic build up until we reached Queens tunnel.

Half hour late and we had to find him....not quite what was advertised.
Used UBER for the return, immediate and half the price.

I just feel that the guy in Dallas should be holding a pad with name as one has flown 10 hours and is not young anymore Plus in a hurry to leave at door Although it was 6am!!

I booked a trip at very short notice - almost 1 hour beforehand - and yet everything worked without problems. Very friendly and professional driver and an impeccable car. I felt in good hands and can only recommend Blacklane.

The quality of the cars is very good, but the drivers are sadly not so good. Recently the driver was suffering from road rage and looking to pick a fight with everyone. Another time we came off an all night flight with my tired children. It would appear that the driver was playing hide and seek, it took forever to find him. He was happy to argue with me and never apologized. For such a premium price you should get a quality car and driver. We will not be using this company in the future.

Koji our driver met us promptly even though our flight was 2 hours delayed. He helped us with our bags to a very comfortable van for the drive to our hotel. I would highly recommend this service.

I love using Blacklane, they are efficient and always notify me when they are in route, once they arrive and when they are on the way. I never have a worry when they are picking up my Executives.

Our driver, Evren Ozturker, arrived exactly at the appointed time. His driving was superb, gliding us effortlessly through the chaos of San Diego. The Cadillac was spotless, luxurious, and very comfortable. The whole experience could not have been better. We will go with Blacklane on all future trips where they are available.

Affordable black car service and easy to book globally. I use it when I need a ride to or from the airport, perfect after long distance flights - the drivers speak english and wait on the pick up area with name card, so I can skip the taxi queues and don't have to look for transfer myself in a new country. I also used it recently for my friend's wedding, much better outlook then arriving in a cab!

I arrived for the first time in a new country where I did not speak the language & I was nervous to say the least! I imagined every possible disastrous scenario as this was my first time using Blacklane (recommended by a friend). And on top of that, my flight was delayed ... what else could go wrong? Well, upon landing my ride was there! I saw my name electronically (as opposed to written in a Sharpie). He was polite, pleasant and efficient. He had bottles of water waiting for us and the car was exactly what I had reserved. There was traffic and he explained we were in the middle of rush hour. Before I know it, I had arrived at my destination without incident! My biggest fear turned out to be for naught! Thank you Blacklane!!! I'll be sure to use again.

Showed up to the airport and there was no driver there for me. When I called, they told me "Oh yea I see you DID secure a booking with us for right now but for some reason there was no driver assigned to it, must be an IT problem". They didn't offer any compensation or to send someone for me. Absolutely awful awful service!

Excellent service and fair prices. It was so nice and relaxing to be greeted by my driver at the gate, and driven in a private car. No more waiting in lines for taxis!

I used Blacklane Buissness Class Car for the airport transfer when I was visiting Berlin, and I don't regret this decision at all. The car was punctual, chauffeur was very kind, and price also really good. I can honestly recommend this service for every business traveler.

I was guest there for an event and it wasn t a good experience there. Food wasn t enough. They didn t share their kitchen for some reason. The meeting room was at 4-5th floor and didn t offer elevator.

This was my first time in New York,
Both the car and the driver were very good.
I thought the price was reasonable for the quality of the service, so I would like to use it again from the next time.

So far have had 2 out of 5 scheduled pickups. Both have been on time, outstanding vans and very professional drivers. At this point would absolutely use them again and recommend to friends

We booked in Singapore for 5 people and 5 items of luggage. The CRV that turned up could take 5 people OR 5 items of luggage but certainly not both. They could not provide the service we paid for but refused a refund. We grabbed a taxi for 2 of us and our luggage which was more enjoyable.

Very impressed with the service. Cars are clean, drivers are courteous and on time. I particularly like the txt msg advising that the car is on the way, and also that its arrived. Definitely recommend.

My driver was extremely courteous, professional, and helpful. He worked very hard to find me in a busy airport (after my phone died and I couldn't contact him) and helped me with my luggage. He offered good conversation and information on my drive from the airport and maintained his professionalism even in the face of considerable delays due to traffic congestion. My husband and I have had the blessing of being able to travel to Israel for religious purposes more than most are able and are very grateful. However, after a very long and hot week, dealing with many people who, by culture, are often curt or unfriendly, taxi rides whose driver does not usually use AC making transportation extremely uncomfortable at times, I decided to indulge and hire a car from Blackline for my transport to the airport from my hotel. Blacklane provides beautiful vehicles with professional drivers, asks for special requests when you book, and makes transport overseas magnificently comfortable. Booking online is extremely convenient and they re continually in touch via your choice of contact info informing you of your driver s name, their contact info, and verifying special requests to make your travel worry free and reliable. It was well worth the indulgence and I would do it again if I need to. Of course my special request was lots of air conditioning! :-) My driver was prompt and very reliable ensuring that he arrived exactly where I requested since my hotel was not easy to access. The price quote they give you online guarantees there are no extra unseen fees, includes all tolls and gratuity, so there are no surprises when it s time to pay. You provide your credit card information and after you re dropped off, there is no dealing with transactions or receipts. You just receive an email stating your credit card has been charged for the exact amount you were quoted. You know everything you need to know ahead of time. I would recommend Blacklane to anyone who has the means and needs transportation overseas.

Notice how most of the Google reviews are 2 or 3 generic lines from users with only one review? Read the reviews on Trip Advisor. Black Lane is a below average taxi company out to screw you out your money while masquerading as an upscale service.

I scheduled a pickup for August 19th because I was arriving from Vienna with my three cats in tow, and Black Lane advertises themselves as a high-end, service-oriented company. I didn't mind paying a little (a lot) more if I could expect an immediate ride, help with all of my luggage, etc. So I provided my flight number since they advertise flight tracking. For this reason, I didn't think the timing of the pickup would be that important. Well, my flight was delayed, the plane taxied on the runway forever, and customs was severely backed up. However, I texted the driver several times from the runway. After getting no response, I texted, "Hi?" The driver replied simply "hello." I texted again when I was in the line at customs and told him it would only be a few minutes. He replied "ok." Those were the only two communications I received from this surly, unprofessional driver. I finally made it out of customs, put my cats on a cart, and came out of the secure area. That very moment, I got a notification that the driver had left. Despite being in touch with me and knowing I was coming, the driver left at the first possible second. I emailed Black Lane and asked for a refund, and they told me my ride was still "fully chargeable" for $135. Keep in mind, this is for a ten minute ride which cost me $15 in a taxi. I would have paid more for the delay. I would have accepted a partial refund. But not only did they charge me full price, the agent was rude and condescending with her suggestion to "allow more of a cushion next time" and her weak explanation that they have to "compensate their driver for his time." I asked if they pay their drivers 135 dollars per hour. "I'm not at liberty to discuss that."

So reliable and always professional. I ll always use blacklane whenever possible. I highly recommend when travelling alone but still great for couples that want stress free transportation.

Unfortunately, repeated trips are canceled shortly before the departure date, even though you initially had a written confirmation for the trip. This was not only me, but also several business partners. Very annoying!
