We had a limo for pickup at Heathrow 10-19-18. Our agreed upon pickup was 12 noon. We were coming from the United States. My daughters flight was late arriving so I called and spoke to someone who said she would speak to the driver. I stated that we would be 20 minutes late. She said no problem and told us the pickup point. We arrived at the pickup point at 1215. No driver. I then got an email stating that the driver had left. This was followed by an email with the charge to my credit card. I called 4 times. Interestingly, no answer. Only a generic message machine. I have never been responded to. They had my cell phone number. Very very unprofessional. I have used black lane before. Never again. Luckily, all calls and emails are time stamped so there is no denying the timeframe. Not answering the phone is very shady. As is not responding to a customer. This reservation was made well over a month ago. Lots of competition out there. Don t take a chance
