This dealership impressed me the minute I walked in. I was not pressured by anyone and they let me look around before I started speaking to Mr. Steve Stoop about purchasing a pre-owned car. This was on 3/28.

Steve and I worked together via E-mail and a return visit on 3/30 to finalize the transaction. He even came in on his day off which was 3/29 to assist.

Thus far, I am very happy with the vehicle I purchased.

My salesman Adnon was fantastic! Everything I needed to understand about my purchase was presented in excellence! I love my car and my experience at Bell was awesome! The manager Joe was friendly and accommodating; also, the finance manager Shari was especially professional and helpful.

Absolutely disgusting service. Worst dealership I have ever been to. Beware of this place especially if you're a woman, they can make you feel intimidated. Every single time I walk into that place I have a horrible experience. My last experience was with a sales representative name Tom Henry. He had an awful attitude from the start. When you walk in the service department there are 3 desks on each side. Everyone was busy on the phone. Not one person bothered to approach me to ask if I was being helped. I would have given them .5 stars if there was an option. Dont waste your time or money with this dealership.

We we're looking for a 2014 Audi Q5 lease and had decided on the premium plus package and we're looking for a black exterior and brown interior car. We had numerous offers from Paul Miller Audi and Meadowlands audi, especially form Paul Miler where they were offering us a cut price deal for a car that had around 90 miles on it. We went to Bell Audi and meet with Zanita Graf who said she won't have any problem getting us that color combination at all. Even though her price was higher we came back to her and told her that we would get the car from them and specifically told her how we had not gone for the other car because it had 90 miles on it.

Come the day of the delivery, we hurried from the city after work (cause we had already given away our earlier leased vehicle and Zanita was already aware of it), Zanita shows us the vehicle and took us through all the features of the cars and told us how she was able to get $7 off from the lease, but after all saying all this she says the car has 495 miles on it.

Upon asking why they didn't tell us about the car having so many miles this over the phone, Zanita said she didn't know about the mileage till the car arrived. When I asked if they couldn't have asked the other dealership about this, she said that there is no way of finding a car's mileage from the other dealership until the car arrives to their lot. This is something that not just Zanita but their manager Joseph Fernandez kept repeating (so they're basically saying that they flip a coin and get the car from other dealership and pray that there would be less mileage on it).

When we told them that we were getting better cut price deals on lease cars with miles on them, they said they couldn't go down further and they would be happy to get us some other car. Joseph even went to the extent of saying he would give us either a $500 discount or $800 worth Audi Care (4 free maintenance, which would usually cost $300 per visit).

When we said we didn't want the deal, the promptly gave us our money back. I would never lease or buy a car that is not in their lot because they can make you go through the credit check thinking the customer will be forced to buy a car because most customers would not be mentally prepared to go through another hard credit enquiry and hurt their credit score (even though all hard credit enquiry within a month are counted as one). If at all I decide to do the same thing, I would make sure that dealer can get the mileage on the car before it comes to them.

Love going to this dealership to have my car serviced. They always take care of the customer and are very courteous. Definitely recommend booking an appointment by phone or on thier website if you want a loaner. Great place.

While closing the deal on a car, they took the vehicle to get it filled up with gas and kindly broke the gas cap and completely kept silent about it even before everything was signed for altogether.
Be vigilant with these people, they were horrendously bad with being up front with their policies right up until it came time to close the deal. Every stereotype of a sleazy car salesman can be found in this place.

Extremely unprofessional & dim salespeople. I scheduled a test drive for a SQ5 and came into the dealership. The individual I spoke with was busy which is fairly understandable, so another salesperson assisted us. Apparently it took them 15 minutes and they could not find the key to their own car which we wanted to test drive... A third salesperson approached us and sat us down for 10 mins. When we asked him when we could drive the car since we wasted a lot of time already, he exclaimed "If you wanted to drive the car, why didn't you tell someone!?" as if we were idiots. He wouldn't believe us when we told him we spoke with 3 people and nobody was able to help. I've bought 8 cars over the past 5 years, visited several dealerships just today, and Bell Audi sticks out as one of the worst experiences I've ever had, and we're not new to this business. It's a shame, we could have paid cash for a brand new car that very day if it wasn't for their terrible customer service. If you value your time and money, do NOT visit Bell Audi. Plenty of other dealers around that will respect you as a customer.

PS - Many of the "5 star reviews" are dictated by salespeople upon purchase of car. I've done this several times myself when buying to keep good relations on a new purchase but this review is completely authentic. Don't be fooled.

Initially started off the communication with Bell Audi by checking their website and gave my info. Pretty soon I got a call from Adnan and things started rolling as I wanted. Annan was very professional and was a pleasure to work with. He provided all the info throughout the car buying process and was available immediately to answer all my questions. This was my first time buying a car and I was convinced that I would be swindled because of my lack of knowledge with automobiles. However, I felt as if they cared at Bell Audi. They make you feel comfortable and they will work with you. The facility is beautiful, but the service provided by Carlos Amaya & Ryan Schmidt, priceless!! If you are looking for a great experience and people who treat you with excellent customer service, it would be a disservice to buy a car from anywhere else!! They will go above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied and happy with your purchase. I highly recommend this dealership!

7/4/18: We bought a CPO 15 A3 in June of 2018 and it is running great! We got a very good deal on it as it was less than $20k. The manager was nice but wasn t very eager to negotiate on price. Our salesman: Adam was very knowledgeable and patient. He was not pushy at all and tolerated our indesiciveness. The only problem was that a lot of DMV issues arose. I have spent a lot of time trying to get it all straightened out. When we bought the car it took almost a month for the plates and registration to come. And the title still hasn t over a month after buying the car. Bell Audi is pretty great, other than my Misfiled DMV paperwork from a mistake.

Update 7/29/18: As of about last week, the situation was resolved and Bell Audi was very apologetic. I have updated my review from 4 stars to 5. The car has had zero issues still and rides very well. The DMV mistakes were partially caused by the fact that we bought a car in NJ to be registered in NY.

I am not a big fan of the whole car buying experience but working with Bell Audi and specifically Eric Schiffman was an incredible experience. He truly went above and beyond any expectations I may have had and I will remain a loyal customer to this dealership for as long as I lease/own an Audi. I can t imagine going anywhere else based on this exceptional service. Eric went out of his way to locate the car i wanted (2019 Q5) with very limited resources, and he did this in a record amount of time. He worked with my husband and I to negotiate a fantastic 39 month lease, all the while remaining honest and delightful to work with. He was quick to respond to any questions we had, whether via email or phone, and guided us through as much of the paperwork we would need to complete ahead of time, helping us to get in and out of the dealership quicker on the day we took home our car. He arranged a team of professionals to work with us on the financial piece as well as the tech side to learn the ins and outs of the car. Since leaving the dealership with the car, he has continued to follow up with us and our insurance company to provide them with the necessary information they needed. He truly was and continues to be a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him and Bell Audi to anyone looking for a car. A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of coming in to Bell Audi and test driving the Q5. The salesman, Gregg Harris, was phenomenal. He was very polite and friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. He took me for a very thorough test drive (which I especially appreciated) so I could get a true feel for the car (where as other salespeople at other dealers basically have you drive once around the block). Though I did not end up purchasing the vehicle (a bit out of my current price range), I give Gregg high marks for his professionalism and overall great attitude!. If/when I return to Bell Audi, I will be sure to ask for Gregg.

If you are thinking of purchasing a car from Bell Audi, I worn you that they are terrible in almost every way. First of I purchased a car and traveled down from New England. I did not receive my registration until 4 MONTHS after my purchase. It took constant calls to get ahold of anybody(at least 3-5 a day), no one called me back as promised. Managers where absolutely terrible to deal with, and could not keep promises they made through out the purchase. Car has issues and is still in the shop even though its just over a year old. Salesman are inexperienced and the whole operation was a night mare, The single handedly worst transaction I have ever made in my life.

In January of 2015 in needed to get a replacement for my A6 4.2. I loved that car but it was time to update. Adnan at Bell Audi helped get a test drive of the new A6 3.0T with the sport suspension. After driving that car getting it with the sport suspension was a must for me. I was happy that I was able to get the right color combination, 19" wheels, S-Line Trim. Adnan worked with Ryan on the numbers and they were able to help me make it happen because my old 2006 A6 4.2 had 140K miles on it. Wheel and Tire protection is a must buy for me and the clear bra to protect the paint was a good option to pick up. Ryan helped me with those. After a week with the new A6 i am very happy with the car. It is not short on power and use less gas than my previous A6 V8 engine. Happy to work with Bell Audi.

We have serviced both our cars at the dealership for over 8 years so when it came time to replace my wife's car we spoke them first. We worked with Steve who knew what he was doing. He was able put together put together a couple of scenarios and get us in the right car. Steve had good energy and was easy to connect with. We ended up buying my wife's next car with Steve. We are now working on replacing my A6 now.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! This dealership is the absolute WORST and will leave you with a car that your making payments on but cant register or drive it! The dealer will keep you completely in the dark as to your cars current ownership status and will treat your lending institution the same exact way. I purchased my car from them 10 months ago and now the dealer plate, registration and inspection have all expired. Audi refuses to transfer the title's lien status from their name to my lending institutions name resulting in me being unable to register the car. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER!!!!

This is current situation of my vehicle. Worst service ever, I initially have send the car to get new tires payed in the 3K price and my car was never the same. Every month I had to send the car back for something until recently they broke the steering column, the only problem that was there was that the steering wheel would not go up and down, and this I noticed the second I got the car back from service. I had to leave the car again and then get an invoice that the steering column is broken. Okay they fixed that and now looks like the steering is out or has never been put in the right way. I need someone to help me, I did lots or research and all Q7 seem not to have the gap I have in the steering wheel.

My family and I have purchased multiple vehicles from "Bell Audi".

Let's start with the good. They have a decent inventory of vehicles, and the facility is beautiful.

That's about it. You can and you will find better pricing at other dealerships. Their is an arrogance that the salesman and finance managers have that is unacceptable. I'm surprised that the Bell family lets their son-in-laws conduct business operations like that.

If you don't get the top tier rate, don't bother financing a vehicle from them. It was very revealing to find out that I was approved for a better rate then I received. Is that illegal? Won't make that mistake again.

Also, don't bother buying a certified or preowned vehicle from them if you can avoid it. I can't believe that the believe that the Bell Family continues to employ the used car manager, Jim Todd. If you ever have the unfortunate chance to speak with him, you will see why.

Important note, avoid the salesman Mark Levine at all costs. He will not provide you with real numbers regarding quotes on vehicles. If you want to lease a vehicle and want some clarity regarding the payment and pricing, call a lease broker in Brooklyn and ask for a complete breakdown. They have the best pricing bar none.

The service department is a ripoff. They will find things wrong with your vehicle. Buy the warranty if you can, and refuse to pay for anything not covered besides tires and brakes. If that doesn't work, have your attorney write a letter. Also, do not send your damaged vehicle to them for repairs, go directly to another body shop and save yourself thousands. I was quoted ~$5,600 for repairs to my vehicles right side and mirror. I paid $1,800 for the repairs including the new mirror and the work was beautiful. If you have time, get two quotes and see for yourself. It saved me thousands. Also, if you need to get new tires and don't need to have the car realigned, take it to a tire shop or buy them online. You will save yourself hundreds.

There is no comparison between the quality and service of Bell Audi to that of Ray Catena. You don't have to worry about getting ripped off there. What you see is what you get. It's too bad that Ray Catena doesn't have an Audi dealership. Oh wait, they are in the process of building one as we speak.

My recommendation to Bell Audi is that they work to change their customer service and business practices or Ray Catena will put them out of business, or at least take a significant percentage of their market share.

Craig kept me informed and followed up every step of the way with my repair. I appreciate exceptional customer service especially during a costly repair. We were in the market for a car to drive on the weekends and visit friends and family. We saw a Certified Pre-Owned 2018 Audi Q5 Premium Plus on Bell Audi s website. The SUV checked all the boxes but we had a few questions. We called Bell and ended up working with Ajay. Ajay was super helpful, quick to respond and very knowledgeable. He advocated on our behalf and ended up making a deal over the phone. When we came into the dealership, the paperwork was ready to go. We were in and out in a little over an hour. I highly recommend working with Ajay!

My family and I went to see about a used Audi, 2012, at Bell Audi. The salesman Bill was great. He kept us posted on the status of the car as well as similar cars in the inventory. The drive was about 75 minutes away. A couple had came in and was looking at the same car. Bill knew how far we were driving so he kept us posted. Luckily the couple did not purchase the vehicle. When we arrived Bill met us. He was very professional and courteous. We had our two younger daughters with us as well, Bill was very patient and worked with us for hours. He never once got frustrated or annoyed. We appreciate his dedication to his customers and his hard work. And PS, there was no haggling! I love the car.

Do not buy a car from here they do not stand behind their product. Sold me a car with breaks that squeak louder than a toy mouse, and refused to service my breaks even though I made them aware less than a day after purchase. My breaks were squeaking off the lot, and they told me it was normal and to "slam your breaks really hard" to deal with it. However that did not work and when I attempted time after time to contact the dealership they stopped answering my calls and wouldn't respond to any of my messages. They just want to get you into whatever car they can and be done with you from there. Terrible customer service.

I recently purchased my second vehicle from Bell Audi in Edison. In November of 2009 I purchased my 2010 Ibis white Audi S5 and in September 2012, a Panther black 2013 Rs5 from Albert at Bell Audi. Although there are closer Audi dealerships to where I leave, I ve always been treated with service that exceeds my expectations which keeps me coming back. Everyone from the valet service to the personal service advisors to the general manager have always been courteous and extremely helpful. Albert, who was my salesman, went above and beyond to assist me with any questions that I had and even delivered the vehicle personally to my home. I look forward to working with Bell Audi again when it s time to move into the R8 ! !

I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Audi from Bell Audi. The showroom and service area were really nice, very clean and well maintained. We worked with Marc Levine who was very knowledgeable about Audi and the specific model we were looking to purchase. The test drive was especially fun thanks to Marc. We are very happy with our purchase, Marc worked with us to come to the price we wanted. We had been to another Audi dealership and was disappointed with their service and lack of follow up, we are very happy with our Bell Audi experience and will definitely recommend them in the future.

I bought an A6 here after buying an A4 from a different dealership. Bell Audi is different from other dealerships in that they are very low pressure, and they still remember you after the sale is completed. That was a selling point to me b/c there is always an extra question you want to ask. Salesman Marc Levine has a gentle and boyish charm that made buying a car stress-free and low impact. It's easy to like him. Also Rami Ayyash, Eric Thokaai, and Bob D'Angelo all helped me even though this was Marc's sale. One last note: the whole place was tolerant when my young kid was running around tearing the place up. Personally I am not one to hold back my complaints, but this dealership is good and I recommend them.

I'm sure this is not the experience that everyone had. But, this is what happened with me.

I had a very bad experience with Bell Audi. I never going to visit this place again neither going to recommend to anyone. I went to buy Q3 and test drove 2021. I felt good and finalized the car - here is the interesting part. Instead of giving the car that I choose - they thought (I stress this) they thought that 2021 is out of my budget/ range and gave 2020 model without even informing me. After spending 8 hours at the store and after signing the lease they say that "oh sorry - we forgot to inform you that this is the not the car that you choose" after I confronted them on the same day of my purchase that this is not the cart that I choose.

I spoke to the sales manager and the sales person that this is not the car that I finalized and now they were like - you signed the lease and we can't do anything about it.

Now, I'm stuck with this car for another 3 1/2 years. I know there are ways to get rid of the car but this is not fare to me or to anyone. Not everyone is smart and this is my first SUV. I really didn't expect this kind of experience at a well renowned showroom. The only thing I can say who ever going to purchase a vehicle from this place - please be cautions. You will be tricked / fooled. Check the documents and car thoroughly before you sign the lease. I learned my lesson.

I hope this reaches to the right team and hopefully they talk to me and avoid such experiences to the customers.

First time Audi owner and first time having my oil changed. When I pulled up... I was greeted by Craig. Super friendly... professional and helpful! Overall energy inside of the building was warm and welcoming! I ll definitely be returning to this specific location for all future maintenance. My son was about to buy this car and we suppose to pick it up today. When he got there, the car was sold to somebody else. Moshe said he has a similar car and he can give it for the same price. When we saw the car it was $1500 higher than the original car my son wanted and the used car manager gave us the bias that they have the best price in the nation. The point was that we are a loyal customer owning both A6 and Q7 and they will definitely get their money back from service instead I got a lecture on economics and how he can sell the car in 3 1/2 days. They rather lose a customer than eat up a $1500 lost. Will not buy any new car from this location and get my service done in Princeton or Bridgewater.

We leased a 2015 Q7 from Bell Audi. This is the second Audi that we have from Bell Audi in the last 5 years. The experience with the dealership has been stellar! Muhammad Adnan, the sales rep was fantastic to work with. He put in a lot of efforts to make sure that I have the best deal possible and also ensured that entire process was explained well. The best part was he got me in and out of the dealership relatively quickly!

I am very happy with leasing my 2021 Audi Etron SUV at Bell Audi. Christine Carroll, the sales associate, who is very knowledgeable and professional helped me throughout the whole decision making process. She followed up and answered all my questions even after the deal. Frank Conte in Service did a great job getting the vehicle ready for me. What a team! Have been with this dealership since 2013 and won't go anywhere else!

Unproffesional front desk and very unorganized. I called Albert over an hour before my driver arrived to pick up a car from a customer. They said the car would be ready, and had my driver waiting for 3 hours to pick up a car.

Had a most and extreme dreadful experience. The sales person (respectfully, don't want to post one's name as not worthy of posting it) was simply treating me like apathic; that I had no experience/taste with new cars, making remarks like I can't afford the vehicle from this dealership, lampooning, insulting, denying from the facts and quotes which I had collected from other cars dealers: Mercedes, Range Rover, etc are "false & canard" and calling me 'LIAR'. Even told one to call the sales person from those dealers but refuse to call them (seems like one didn't had guts to call).

Long story short, the vehicle I was fist looking for A4. After price comparison with A4 & Q3, I went pursued for Q3 and the price one was offering for leasing Q3 was beyond my imagination: $550/month + $4000 down <MRSP: $39K> which is far much expensive than or equal to Range Rover Evoque, moreover Mercedes C Class 4 matic sports trim and GLA ( costing up to MRSP: $50K).

Fortunately 2 days later, went to BMW dealership, took a test drive, made an offer and had an ideal deal <took me less than 1 hour since the time of arrival>.

As per my personal opinion, this dealership lost it's customer, deal, customers satisfaction/credibility and in future I'll never ever buy any vehicle from them.

Further added, advise for new buyers; if you are planning to buy new vehicle from this dealership, go for the sales person who got a lot of good or outstanding reviews from the customer not the new sales person (who I had experienced with).

In July 2017, I bought a 2017 Audi A4 P+ from Bell Audi. A couple months later, I was thinking I should have went with the S4 instead so I decided to see what my options were. Found a good deal at another dealership and after negotiation, I was advised that my vehicle had damage. After some back and forth, they sent me the carfax that did indeed show damage reported the same month i purchased my vehicle. The car was in Bell Audis possession the entire time, and damage report after I purchased the vehicle. Surprise Surprise, they wont return my calls and the General Manager is never in. Make sure you check the carfax or they will see a vehicle in bad faith just for a sale. Lost a customer for life. I will purchase my future Audis somewhere else.

I strongly recommend asking for Kevin when purchasing your next vehicle from Bell Audi. Kevin is attentive, determined to take care of all of your needs, very knowledgeable, informative and his customer service is a 10 out of 10!!!

I came into Bell Audi to window shop and left with my dream car. Kevin made that possible! I am exceptionally pleased with my purchase!

The entire staff at Bell Audi was also very friendly and attentive. Hands down, the best Audi Dealership in the Tri State Area.

Beautiful facility. Christine the salesperson was a pleasure to deal with. The reason for three stars was the very poor and frustrating buying experience. The GM and finance Dept messed up the deal and showed me the incorrect numbers 3 times. I can t say it was on purpose, it just felt like they didn t talk to each other or really cared to make it right the first time. I spent FIVE HOURS in the dealership, and this was after already coming to terms with sales prior to walking in. Neither me or my friends and family will be buying from Bell Audi.

this place had stellar ratings, so i came here for my new car lease. kinda regret it now. here is why:
-they said the car was new and only had 25 miles on it. i looked at the car and it seemed fine. but i didn't look at the odometer. after i signed the paperwork, it turned out it had 200+ miles on it. that's the type of s**t i'd expect for a shady used car hustler. not a luxury dealership. maybe my fault for not looking at the miles, but again, this is a LUXURY car brand and I'm paying a LUXURY price
-never got my damn instruction manual. was missing from the car. they said they sent it like 3 times. never got it. i have to google everything now.
-and this upset me the most. TWO CREDIT INQUIRIES!!! one from bell audi the other from VW financial. why? i'm taking out ONE loan. why did bell find it necessary to do a hard pull on my credit history when it's VW's job? they made no indication to me that there would be 2 credit pulls. otherwise i would have went elsewhere. i leased with Benz and BMW before this. both only did 1 credit pull. i'm applying for a mortgage now and that actually hurt me. IDIOTS!

I would highly recommend Bell Audi to all, and be sure to ask for the phenomenal Marc Levine! My family and I had such a wonderful experience buying my first car from start to finish. Marc was such a big help. My family is new to driving the Audi and his knowledge, enthusiasm, and professionalism was greatly appreciated. He was a genuinely nice guy and a true pleasure to work with! Definitely would buy from Bell Audi again. Be sure to seek Marc Levine for a great experience!

the absolute WORST!!! your salesperson literally forced $100,000.00 to walk out the door. May 26 2016 my wife and daughter came in to look and purchase a vehicle, she didn't know which audi but had decided on an audi. The sales person was arrogant, gave her the impression she was waiting HIS time. (time is money)... As a result she drove a couple of blocks down the street to ...Ray Catena and has an S-Class. You should have a staff meeting to remind everyone not to under estimate or assume the negative about people.
