Impossible to get an appointment for anything. I called over 10 times one day and no one picked up then I continuously called days at a time. They would transfer me to repair department and they wouldn t pick up. Finally I just showed up randomly and I stood there for 20 minutes before anyone asked if I had been helped. Ridiculous!

I drove over 2 hours to Bell Audi from Maryland because they had a Certified Audi A5 Sportback at a great deal. When I got to the dealership I was not disappointed! I worked with Kevin this past week to get the process started, and he kept me in the loop the entire time leading up to my appointment day. Kevin is very personable and made me feel at ease, as well as being very informed about Audi products. I can honestly say this has been the best car buying experience I ve had and I m totally in love with my new car. Pretty good service. No pressure from salesman to buy the car. I gave 3 star because sales want to close the deal on the same day and did not go through with the customer showing details of new features that are available in the car. Need to improve better customer service when delivering the car.

Visited Bell Audi, looking to lease an A4. After a few minutes at looking at the showroom models, I sat down with Steve and reviewed all of the leasing options. Steve was very helpful in explaining, in detail, on everything that I needed to know about the car. I've leased many cars in the past and have spoken to many sales reps. I cannot remember the last time I had such a good experience with leasing a car. Bell needs to add additional rating stars above for reps like Steve.

Contacted the dealership about a certain car I had been looking for for years. Was contacted back by someone who seemed like they wanted to help me even when I explained I was serving overseas in the middle east. Was told they were going to take pictures and a video of a drive for me and would be right back, fast forward almost a week later and I've received no replies after contacting them multiple times expressing my interest in doing a deal with them. Would not do business with them, complete lack of customer service.

Very bad dealer I was in there the beginning of December the sales rep told me give me your information and I'll call you when the new a4 is here to drive it and all this never got any phone calls or emails I was just in there today just finish from work I do construction so I look dirty so when they seen me no one would come over to help me all sales raps where just standing there they really judge a book by its cover made me feel uncomfortable so I just walked out I think your only post to get one chance but I thought I could walk in and maybe it would be different from the day I went in December but it ant I would drive past this dealer and would be willing to drive 20 miles to the next and I was highly recommended this to any one els I am really disappointed

He was able to quickly answer all our questions and get us to test drive the vehicle we wanted and all other necessary services were performed in an effecient and timely manner. Robert was amazing as well and thoroughly and clearly explained all our contracts and documents. Audi had exactly what we were looking for. Their inventory is extensive.
Could not be happier about my experience with Marc Levine at Bell Audi. He is extremely knowledgeable about all models and very enjoyable to deal with on a personal level. When I arrived from NYC to pick up my vehicle he met me at the station personally to give me a ride to the dealership. I have been coming to bell audi over a year already! It started when my car got stolen and they made it better than before! I now own 2 audis and drive 45 mins JUST TO COME TO BELL! once they know you i assure you they will take care of you everytime. My go to guy is NICK! Nick from service is the man and i have literally called him a million times this past year with questions and concerns lol he always helps me and gives me advice as if its his vehicle. If you are a loyal customer they do whatever they can for you and i have always gotten a top notch loaner vehicle as well. Love this dealership service department is amazing!
Salesman who answered the phone was very rude and impatient. I wish I could remember his name, because I'd love to roast the guy. Sounded like he was on the TV show Jersey Shore. I didn't know the stock number of a car I was calling about so he just blurted out "hold on" while I was in the middle of a sentence. No one ever picked back up. The second person I talked to after I called back was better, but not knowledgeable. How can you not know basic specs of an Audi when you sell them? The owner of the business needs to know that his employees are costing him money, as I am picking up an A6 from a different dealer today.

Three years ago we went to Bell to look at the Audi A4. We wanted a specific color and the salesperson at Bell was not able to get this for us. We ended up purchasing the vehicle at another Audi dealer, but serviced our car at Bell. I was always completely satisfied with their service, so when it was time for my lease to end, I decided to revisit Bell. Steve Stoop introduced himself to us and asked what we were looking for. We told him our story and he was more than eager to get us to purchase at Bell. He was not pushy, he listened to what we wanted and ultimately he presented us with an offer we were delighted to take. I had to walk in and out of the place 4 times just for someone to ask if i needed any help. I ended up going to BMW up the street and bought myself a beautiful M3 .. Worst experience ever at Bell Audi. Very unfortunate.

I was directed towards Bell Audi through a friend and introduced to Steve Stoop from my contact. As any other car buying experience, there are some hassles and haggling required to get the best price possible. Despite a few disagreements and miscommunication, I ended up with a GREAT deal and became a happy new audi owner. Being about an hour away, Steve patiently dealt with me over the phone until it came to the day I went to pick up my car. I bought a CPO from this dealership 2 weeks ago and am overall pleased with my car. It disappoints me that the GM would not do all he can to keep his leading salesman. I've found some blemishes in the finishing of my CPO and I know my salesperson would take care of the issues for me. I do not have confidence in the customer service and would not recommend this dealership without that confidence.
All great managers know that their greatest asset is their employees. To not support the employees that are most adored by the customer insults the customer and says that the management does not care for the quality of service after his/her check is cashed. This dealership will have a lot of work to do if they are to patch their relationship with this customer.

I went to Bell Audi to look into buying an Audi Q5 SUV. The sales representative who helped me, Muhammad Adnan, was very helpful in guiding me through the process of selecting the features that I would actually use, getting familiar with the cars handling and driving experience, as well as setting up the financial plan that I could afford. He is open to negotiation, which I like since I always try to get a better deal. In terms of paperwork and helping me switch my car insurance to my new car, Muhammad was did almost all of that for me, which I appreciate.

Great experience while servicing my Audi S7 that was purchased from Carvana. Bell Audi was able to repair the faulty Sports Rear Differential under warranty. Parts did take about 2 weeks to arrive from Germany, but once it did, the installation was completed within the day.
If you're looking for a high end luxury vehicle, you have to stop in at Bell Audi. I always loved Audi vehicles, but thought they would be too expensive. Not only do they have a reputation for great cars but their prices were great too. I stopped in at Bell Audi to see the Q5, and ended up buying the Q7. I love it, and I feel like a million bucks in it! And if you're looking for someone who is patient, professional and genuine, Marc Levine is your guy. He was honest, friendly, knowledgable, and he's funny too. Happy we got to meet him, and looking to have a long lasting relationship with Marc and Bell Audi.

I did leave a 5 star review three years back and am changing it to a one star after a MISERABLE experience that has been undergoing for the past 7 months. I traded in a leased car early on what was a fabulous promotional offer which turned into the deal from hell. Not only did they not pay back the remainder of my old lease as promised for a good four months, during which I was getting bills for TWO VEHICLES, they then overpaid and made it my responsibility to get the money back to them from Audi financial services. I went out of my way to do so, making phone calls and sending faxes. But then they had the AUDACITY to charge my american express $7000 without my approval, consent or authorization, which I could have pressed a legal suit with. The matter is still ongoing and I was told by Audi headquarters that someone from the dealership would reach out to me personally. This was a week ago and no contact. I will never be doing business at this location again and am now even reconsidering never getting an Audi again since this is the way they choose to handle their clients, with no respect for their time and no time for explanations or apologies.
Worst dealership ever, I purchased a vehicle from bell audi, engine oil wasn t changed. Right after I drove off the lot all other lights came on I then took it back and I was told it was a used car that I should do the repair by myself, a horrible place to buy a used car, stay away people if you don t want to spend a hell lots of money for repairs
Had a great experience in 2004 when I purchased my A4 from Bell. So I decided to take my business back to them. Their new facility is one of the nicest I've seen. They were very busy when I went in, as it was a Saturday, so I needed to wait for a salesman. The receptionist took down my cell phone number and called once someone was available. I met with Adnan and he sat me down and reviewed which car I wanted and explained the price differences between leasing/financing. Next, we went for a test-drive and he explained all of the features that makes Audi one of the best luxury sedan's in it's class (if not the best). Once we got back, we began to review numbers and I decided that leasing would make the most sense for me. I traded in my 2004 A4 during this purchase and was out with my new 2013 A4 the same day. The whole process took about 3.5 hours (didn't feel that long). I'd recommend Adnan and Bell Audi to anyone.

I have bought a used car and was assisted by Steven. He was helpful and very patient even before I expressed my full intention of buying the car. He has also been supportive and helpful in weeks after the purchase. The dealership is nice and people are friendly and professional. The only slight downside was that the finance person was slightly dry, however, that did not spoil the great overall experience.

Find another dealership Leased suv and that s when series of mistakes started from wrong registration to financial statements . We were told to wait for months while the dealership pretended that they were getting it fixed with DMV - after few months we were where we started .
In the shown process the whole management team at the dealership would not respond to phone calls - will take our numbers but will not call back . Complete opposite of customer service . Stay away from this dealership - no sense of cusomerism.

I'd rate buying a car at Bell Audi somewhere around 3.5 stars. My sales person, Amanda, was personable, friendly, and trustworthy. Had a paperwork issue after I bought the car and went in while Amanda wasn't there and got passed from one person to another. Issue was solved but required a bit more hassle and emails than necessary. 3 stars because of the sales manager and salesperson who argued for 20 minutes on the ridiculousness of wearing a mask indoors (one was wearing a mask, one wasn't). Clearly some HR training and education is needed for some of the employees about what "a law" means.
100% recommend!! We had an awful experience at DCH Millburn Audi, shady things going on there. We went very far with them, chose a vehicle & were filling out lease papers when they increased the price on us. We ended up leaving. Anyway we shopped around & were offered different deals based on the features we wanted in leasing a q5. Moshe reached out asking if we had any questions & I told him the best deal we were getting from 2 other dealerships & he was able to match it but then found us an even better car with a slightly higher msrp! He had a lot of patience emailing us back & forth for 2 weeks. Since I m pregnant & Bell Audi is 45 mins away from us, I didn t want to come in unless we knew the price would fit our budget & he was accommodating to that. The better car was a 3-4 week wait from the factory but we weren t in a rush. We were feeling skeptical like the deal was too good to be true.. but my husband went in & put a small deposit anyway. We were a little confused about some of the pricing breakdown because we haven t leased before but Bobby was able to clarify all of our questions. He was so patient, my husband called me on the phone so I could listen to the answers as well. 3.5 weeks later, on my husband s birthday, our q5 arrived!! It only had 14 miles on it, no one else got to test drive it because it was already marked sold :) we were thrilled. The best part? When we sat down to do financing, there were no gimmicks or shady additions to the price. What we agreed to is what we paid. We are so grateful we found Bell Audi. They saved the day! Now we can rest easy with our beautiful, safe new car as we wait for our baby to arrive.

In the last 6 months I have purchased two cars from Steve Stoop at Bell Audi and both experiences were great. This is the 6 or 7th audi that we have purchased from Bell but the first from the new location in Edison. The first car was a 2012 S5 CAB for my wife. Steve was awesome, he provided everything that you would expect when buying a car with the personality of the S5 and at that end of the dollar spectrum service is to be expected.
After a few months we went back to Steve and Bell audi for our 2012 A4 Avant. Once again the service was spot on; the process was super simple and we could not be happier with the experience.

We were at the dealership 7/1 and looking to make an offer on a car and the guy who helped us named Clearance walked out on us and left us at his table without excusing himself to go and help two women. I find it ridiculous that he would just completely disregard customers like he did.
Called about a 2013 VOLVO XC90 which seemed fairly priced amongst comparable cars appearing on the usual sites. I asked whether the car could be taken to a local mechanic to get it checked out which they agreed on. AJ was amenable and took time to do so.
The problem I have is that the mechanic quoted about $2,000 worth of maintenance (replacement of struts, control arms, oil trap) that would need to be done over the next 12 months on the car. My gripe with this is that had I not checked this, I would have had to face a 2K bill very soon after I purchased the car - as will the next poor person who might not think of getting it inspected. The defense was that the cars are taken 'as is' which as a consumer is very risky but shouldn't taking the time and effort to highlight mechanical issues affect the price ? But they wouldn't budge on price either given what was uncovered. That's their prerogative but I would argue that a better, more principled dealer would have acted differently or at least have some bar of quality on which their cars pass, and if not - should act accordingly.
I cannot say how much I really enjoyed dealing with some of the Bell Audi staff last Friday April 5th. I purchased a car thru CARVANA and was greatly disappointed and had to return it back. I went to two places that Friday, one in Maplewood where the service was great but they were ridged in their approach during negotiations and Trade. They made me feel like I owed them a favor. I then decided to go to Bell Audi in Edison. My sales person was Nick Stewart. Nick was very kind, patient and went out of his way to show me all the options I had available. Nick was extremely attentive, I really enjoyed speaking with him. Here comes the Manager, Albert Nkansa. I hate dealership and working with sales people especially the managers, however working with Albert was nothing short of pleasure. He was very knowledgeable and was willing to work with me and my budget. Not only he was flexible, he was honest, straightforward and gentlemen. Once the deal was made, here comes Finance business Manager Jerry Schiavo. Jerry topped the great experience. What a pleasure dealing with him. Jerry went over and beyond to make sure that I had all the info I needed to make a solid decision. He never pushed me to buy anything that was presented. I have to say, all three where so sweet. I know its hard to find this type of persona in a dealership. I love my new car. Hint to all; Rainy days are good if you want to buy a car.

Came in for an oil change and detail, left with my convertible top broken. Why they opened the top during a wash, I have no idea. Had to literally argue and scream for them to fix it for free since they broke it, only to wait months of waiting for parts and repairs of other issues caused by their incompetence and in intelligence. Disputed the charge on my credit card since they couldn t even follow up with a refund when I asked multiple times. Considering this is an Audi brand dealership and I purchased my car here, I would have expected better service. What an absolute headache. Never will be back. Beware of this awful service company.
The buying process was easy back in 2013. Great price, great experience and easy process. But I'm writing because their service is awesome afterwards too. I had to replace my windshield and I must have been in the waiting area for max 10 minutes. Tom walked me thru the process with insurance, had the loan car ready and took my dry cleaning laundry for me (next errand that day) to the car. It makes a big difference and by Monday I was all done before my work travel. Awesome team!!!
