I'm sure this is not the experience that everyone ...
I'm sure this is not the experience that everyone had. But, this is what happened with me.
I had a very bad experience with Bell Audi. I never going to visit this place again neither going to recommend to anyone. I went to buy Q3 and test drove 2021. I felt good and finalized the car - here is the interesting part. Instead of giving the car that I choose - they thought (I stress this) they thought that 2021 is out of my budget/ range and gave 2020 model without even informing me. After spending 8 hours at the store and after signing the lease they say that "oh sorry - we forgot to inform you that this is the not the car that you choose" after I confronted them on the same day of my purchase that this is not the cart that I choose.
I spoke to the sales manager and the sales person that this is not the car that I finalized and now they were like - you signed the lease and we can't do anything about it.
Now, I'm stuck with this car for another 3 1/2 years. I know there are ways to get rid of the car but this is not fare to me or to anyone. Not everyone is smart and this is my first SUV. I really didn't expect this kind of experience at a well renowned showroom. The only thing I can say who ever going to purchase a vehicle from this place - please be cautions. You will be tricked / fooled. Check the documents and car thoroughly before you sign the lease. I learned my lesson.
I hope this reaches to the right team and hopefully they talk to me and avoid such experiences to the customers.
