I am not a big fan of the whole car buying experience but working with Bell Audi and specifically Eric Schiffman was an incredible experience. He truly went above and beyond any expectations I may have had and I will remain a loyal customer to this dealership for as long as I lease/own an Audi. I can t imagine going anywhere else based on this exceptional service. Eric went out of his way to locate the car i wanted (2019 Q5) with very limited resources, and he did this in a record amount of time. He worked with my husband and I to negotiate a fantastic 39 month lease, all the while remaining honest and delightful to work with. He was quick to respond to any questions we had, whether via email or phone, and guided us through as much of the paperwork we would need to complete ahead of time, helping us to get in and out of the dealership quicker on the day we took home our car. He arranged a team of professionals to work with us on the financial piece as well as the tech side to learn the ins and outs of the car. Since leaving the dealership with the car, he has continued to follow up with us and our insurance company to provide them with the necessary information they needed. He truly was and continues to be a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him and Bell Audi to anyone looking for a car. The car is absolutely beautiful and I m truly excited that this process was extremely seamless!!! I m grateful to Eric and Bell Audi!
