I am sharing a very pleasant experience working with Kim and her manager Keith at Bell for my new Audi. The professionalism and customer orientation to make everything possible for the customer is beyond superlative. Kim worked with me on my needs for about 3 weeks to ensure all my needs are captured well and I get the best experience with my Audi. She also worked extended hours to help me set up my Audi experience over weekend. Keith ran me through different options to meet my price point. Overall, a fantastic experience...!
