Extremely unprofessional & dim salespeople. I scheduled a test drive for a SQ5 and came into the dealership. The individual I spoke with was busy which is fairly understandable, so another salesperson assisted us. Apparently it took them 15 minutes and they could not find the key to their own car which we wanted to test drive... A third salesperson approached us and sat us down for 10 mins. When we asked him when we could drive the car since we wasted a lot of time already, he exclaimed "If you wanted to drive the car, why didn't you tell someone!?" as if we were idiots. He wouldn't believe us when we told him we spoke with 3 people and nobody was able to help. I've bought 8 cars over the past 5 years, visited several dealerships just today, and Bell Audi sticks out as one of the worst experiences I've ever had, and we're not new to this business. It's a shame, we could have paid cash for a brand new car that very day if it wasn't for their terrible customer service. If you value your time and money, do NOT visit Bell Audi. Plenty of other dealers around that will respect you as a customer.

PS - Many of the "5 star reviews" are dictated by salespeople upon purchase of car. I've done this several times myself when buying to keep good relations on a new purchase but this review is completely authentic. Don't be fooled.
