the absolute WORST!!! your salesperson literally forced $100,000.00 to walk out the door. May 26 2016 my wife and daughter came in to look and purchase a vehicle, she didn't know which audi but had decided on an audi. The sales person was arrogant, gave her the impression she was waiting HIS time. (time is money)... As a result she drove a couple of blocks down the street to ...Ray Catena and has an S-Class. You should have a staff meeting to remind everyone not to under estimate or assume the negative about people. Now if you are selling that many vehicles that you don't need this advise...I wish you well. Thank You and have a GREAT day,
