Overall a nice stay for a work conference. Rooms were nice, food was good, and facilities were clean. It was a little confusing getting from building to building to parking garage and vice-versa. But overall I'd recommend staying here.

The resort is nice - the attention to detail needs improvement! Very excited that we had a full size coffee pot in our room - went to make coffee Saturday morning and found left over coffee in the pot and old moldy grounds. Contacted the front desk, there wasn't much concern. They brought a new coffee pot but didn't take the moldy one, left it sitting on the counter. We thought room service would get it, NOPE - they folded the sheets up on our bed (didn't actually make it) left some new towels and that was it. Sat Night we left the whole pot with the moldy filter out in the hallway for all to see - Sun Morning when we left our room @ 7:30 it was still there. Checked out at the front desk, brought it up again and there was still a lack of concern. No offer for anything.

The room and bed was nice, getting around the hotel was a challenge, especially getting luggage to the garage. Some of the employees were very helpful in giving directions and the bus to town and back was a great service. Better signage would help and more deicing from the garage to the hotel is needed.

Most relaxing vacation stay in quite awhile. Excellent amenities. We stayed in the fall, but I will have to come back now for ski season as the place is right at the base of the slopes and is nicely setup as a proper ski base that you can just ski right in and out of.

Fantastic experience! Came for a conference and will come back for the great service. Daniel, Annie, Tamica (both of them), and Drew all made sure we were given 5 star treatment the entire time. Food during our conference was not "conference" food. It was fresh and delicious.

I travel for my job which means I am on the road all the time. I have never had such a poor hospitality experience in my life. To start, after the 7 hour drive from Denver in terrible conditions, they had no record of our reservation. They proceeded to list of names of people they had reservations for, asking if it could be under any other name after telling them many times it was not under any other name. When we finally got to our room, there were long hairs in our bed and on the pillows, beard hair in the bathroom sink, and pubic hair on the bathroom floor (I took pictures, I was in such disbelief)... Food crumbs all over the floor, and the room was not vacuumed. The shower had no water pressure, and hardly drained. By the end of the shower, you were standing in a foot of water. On day 2, the shower hose burst mid-shower and took hours to have someone fix it. This was right after we got back from the hot tub.. and since I couldn't shower after sitting in the buckets of chlorine they put in their tubs, my body broke out in rashes. The shuttle service is a joke. We waited 40 minutes downtown to get picked up, and the shuttle driver, "J" was extremely rude. I could go on and on.. but ultimately the fact that nobody at this resort seemed to care about how horrendous our experience was is the most disappointing part. They had plenty of opportunities to make it right and didn't. We will not be returning.

I have to be 100% honest, the price I pay for the place was 100% worth it. First, the front desk people were awesome, check in was 3 hours after my arrival and I explain to them that we have a baby and would appreciate if they could do anything because we drove from Dallas, Texas and we were tired and they got us a room in the same building that my sister was also staying within 1 hour, which it was perfect because we did grocery while we waited. Secondly, extremely close to the skies hills. Third shuttle that takes you around everywhere in the city free. The only thing is that is not fancy hotel but nice stay well worth it.

The resort looks great and is huge. About five buildings and many pools and hot tubs. The suite was very nice with a kitchen and jetted tub. The room smelled a bit funky which may be an anamoly. The jet in the tub would spit out black "junk" whenever we turned it on so we didn't use it. The restaurant on site also had was closing for the season and did not offer breakfast buffet for some reason today. There should be a warning on the website about this. Overall, the stay was nice with issues here and there.

Called the evening before to confirm our room - it was confirmed as 2 queen beds. Arrived - not the case. They were doubles. Had to go through the hassle of going 3 buildings over. On an 85 degree day - no air conditioning in the building. Room was 80. Room numbers are absurdly confusing. Went to eat dinner at 7:52. I was informed they closed at 8:00, but would not make me a pizza because they needed to close down the kitchen early... wow. We won't be back to the Beaver Run again - what a bad start.

The facilities are little old/dated, but guest services here are great. Staff is very helpful and everything you need is on site (somewhere). The free hotel shuttle runs less frequently than the city shuttles, but they'll drop you off and pick you up anywhere!

I was there for a karate graduation . I am disable. I was told I had the only ADA room in the 5 building resort and I was on the second floor. I am somewhat mobile so I might be able to get out if there was a fire. I know I am not the only person with a disability to stay at this resort. One elevator was closed for remodeling so for me to get to the conference room I had to take 2 elevators, and those elevators were not ADA friendly. I was so disappointed with my stay here for something I was so excited for.

Great for a family with younger kids. Loved having the full kitchen. Shuttle bus was very convenient! -- Elevators in building 2 were extremely slow. I had to use the stairs a few times. Blinds in the bedroom were broken. Drain on the bathtub was slow. -- All of them were very kind at the front check in desk. Shuttle bus drivers were kind.

Great location. Good facility. A little old and in need of refurbishing. The ski locker room is near lift but dark and without enough spaces to comfortably put boots on and off.
Elevator in our building often did not stop at our floor and waits for it are too long.

A great place to stay. Convenient to the lifts (right downstairs. Game room and facilities are great for families. Ski lockers are convenient to pick up equipment and walk right out on the mountain. Saw a Red Fox right outside the ski locker door one evening (sorry didn't have my phone to get a pic). Would definitely return here...

Nice place. I have stayed there multiple times. Avoid building 1, as the water pressure is horrible (showers are tough). I have stayed in buildings 3 and 4 and never encountered that issue. Very nice view from each of the buildings.

Housekeeping did not even come to change towels first day and at 7 in the evening they were tying up the elevators by holding doors open. We had to ask for the towels to be changed the second day and it did not happen until later in the evening.

reservation and checkout policies -- Front desk and banquet staff as a whole -- Being more flexible with policies and maintenance and upkeep of the resort as well as less corporate environment and much needed attention to personal warmth and attention. your resort exudes corporate, tourist mentality (make as much off of people with little effort in making people feel truly welcome and appreciated). -- disorganized and uninformative setting for meetings -- I was due to check out on Sunday morning but learned of a family crisis on Friday. I attempted to change my check out date on Friday but was informed that your policy would charge me for the full stay because I had not changed my reservations 72 hours in advance of my arrival! Very poor policy! -- A variety of reasons as stated above.

The shuttle drivers were so helpful and friendly. They made the trips to Main Street so efforlessly -- Building 1 needs some upgrading. Guest don't feel like they are staying at a resort. -- Kollin from Spencer's was excellent. -- Organized social activities for guests like socialmingling, happy hour or trivia night for families.

Convenience to town, activities, and shuttle -- In addition to my previous feedback, we attended the 4th of July party on the patio and our waitress Deanna was less than helpful. I was looking for some cut-up fruit for our toddler and she directed me to go upstairs to the Market to buy some rather than helping me order some from the kitchen. Btw, the Market did not have cut-up fruit. She just didn't really seem to want to be there or care at all. -- Yes, the man who checked us in was very nice, most of your shuttle drivers were amazing, and our waitress at Spencer's (twice) was really great. -- Check-out was supposed to begin at 4pm and we were not able to get into our room until 9pm. We have a 2 year old that was exhausted. There was a large pile of trash outside of our room door at 9pm and our key cards did not work and we had to call security to bring us new cards. -- We will have to see. The room was way too expensive for the quality of our stay. The faucets were loose, housekeeping just threw a bunch of shampoos and soaps on our counters when they cleaned. We found dirty tissues when we arrived. -- We will have to see. The room was way too expensive for the quality of our stay

Proximity to lifts -- Too many passages to get to one place to another. Confusing and somtimes got lost -- One of the elevator in building 4 out of service and was not fixed inmeaditely. This caused disconfort

ski-in ski-out from building 4 was great
-- mark from building maintenance cleaned the snow of my rental car un-prompted.

building 4 could use bigger ski lockers (to hold boots too) and a bench next to each locker

Was a lil disgusted at first and I admit to making some false or misguided judgments out of ignorance, but asked around more, made a few phone calls. Got some fabulous assistance... Well worth speaking to the employees when you need assistance for anything. I am handicapped. They "DO" have staff that can come pick you up in a wheelchair if necessary to carry you around the resort! I'll certainly be glad to come back. I'm sorry to the Staff for my beginners ignorance.

Nice staff - only one person at the front desk walked away when I had a question about the elevator not working in the garage. The building is a little hard to navigate, but I guess it's built into side of mountain and they are constrained by this

You cannot beat the location for skiers, the lift is stupidly close. Ski lessons pick up there, really a main hub. The onside is a gigantic maze and you will get lost. Has a bunch of hot tubs outside, indoor out door heated pool, the free or on call shuttle will take you to the village. Wood fireplace, private balcony. The only things i can stand to see an improvement in are the endless mazes to get anywhere, the bar is sort of boring and the space utilization could be better.

After Waiting in a long line to check in at 3pm ... the room wasn't available but they checked us in and were told they would call when it was. We received the call at 4 pm and told we could pick up the keys at the concierge. When we got to the concierge the young girl behind the desk instructed us to stand back in line and promptly returned to her personal call complaining about her boyfriend. Once inside our summit suite we found that a good portion of the kitchen dishes and the coffee pot were dirty and in the dishwasher and there was still old food inside the refrigerator. We later went down stairs to the Spencers steak house for dinner and with a restaurant seated at maybe 50% capacity were instructed to sit at a small table inside the bar because there were no available tables. As we sat at the table we were instructed too...An older gentleman wearing the restaurant uniform and name tag very rudely says to my companion "Ma'am thats my table so excuse me" and pushes past her into the seat and sets down his plate of food. So i return to the desk as there were no remaining tables in the bar and asked to be seated.... miraculously i am seated immediately by a different hostess in a sea of open tables....and then proceeded to sit there for the better part of 30 minutes without ever seeing a server come to the table. So we got up and left. I had not been to Beaver Run in about 4 years since my previous stay at this property.....but it has seriously declined in service over those years. The only great thing about this place is the proximity to the chairlifts ...so Dont expect much ...i was so embarrassed that i had recommended this place to friends and this was the "Vail Resort experience" they had...never again

We had a problem with check-in. I believe it was Lauren from your staff who contacted me and made an adjustment on our bill. Appreciated her help. -- We weren't impressed with the food from Spencer's. -- We had to leave hurriedly due to a medical emergency. We accidently left a draw string bag with dirty clothing in our room. We called and were told that the bag and clothing was thrown away. This is VERY disappointing.

I wish I could have given this place more stars but there were some things that were not excusable. First I want to start by saying the staff was very helpful and the view from the room was nice.. The room was large and had a nice fireplace and kitchen. Apparently we get shafted during mud season.. no room service, parts of the room were not cleaned such as the bathroom (boogers on the wall, old hair on shower floor), water leaked from the ceiling because upstairs room flooded (not hotels fault), elevator was jamming, which is scary when you have children. For anything that was missing or wrong the excuse was that it was mud season - while I understand the need to remodel and be like other places, Breckenridge is the only place I know of where hotels shaft their customers because of this and use it as an excuse.

l came here many times on family ski trips growing up. l always loved it, and never had any problems.

The people posting negative reviews over things like 'it looks old' or 'staff isn't friendly' are a bunch of spoiled, petty whiners. They would have a stroke if they visited China.

Beaver Run is awesome, and there's no reason a reasonable person wouldn't love it here. Thanks for all the good times guys. l hope to visit again someday.

My family stayed up in building 4, 8th floor, I believe it was room 846/848 September 20-22, 2019. We enjoyed ourselves, room was dated but decent. Had a couple red dots show up on our legs but didn't think anything of it. Two weeks after returning home, we noticed more dots showing up and they itched. Had an exterminator come out to see what we were dealing with, brought home bedbugs with us.

Be wary and check your rooms and mattresses for signs!

Really awesome experience. Friendly staff, the amenities, and being so close to the mountain are the best reasons for staying at this place. I will definitely go back. Thank you for your hospitality.

This was an awesome stay at beaver run resort!! My husband and I went to have a Staycation vacation for Covid season. The hotel is following good social distancing guidelines!

The only reason for 4 stars was because of the AC they leave us with an AC unit in the living room (but not installed through air vents) and a fan to circulate with an open window.. we made due with the temperature sleeping situation, this is a Ski lodge in the mountains so it s understandable.

That did not effect our vacation too much! Such a wonderful spot right next to Burrow hiking trail and the view from the resort is wonderful! Full kitchen provided and easy access just a short walk to all the coffee/food spots!

Every single employee at this location were all very friendly and informative about things to do in breck such as Hiking, Lakes to visit, and ways to get around town!

If this were to go up to 5 stars I would say change out the carpets and do some light remodeling on paint/windows and that AC thing would be okay!! It s cold in the mountains and I can see why there s no AC in the rooms!

Overall great resort and trip to tune out and relax!

Beautiful resort with a beautiful view, the spa is great and the pool areas are very well taken care of, with a sauna and steam room for guests to use. Staff was slow to respond occasionally, did have to wait about 40 minutes to get the pool restocked with towels, however those minor hiccups did not take away from the experience. I am planning on returning to Beaver Run in the future.

I had a very enjoyable experience. I stayed in a 2 bedroom condo. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Woke up with a view on the sunrise cresting over the mountain tops. My only complaint is that there wasn't a free breakfast for me to start my day on. But with that said I would gladly stay here again.

Very clean, very friendly, what more can you ask for. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I highly recommend staying here if you visit breckenridge. Thank you for making my stay be the best it could.

The convince of the resort to the main town and how it was a contained community. -- The room was not the cleanest upon arrival, used tissues under the beds, dusty headboards. Overall the resort was very cute once you get the layout down and for ski in the winter it would incredible there.

This place is in front of ski lift and about 5 minutes driving from tne town. There is a free shuttle from the hotel to the town. We stayed in this hotel 4 times. Every time our room was good. We were surprised about free firewood delivery. The housekeeping could be better, but this is only disadvantage. So I can definitely recommend Beaver Run Resort
