Quality, impeccable cleanliness and service, respect for the customer, rich buffet, wonderful, relaxing environment ... impressive spa!

What good is a beautiful hotel if you are so narrow-minded and reserve the water features only for your own hotel guests! Instead of using it to advertise a great hotel, visitors are banned from the site. No thanks, I really don't want to go on vacation there.

Nice, well-kept hotel. Friendly and very attentive staff. Beautiful beach. However, there is no city in the vicinity, so you are locked in in the hotel, so to speak. No sea promenade. So to go for a walk, explore the surroundings is also nothing here.

For the fourth time, we visit the hotel in May 2019 and are impressed and delighted by the high level of service provided by the exceptional staff, as well as the luxury and uniqueness of Pomegranate.
We think this is the best place to stay in Halkidiki. In addition to the incredible service, the complex offers a super luxury base - spacious rooms with enormous beds, an impressive infinity seawater pool, as well as a unique spa center with sea water.
Admissions to the management of Poseidon Restaurant and its manager Julia and the members of the service staff in particular the extremely attentive Olga. The food there is real gourmet.
Sincere thanks also to the whole hotel management, led by Hristina - an exceptional professional.
The cleanliness of the whole complex is perfect - the sheets are changed every day, the ladies who care for hygiene are always smiling and kind.
The hotel offers everything that is needed for a luxurious and unforgettable vacation for every family, with special care for children.
And last but not least, the incredible fountain show that entertains the guests every night.
We recommend Pomegranate for anyone who wants to combine lux and peace during their vacation.
And also this is one of the few luxury hotels with mosquito nets!

Exceptional. Exemplary cleanliness (2 times a day), very well maintained, everything is of the highest quality. They have 'products' I have not had at any 5 * Hotel. Spa is exceptional. The heat problem has been solved, all rooms have air conditioning that works well. I recommend without any retention.

Rested with a girl, young bored, a lot of couples with children, there is a club, there is also not much, a cool musical fountain, near the beach, a pool, a delicious varied breakfast, for the whole stay a couple of times only the dishes were repeated, the service was good, there are Russian speakers , I will definitely go there again, completely forgot about the spa, in general, everything is fine there too))

Hotel, room and lobby are beautifull. Hotel is generally ok. But everything is too far, like in Turkey 5* hotels. You have to walk to the beach by stairs and go up which os very frustraiting during hot summer days. There is amazing sound fountain but get bored after two two days. Racio price-quality is 3.5-4*

We stayed at this establishment with my family, 1 week during the summer of 2020. A difficult year following the pandemic, and it was felt on the beach. Very few tourists present, I personally did not mind it because we had the beach to ourselves.
But I am full of tourism professionals who must have had a hard time getting through their seasons.
In any case, I was not disappointed with the services offered and the professionalism of the staff of the establishment, who lived up to my expectations. And who answered each of my requests, it is very appreciable. Despite these difficult times.

Only small remark, no one of the staff spoke French, it is the only thing missing from this splendid trip. But in English no worries.

A spa hotel with a few shops, a nice pool, the shoreline of the beach falls a little lower than the beach and goes down the stairs or ramp, which is a little awkward. There are several shops in the hotel. There is a well-kept garden. The fountains in front of the hotel are an evening attraction.

Amazing hotel, with beautiful views, green area with fountains. The infinity swimminpool was the best! The staff in the reception was a bit lost, but the waiters in the pool bar really made up for it! They were just the best! Theodoris and Stevi thanks!!!! Dinner at the Hermes restaurant was very good although a bit pricey, the waiter again did a great job. I would love to come back soon..

I 've tried the relaxing massage, and it was so beautiful in a super luxurious and modern environment, what can I say about the personell, very professional and polite. Among other and historic 5 star hotels, this massage was cheaper but way better. I totally recommend it, if you are using premium services like this in a 5 star hotels. Practically there are no minuses, all that was not pleasant, is connected with its location on the ground. More on that later. In short - the hotel is beautiful! He lived in a room on the 1st floor. With views from the window do not bother, the sea is almost invisible or from where, just accept it. Inside the room is a safe, a spacious closet with wide hangers, the bed seemed too soft. TV is not small, you can insert USB. Kasulnaya coffee maker, tea, water, every day everything is replenished for free. Service at a height, changing towels in the room twice a day. The restaurant has meat, sea, baby, vegan, fresh juices in the morning, everything is present, bow to the boss. Confectioners are also at altitude. In the evening, the fountains are impressive. For children there is a beautiful separate fairy tale center based on the little mermaid. The spa is downstairs, everything is there and even more than you can dream of, the visit is free, and the procedures are paid separately. But you will have enough of everything in full. Towel, slippers, bathrobe, everything is there on the spot. The beach and the sea are clean, the approach and the bottom are better with boats. Wifi is strong even on the beach, there will be enough sun beds for everyone. Of the minuses, the intricate lighting system in the room, and most importantly in my opinion, there is no possibility of walking outside the hotel along the coast, except on sand, including on a bicycle, and the roads around are narrow not for pedestrians. Rescues a taxi 10 euros to the neighboring town Neamondaniya. Behind the wine to the nearby village of Neapotidea on foot 30 minutes through the bridge with a beautiful view. For fur coats 30 euros in Kalithea. In general, I liked everything, I advise you here, I advise everyone, but not later than the end of September!

The best place for a family vacation.

Half of the staff are at level 5, but the other half is desperately bad.

Our favorite place in Greece. High level of service and good beach. Great wellness area with a wide variety of provided treatments. They also can propose an individual medical detox program. Good kids club. Nice food - you can also get a personal menu within the detox program.

The hotel is nice and the services are good. There are a few things I'm not okay about. Parking does not have covered seats to protect the car from sunburn. Access to the pool in the spa is not permitted for children under 12 years of age. Outdoor swimming pools are not heated.
