Great place. Self CONTAINED Everything And Right On Peak 9. Always improving with new hot tubs, walkways and concierge and reasonably priced!
Beautiful hotel, friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Honestly could ask for more out of a place to stay. Being able to walk right out side and be on the mountian is a huge plus!
Beautiful place, near the gondolas to climb the mountain. Great service.
We love staying here when we go skiing. Beaver run is the best.
Some of the best ski instructors you can learn from
I love the appearance of our room and beds and the jetted bathtub! -- Sorry I did not get any names but all of them did great except the chef of Spencer's, my son ordered plain burger with bacon, he did not get bacon and it has caramelized onion in his burger, good thing my mother-in-law liked the onions and she just took it from him. And I ordered well done burger and it wasn't but I don't want to make a hassle, I ate half of it. additional note is it was not even busy when we ate, there were only 3 tables occupied including us.
Good conference facilities, scenic location, but multiple buildings may mean a little longer walk each morning to conference sessions.
Great resort. Loved the room and the location was amazing.
It fit with our needs and was a great experience for the family. Great place to stay.
Great location on peak 9 by lift, and has a free shuttle to anywhere downtown. Room was old and had a funky smell. I'd chance it again if the price was right.
Place isn't bad. Ski in/ski out so convenient. Really needs to be updated. But it's not bad.
Really large complex with good value and good quality rooms & facilities. Ski in / Skit out is a must for me and this resort is right on the piste.
Elevator broken in building 2, for 6mons, and still not fixed. Making it a pain to get around.
Everything was clean, lots of parking. Arcade, store, restaurants...has everything you need
The entire place. We're coming back to ski -- Nothing. Don't change! -- The bartenders at Base 9 were outstanding -- Do you have transport services from DIA? Minor dealo, but it would sure be nice to watch the scenery
Cool place to
Meet and have dinner.
Hello! Originally this had one star. But that was a total mistake! I accidentally hit one star without knowing it. I give this place 5 stars. Location excellent. I am here for a conference and it is perfect for it. We had a small mishap with our room and the supervisor on duty answered our needs immediately. So this place is great all around. (Apologies to the management for my earlier mistaken rating.)
going back home -- very run down and not kept up to date -- for the price paid, expected better accommodations -- actual accommodations do not match price paid
The amenities were clean and useful, views were amazing
We went for the suite, It was a few bucks more. It had a kitchen, Jacuzzi and all. Seperate living room, nice balcony. Clean and quiet. Nice location
Beautiful, calm place to stay, very close to main street market
Great amenities and location was good. We had issues with our room but these issues were resolved by the manager, Alex. Will probably stay here again for our next visit.
The facilities are a bit outdated but how can you go wrong with Breckinridge? Service, bar and food were great. One suggestion is please keep more luggage carts in your detached buildings.
I have only good things to say! Our initial interaction with front desk was amazing, our room was clean with plenty of extra everything, there was a pool and hot tub, comfy bed, and a balcony with a view facing the mountains... PRIVACY Will be back!!
Great place and very accommodating staff. Amenities aplenty.
Pretty cool room, it's like having a little apartment. The view could be better
We have stayed here several times for a Taekwondo testing event. Each time we have stayed in a different room, from a single room to a 4 room suite. Across the board the rooms have been exceptionally clean and comfortable. There have been noticeable renovations recently as well.
There is abundant conference space. The staff is polite. Parking can be a bit tight but we make it work and have never had any real problems.
Access to hottubs and interconnected buildings made getting around easy. Issues with the Bathroom having spots of mold formation as well as limited parking.
We stayed 5 nights in Bldg 1. Facility is well-dated but accommodations were acceptable. Location for ski in/ski out were exceptional, particularly for Peak 9, which is where we spent the majority of our time. Free WiFi, free ski lockers. Staff was courteous, rooms were clean, beds were acceptable. I did not like and was offended by the access to Bldg 1 from the main lobby (through a makeshift game room and then across an outdoor roof). There are no laundry facilities in Bldg 1; they are inconveniently located in Bldg 3. Food in the restaurants was sub-par and was overly expensive (but wait staff was very friendly). Meals in town were much better and less expensive. Complimentary shuttle to and from town, which appears to be standard service for most of the lodging facilities. We did not use the various hot tubs, pools or spas so I am not able to comment. This is a 3 Star facility. You could do worse and you could do better. For location and price this facility is fair. Kids will like this facility.
Great hotel. Very helpful staff when it came to arranging my husbands birthday.
Huge resort right next to the chairlift. We enjoyed our stay.
Nice updates room, convienent location -- Pool area needed update
Feels a little dated, but good amenities and great snowboarding.
Great unique rooms with a many amenities. Free shuttle
The rooms are VERY out dated for the asking price (somewhere around $250-300a night). The water pressure is horrible for the showers, and for the toilets (it will take a couple of flushes!). Depending on which building your room is in you may have a long and frustrating walk ahead of you.
On the positive side of things your room has a complementary beat up fan and an old style humidifier (the kind that start on fire if they run out of water).
Space was available to use before the Spartan Race. There was a nice outside seating area to use while waiting for the race to start.
So wife made a reservation, and I got confirmation. We got up here and they told me that the reservation had been canceled. They said they tried a notify me, but I never received a phone call and my bank never notified me of this. They then tried to charge my card for my stay after they told me they've cancelled my reservation. The guy at the front desk was incredibly rude told me it was a busy time and he didn't know they could fit us in. We then went down the road to mountain thunder and they were more than happy to accommodate us. My wife went to the spa there, but other than that not worth it.
Great place to have your corporate conference. Lots of rooms and accommodating staff. The Drivers and bellman were super friendly and much accommodating. Some areas are a little run down and parking can be an issue since they only have a small garage, but overall a wonderful place to stay with access right to the ski resort.
5.5% resort fee . - I don t like being nickel and dimed
The rooms are very spacious with everything you need. Best part is the ski slopes are right in your backyard!
Bela was great helping us through reservation changes and flight delays.
Great Location near the Peak 9 chair lift.
My organization recently held our annual convention here. It was my first time planning a meeting of this size, but Mary Ellen and Sheila made it incredibly easy through every step. They were accommodating, communicated well, and gave many perks. They upgraded my room and left me a thoughtful bag of treats. The food was delicious and staff were very friendly. They also made it easy to bring in Breckenridge Distillery for a tasting (Beaver Run handled all the liquor licensing and details). We would definitely host another convention here and highly recommend it for others!
Nice suites, although we found blood on the sheets and nasty brown substance on the dresser, the elevators were super slow and leaving took an hour just to get down the elevator
Really amazing facilities! Don't forget to light up your fireplace!
Love the room, tubs, pools, and Breckenridge! -- Did not like that when we went to Spencers they charge a resort fee. As a guest I think we should get a discount not charged. Breakfast was busy and food was ok. Dinner was great but a little over priced. -- Excited to see new game room?! Hope you're updating the putt putt!?
Close to downtown activities. -- No luggage carriers for checking in & out of room.
TRASH TRASH TRASH. This place is outdated and old. Save your money and rent somewhere else. I can speak from experience. Take a look around. Everything is broken, dirty or 25 years old. Devils in the details Beaver. This place has seen its time. Seems like mgmt needs to be overhauled.
The location and proximity to town is nice. There is a shuttle service to take you in to town, but it is slow and unreliable for pick up and drop off. Ths room was dirty with streaks behind the toliet on the wall. The housekeeping service arrived today 4:00 after we had been gone all day. When we asked the front desk for more towels, we were told they would have to check if they cqn do thet?!?The staff needs a lesson customer service.
Not good at all. Broken elevators and no maid service. Don t stay here. Not worth the money.
Parking is a nightmare, there was blood on the wall of the bathroom, white stains on the sofa ( one can only guess what that was) no ac. Definitely not worth the price they charge
location -- bathroom lighting -- Alex -- concierge -- no
We stayed overnight as wedding guests. Loved the service at the wedding and the room had a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.
A very nice location. The condo was nice and comfortable. The drawback was the kitchen in our unit. Outdated stove and dishwasher. Close to the lifts--within walking distance. The play area needs up dating for sure. A lot of non-games in the video arcade area. Would not recommend Spencer's for breakfast. My pancakes were some of the worst I've ever had. Allegedly made from scratch. The Betty Crocker cookbook has a much better recipe.
Food, staff, and the others that were visiting were all top notch.
Excellent place to stay. Super convenient to the peak 9 lift, lots of amenities. There is so much to do in the resort itself that you never need to leave, it's like a cruise ship on a ski slope.
The pool area was nice although it did get too hot in there during the day -- The bed -- We had problems with our room and heard others complain about theirs as well -- I didn't sleep for three nights. The couch was uncomfortable, the bed was as well. The room temperature was unstable, no hot water for shower, and the toilet made horrible noises for two minutes when you flushed it. There were lots of dirty stains on the carpet as well.
Stayed in suite it could of been cleaner, bed was comfy room very warm-too warm
The prices were pretty affordable for our stay. The resort is in need of a renovation, but one of the less pricey places to stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Great place for families! They have some good amenities (mini golf course, swimming pool, jacuzzi tubs, outdoor tennis courts). All the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel itself is a bit of a maze. Great location, excellent shuttle service, friendly staff.
The rooms were very clean and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped and the housekeeping staff was outstanding. We were impressed with the amenities and the friendliness of the employees. We will stay here again!
Toasty weather, very comfortable for hiking or shopping going thru the fun shops....just lovely stay!!!
This hotel has a ton of ammenties (restaurants, spa, multiple hot tubs, arcades, shops, etc), good views, and helpful staff. It is located near the downtown area and has a free city bus stop as well as hotel shuttles to get you where you need to go. The only negative critique for me to add would be the confusion of getting from one building to the next within the complex. It would seem that you need to go up and over, down, and back up in some cases to get to the correct place and I found the signage to be confusing, though not enough so for me to subtract a star. Overall, this was a great stay and awesome experience!
Great place and great staff!
We had to leave a day early due to a snow storm approaching and they credited us for
the night we didn't use. They didn't have to do that at all.
Thank you Corey and the management team!
