My salesperson Eric Maynor was great. We haggled a little for a total time of 20 minutes and we had an agreement. Where things went south was with the Finance Department, our assigned person was an overly aggressive sales person trying to sell his add ins. After telling him no 20+ times both my wife and I snapped and threatened to leave and we had to get angry to get Brough the finance manager to quit. I don t know why dealerships don t realize if I wanted and extra warranty or some BS I would work that with the salesman. Last thing I want after coming to an agreement is for some finance dork to try and re-haggle the deal. Give me what we agreed on and let me leave happy with my purchase, instead this deal now feels tainted.
