First let me say, it is very rare nowadays to deal with a company that is so well organized and run by people that know what they are doing and are so user friendly. I can count on one hand the positive reviews I have written.
I bought a 4 year old Hot Spings Grande spa from a company that bought up 100s of hot tubs from forclosed properties. They are NOT a dealer for Hot Spings. Over the next 5 years, they sold me replacement parts, sometimes they even worked. They sold me the wrong filters, that cut the circulation by almost 50%. The spa was not worth getting in anymore.
I started looking at a replacement spa, the local dealer quoted me $18000 for a new Grande. Did not have one in inventory, and was vague as to when i might get it. And was not interrested in making a service call to repair mine (I guess because I didn't buy it from them). I checked all over town to find some help.; All I got was excuses. Their repair guy was out, parts were hard to find etc.
Then I saw a listing on the web for Arizona Hot Tub. I called and talked to David Gould. He listened to my problems, made a few recommendations,and told me how to diagnose and make the repairs. He sold me some parts to get started. They had everything in stock and shipped it out the same day. His advice was spot on. All the parts fit. THANK YOU For the first time in years I'm enjoying my spa. I only wish they would open another location near me in FL.

We were helped by Brian who was very knowledgeable and friendly, not pushy salesman type at all. Delivery and set up was so easy and smooth, they do it all for you stress free. About 5 years ago we bought a HotSprings Flair spa plus two sets of fantastic outdoor chairs and tables.
This year we decided to trade our Flair in for a larger HotSprings Pulse spa. Removal of the old and installation of the new went off without a hitch. Only took a few hours. They sent 4 people out for this and they did a great job. One person stayed until the spa was filled and ready to use. He went through everything we needed to know including all the options on the control panel. Our salesman, Brian, was great to work with and the installers were very professional. Great company!
The sales staff Nick/Josh were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions as I have never owned a hot tub before. After trying different hot tubs in their show room, I found the right one. Delivery was prompt and the installation crew were efficient, even made me a cheat sheet for water care! The fact I can call for help or have someone come out to fix any issues I might have, is service I would of regreted not having if I bought online. Definately worth checking out!

Helena, took what I consider a a long time explaining to me the differences of tubs and water systems. We opted for the saltwater and already we feel amazing. And you can test the tubs before you buy!
The staff is very personable and helpful. Nick and Mike spent a lot of time going over the details of various hot tubs that we were looking at. They were friendly, cheerful and patient through it all. We originally purchased a smaller hot tub but they offer a.deal that allows you to upgrade within 6 months and get full credit for your existing one. They even have wet tests so you can actually try out multiple spas you're interested in. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested and it's always awesome to work with local businesses like them.

I purchased a hot tub and a swim spa from Helena at AZ Hot Tub Company. I visited other hot tub companies both in Phoenix and Cottonwood, but I felt the sales staff in Prescott Valley were knowledgeable, interested in my needs, and helpful in providing the exact models that would work best for me. I'm 61 years old and wanted a way to exercise without throwing out my back and knees, so the swim spa is perfect for me. I use it for water aerobics, and also for swimming against the current (the wave feature is easily controlled so you can select the speed of the waves). This allows me to get low impact cardio and I am in the swim spa 3-4 days per week. My grandson plays water polo, so he loves the opportunity to put the waves on high and push himself in swimming against the current. I also purchased a Hot Springs hot tub from them, and I'm using the hot tub about 5 nights per week. (See incredible AZ sunset photos. When the hot and swim spa were delivered, the delivery team walked me through maintenance and care. The hot tub and swim spa have been easy to maintain, and Helena and the sales staff have been very responsive when I call with a maintenance question (I'm not a technical person, so they have been able to walk me through any concerns I had, which have been minimal.). The best thing about the hot tub is that the jets are incredible for my back and neck issues, and I love relaxing in the tub right before bedtime, then going straight to bed (and SLEEP!). I highly recommend AZ Hot Tub's sales staff and service department, and I love their products.

They came by today, about 10 days after initial delivery, & professionally installed the handrail. I purchased a Hot Springs Grandee from Erik Hart over 2 years ago. Erik, Steve, and the rest at Arizona Hot Tub have always provided outstanding service from the sale to the installation to the warranty work. They are still exceeding my expectations with what I would classify as minor warranty work. They show that it is important to them that I am never without my spa even though I don't request that. I would never purchase a spa from another company.

Once the "just right" hot tub was selected, the price was competitive, and the installation was perfect. One day after installation, the water was hot and the tub works perfectly. I don't mind being in hot water over this decision!

AZ hot tub company provided me with one of the best customer service experiences I have ever received. I purchased a used hot tub off of craigslist, and got myself into some trouble because the hot tub had a few leaks that were not disclosed from the previous owner. The mover I used in Phoenix also delivered it with broken parts that he ruined while moving it. Even though I did not purchase this hot tub from AZ hot tub company they were there by my side this entire time answering my questions and providing their expertise. We decided that the spa was not going to work for us and decided to buy a brand new Hot Springs envoy from AZ Hot Tub Company. They gave us a great offer on our used spa and continued to provide not notch services during the entire transition. Our salesman Mike and the owner Steve are the main people I communication with and they were both amazing and understanding of our situation. Moral of the story is that I will never again buy used unless it is coming from a dealership with a warranty, and that for me I will never deal with another company for my hut tub needs except for Arizona Hot Tub Company because of the experience they gave me. The owners Steve & Helena and staff are very knowledgeable and have excellent customer service. We purchased a spa in 2009 after looking at many competitors in the area and have been very satisfied. Everything they say about running and maintaining a spa is easy and inexpensive. Steve, the owner, personally came out and demonstrated the use, care and maintenance of the spa. We recently had a part fail and Steve personally came out to see the problem, he ordered the part and he called us when the part came in to install it. They worked in our time schedule plus came out exactly the specified time we agreed upon, not the typical 4 hour window.
We also just went to the VIP party a few weeks ago and had a great time, we were surprised at all the wonderfull food that was prepared. We were also very surprised at winning one of the prizes.
Everyone we know who has used our spa we have told them the only place to buy is Prescott Spas, a comfortable store, no pressure and you will leave feeling respected

We love our new Jettsetter spa!!! We have a salt water system and love it. Helena and Erik have been wonderful to work with. I looked at spa's at this location for almost 6 years...I went to other places too and looked but was always blown away with Prescott Spa's customer service. Erik would talk about how the chemical process is going to work, how if I have issues I can call and talk to one of the people at their location, I am even able to text Helena when I am really confused and she responds with some posibble solution ideas. No other local spa company or big box store is going to offer that to you. I am blown away at how great their customer service is. I have told all my girlfriends about Prescott Spa's and even friends in the Valley area. I soak in my hot tub every single night and i've had it now 7 months. Soaking in my spa is the one thing I look forward to all day, its so relaxing and I sleep so well at night. I also suffer from migraines and soaking has cut them in half. I really can not rave enough about Prescott Spa's. If your on the fence about purchasing a spa with them GO FOR IT. You will not be disappointed. These are the best people I have found in AZ! They care about their customers and your enjoyment of the product they provide. We bought our Hot Springs spa from them 6 years ago. The service in Prescott was superb. When we decided to move to Peoria, AZ last year, Steve Kasten picked up our spa, stored it for six months, and then delivered it to our new location. Then, when the temp guage "Ready" signal went off, I asked Helena for a referral here. Instead, she told me that the problem is the high temps in the Phoenix area causes the spa to go beyond the 104 degree max setting. All I had to do was turn the spa down to 98 degrees and open the top overnight to let it cool down (the water was 110 degrees). Now it is a comfortable 102 without the heater running!

This is a great company. They were very helpful the couple of times I've had issues with my 15 year old HotSprings spa. Even though my hot tub is still working well, I've decided to upgrade to a newer model. They picked up my old spa, delivered and completely set up another beautiful new one, and gave me a very generous trade-in allowance. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. This is the way all businesses should be run. HotSprings is the best tub and Prescott Spas is the only place to buy a hot tub.

As a 20+ yr Hot Springs owner, I could not be happier. My current Sovereign is a 2000 and is just needing significant repairs due to a slow leak I've been racking my brain trying to locate the issue and fix myself. This is where I can honestly say that AZ Hot Tub went above and beyond my expectations from any company I've dealt with. Not only did Nick take the time to call me on a Friday night and walk me thru this DIY repair but he even made me a quick personal video explaining the process. The real KICKER: I didn't even purchase my spa from them. Matter of fact I'm on the East Coast. Tell me where you can find that level of helpful and friendly customer service anywhere?

I own a 2011 Caldera Spa and needed a replacement part (valve) that was discontinued on my model year spa. After contacting several dealers in Salt Lake City where I live, my only option was to re-plumb the valve in my spa for the new updated part. I had a feeling that somewhere , somehow I would be able to find this discontinued part on some dealer's shelve in another state. I felt the local dealers were not interested in helping me out and didn't offer any other solutions. I decided to google Caldera dealers in Arizona and i was so lucky and fortunate to have found Arizona Hot Tub Company. I explained my situation over the phone and Helena took immediate action. She felt that it was worth a try to call the manufacturer and see if they had access to this discontinued part. She didn't have to do this and I was amazed at her willingness to go the extra mile. Within 24 hrs she called me back to let me know her contacts at the manufacture had found the part i needed and were willing to ship it directly to me! I realized the Helena is the owner of the dealer and also realized quickly why they are receiving such great reviews on google. Wish we had a dealer with service like this in Salt Lake City. They deserve more than 5 stars. Thank you!
