Had a great experience from beginning to end. The sales staff was very knowledgeable, answering all of my questions during 2 visits. Once the "just right" hot tub was selected, the price was competitive, and the installation was perfect. One day after installation, the water was hot and the tub works perfectly. I don't mind being in hot water over this decision!
