Arizona Hot Tub was highly recommended to us by a friend who has been a customer for years. Helena at Arizona Hot Tub made sure to answer all our questions without any pressure to buy. Once we made the decision to purchase, the buying process was easy as well. In fact, they held our hot tub for many months before we could take delivery. The installation was seamless, and with a friendly, knowledgeable team and the right equipment our tub was delivered and installed quickly.

Unfortunately our new hot tub leaked. We notified Helena and she immediately let us know that the hot tub would be replaced. Arizona Hot Tub went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We decided that instead of getting a replacement we wanted an upgrade. Helena worked with us to make that happen. We love our new hot tub.
