First let me say, it is very rare nowadays to deal with a company that is so well organized and run by people that know what they are doing and are so user friendly. I can count on one hand the positive reviews I have written.
I bought a 4 year old Hot Spings Grande spa from a company that bought up 100s of hot tubs from forclosed properties. They are NOT a dealer for Hot Spings. Over the next 5 years, they sold me replacement parts, sometimes they even worked. They sold me the wrong filters, that cut the circulation by almost 50%. The spa was not worth getting in anymore.
I started looking at a replacement spa, the local dealer quoted me $18000 for a new Grande. Did not have one in inventory, and was vague as to when i might get it. And was not interrested in making a service call to repair mine (I guess because I didn't buy it from them). I checked all over town to find some help.; All I got was excuses. Their repair guy was out, parts were hard to find etc.
Then I saw a listing on the web for Arizona Hot Tub. I called and talked to David Gould. He listened to my problems, made a few recommendations,and told me how to diagnose and make the repairs. He sold me some parts to get started. They had everything in stock and shipped it out the same day. His advice was spot on. All the parts fit. THANK YOU For the first time in years I'm enjoying my spa. I only wish they would open another location near me in FL.
