The quality of our tub is wonderful, and the customer service was great from the first time Everitt helped us in the showroom, to the long time before it could be delivered - which went flawlessly. We had construction delays, and they were so very patient about holding our order for months!

That would be the keyword in describing my experiences with Prescott Spas. I have been doing business with Helena and Steve (owners) for fifteen years now.

They have always gone out of their way to help me and make things right, if a problem emerges.

Being a senior and a widow , I have found that one has to be on guard doing business in Prescott. There are people who try to take advantage of us older folks. Not so with Steve and Helena. They treat me like I am thier Ole' Aunt Bobbie who they care about and look after.

I would highly recommend Prescott Spas to anyone buying a spa or needing spa service.

Without a doubt, this is one of the best purchase experiences I've ever had. Great showroom. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Fantastic selection of multiple brands and many price points. They even let you come in with your swim suit and try the spas in private rooms! I would highly recommend Arizona Hot Tub Company to anyone thinking about a hot tub or endless pool.

We live in Prescott and have a small deck off of our master bedroom with 60 mile views. We wanted a hot tub that would fit the deck dimensions and meet our requirements. We went to the store and explained this; they sent out technicians to look at the deck; they recommended support to the deck; the work was done by a qualified contractor; we selected an appropriate spa and the installation was scheduled. In our case it took a crane to transport the spa from the street above to the deck. EVERYTHING was taken care of professionally, without a hitch; and under budget. The post installation training was excellent. It has been two months now and we are enjoying the spa 3-4 times a week; great for aches and pains and just plain enjoyment and it is so easy to maintain. Let's put it this way: Prescott Spas is a very professional organization to work with. We highly recommend them.

We are soooo happy with our second spa from Arizona Hot Tubs! They have gone above and beyond to be sure we are happy with our purchase.
The delivery and set-up was professionally done, by friendly effecient guys, ( sorry I forgot their names!) With the expert information given by Helena, Steve and Nick, we made the decision to purchase the salt water system. I can hardly believe the wonderful difference I feel on my skin! I also have issues with my neck and back, so the hot tub is a must for me! If you're considering a spa, Arizona Hot Tubs is the place to go!

Highly professional and a company that stands behind exceptional service going above and beyond even when the spa manufacturers fall short. The owner Helena Kasten is trustworthy and a pleasure to do business with who understands the importance of assisting clients well beyond the purchase and install date. I was in contact with her 3 years after our spa was installed for a minor issue and she not only responded quickly but resolved the issue even when the spa manufacturer, in our case Bullfrog did not. I wouldn't purchase a spa from anyone else.

WE LOVE OUR SAUNA!!! We recently bought a Finnleo Infrared Sauna with Light Therapy, from Nick. The everyday aches and pains are becoming a thing of the past! It's almost addictive, it helps you feel so good! Thank you Nick, for your complete knowledge on this product and your fabulous, caring service!!

The Arizona Hot Tub "Family" is excellent to work with. Helena, who wears many hats (Sales Rep, Repair Tech, Manager, Owner), is knowledgeable, smart, and energetic. We are so "Blessed" to have found such a wonderful, Christian, family business that we can trust to handle our Hot Tub affairs when we are away for the summer. Helena saved us several hours work by knowing what we needed to do to our Hot Tub when we're away. NOTHING!! Believe it or not!! I expected to come back to a green, slimy, nasty Hot Tub. BUT NO!!! I know I can only give a max 5 star review, but I d give them a 10 if I could.

From beginning to end, Nick and the entire staff at AZ Hot Tub made the entire experience a real pleasure. We are first time hot tub buyers so we had a million questions to go through and Nick was patient and answered all of them plus had friendly advice each step of the way. The best part was being able to test out different tubs in the showroom before we settled on one. I think we ended up testing out almost 10 different tubs in one day ... some were quite quick and others were long soaks as we debated back and forth between different models.

For the installation, the team did a site check first to make sure they could fit the tub through the fence / gate and also made sure that the electrical system was ready for the tub. (Yes we did have to contract an electrician to put in the 220v electrical line.). All in all a fantastic experience from beginning to end.

Extremely knowledgeable about their products and just a pure joy to work with. I ordered a hot tub in February. Our home wouldn't be finished until May or June. They were in contact with me in Michigan throughout and scheduled and rescheduled and rescheduled with no problem. Day of installation they called and were actually early, explained things clearly and were on their way. I actually called back and asked if the hot tub could be reversed and they were there the next day and turned it around. Always with a smile on their face. Thank you Arizona Hot Tub...you're the best.

We had a great buying experience! My wife and I were extremely happy with all services from salesmen to delivery! We are enjoying our hot tub so much. I thought the winter weather would deter us from going in since we bought it in December 2016 but the warmth of the water, under the stars on a cold night is worth every penny we spent! From the moment we walked into this AWESOME business we were treated like gold. Every employee went above and beyond to help us, the install was flawless. We went on a quick trip and when we returned our water was brown and cloudy, when we called they were awesome and helped us correct the problem. No ones fault just one of those things, 24 hours later the water was clear as glass. These people are the best around they explained everything to us and took care of us above and beyond when we had an issue. If you are looking to buy a hot tub do not go anywhere else, this is the MECCA of hot tubs. The customer service is more like friends helping friends. DO NOT BUY ANYWHERE ELSE.

After 10 years, we still LOVE our spa. It is perfect, easy to maintain and loved by all our visitors. The store staff is always courteous and friendly when I buy spa supplies. Great company, fantastic spas!

Over the years, I have purchased items and gotten advice for the maintenance of my hot tub. I luckily found them after being disappointed with my local shops. Everything from sales to customer service has always been outstanding. Most recently (April 2018), I received continued and detailed help throughout the day while installing and then troubleshooting a problem. I would highly recommend this place.

We just purchased a Hot Spring spa a few weeks ago and I must say, what a pleasure it was, dealing with Arizona Hot Tub Co. We did not know anything about a spa but after dealing with Nick Kasten we learned everything we needed to know so that we could select the right spa for us. Nick was very knowledgeable and patient with all the questions we had for him. He never pressured us for a decision, even after spending many hours with us. When we did decide what we wanted, Nick promptly ordered our spa and set up a delivery date. After a couple weeks, the spa came in early and they moved up the delivery date, knowing I could not wait to try it out. Jay and Colby came out with the spa and had it set up and ready to go in a couple of hours. Jay then went over all the controls and how to add the chemicals. Again, they were a pleasure to deal with and were very careful of the spa and our property. I would recommend Arizona Hot Tub Co. to anyone in need of a spa. You will not be disappointed.

Friendly, professional, helpful, knowledgeable from first contact to sales thru installation. A very positive experience.

We first met Steve and Helena (owners) in 2005 while purchasing a Hot Springs Hot tub. Since the day their company installed the unit (exterior in ground installation) we have enjoyed 15 years of first rate service and, yes, we are still using it today. A few days ago I noticed the unit had lost a fair amount of water so suspected a leak. I checked the unit over including the drain caps and the mechanicals but could not spot the source of the leak. I went over to AZ Hot Tub Co and met with the owners; they indicated the first step was to replace the caps even though there was no obvious sign they were the culbrit - I was dubious but agreed as Steve handed me 2 caps. If that failed the second step would be to come out, extract the unit, put it in their shop, fill and test for the leak, make the repair, stress test, and reassemble with new insulation etc. We would be talking serious 4 digit $ numbers for parts and labor...on a 15 year old tub. Well folks, I'm proud to say the caps proved to be the solution! Customer satisfaction is real, not a slogan at this firm. One final note: if we had to go the repair route and deemed it too expensive for such an old unit they offered a really good deal on a new replacement. It's always fun dealing with these true professionals and I would give this family owners 6 stars if the system allowed!

I have owned several hot Springs tubs for many years and when I change cities I have gone back to Hot Springs versus other manufactures. The ownership and staff in Prescott have been easy to work with and responsive to any requests beginning with the initial installation thru service and providing supplies when needed. It is an organization I can easily recommend to anyone in search of a company with a good product and a talented service minded team.

The most professional family owned operation we have ever dealt with. Excellent service and always a smile to greet everyone. Great experience dealing with these fine people. Highly recommended.

Arizona Hot Tub Company is by far the best! Impeccable customer service. Carl was very helpful in helping me to pick out the right spa for me and was very responsive to both emails and phone calls. The delivery guys did a great job and were a joy to work with. Look forward to their service in the future including shipping me supplies since I live out of town. Don't shop anywhere else!

The store is wonderful, with a large selection of excellent products, and a team of people who are knowledgeable, upbeat, and really get what their business is about. We were able to find the right hot tub for us, and after 3 months of using it, we continue to be excited about our purchase and the people we purchased from. The excellent service does not stop at the sale. We call or visit when we need help or maintenance products, and every experience with the Arizona Hot Tub Company has been enjoyable and helpful. We found out during the buying process that the owners are neighbors. I think it tells us a little about them that they let us know that - and that part of what they offer is the knowledge that they are all there to help. Finally - as a first time hot tub buyer, I had a lot to learn about hot tubs, and my buying experience was terrific. I got all the information I felt that I needed to make an informed decision, and no pressure to complete the sale quickly. They helped us choose the site and prepare for the installation. Our hot tub has the fresh water salt system, and we appreciate how simple it is to maintain the spa and water quality. We readily recommend this great store and their products to our friends.

We purchased a used hot tub a few years ago and use their valet service. They noticed a crack in the tub and took it in for repair. They found that a few pipes had cracked as well and although it was not under warranty they worked to get me a replacement. To even make matters more difficult, we were getting married and we're on a bit of a time constraint. Everyone was so helpful from the original install, valet services and even to the final replacement. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a hot tub to check with them first

When I first moved to Prescott I visited Arizona Hot Tubs to see what they had to offer. Everyone was knowledgable and quite nice. Once situated and in our new home I purchased a used jacuzzi tub that they went through and made it look like new. I've had the tub for over a year and have had 3 small problems. Some were minor and one other after the warranty expired was taken care of by the owners. They have provided my wife and I the very best customer service that you can get anywhere. Their service tech's are some of the best and each time they came to our home they provided new information to help on maintenance tips, saving energy and most of all how to enjoy our hot tub experience for years to come. I will always use them and will recommend them to anyone.

What can I say, these folks are GREAT (or I would not have just taken the time on a beautiful Sunday morning to create a profile to be able to write this). I first worked with David in 2010 and most recently Helena. Their knowledge, professionalism and helpfulness is difficult to find in retail/service these days. Although I am in Massachusetts and have an Authorized Hot Springs Dealer 20 minutes away I prefer to work with Prescott 2000 miles away. Without exaggeration they have saved me hundreds of dollars and hours of frustration with their troubleshooting and suggestions. Aside from nuisance daily chemicals I call on them for all of my questions and replacement parts. THEY ARE THE BEST!

The staff is great. We have had issues with our top due to a manufacturer issue. They have done everything in their power to make it right. Couldn't ask for a better team to take care of the problem.

Two things I will warn you about Arizona Hot Tub Co. The first: Buyer Beware , the second: Be ready for High Pressure Sales . I had two previous Hot Spring Spas and they were wonderful. Had one for 17 years, with minor repairs. Went in to AHT to buy a new spa. After looking at the two models I was interested in, one they supposedly had in stock at the warehouse and the other they would have to order and it would take a long time to get here because the factory is closed. We decided on the one they assured us was brand new at the warehouse . We signed a contract and I gave them a check for half the tub, over $7000, for delivery in approximately one month. Walked out of the store, a half hour later, it hit me, they were NOT selling me a new, never used hot tub.
Turns out the tub was NOT at the warehouse , instead it was at one of the employees house and had been there for some time, so it was not new, but a used spa, which they had told me was in the warehouse .
I went back the next day and confronted them with the facts, they admitted the tub was in an employee s home being used. I cancelled the contract immediately. Apparently as I found out later, they lend their employees a tub so they can speak from first hand experience. They tried to sell me one of these demo tubs as brand new, at brand new prices. My advice to a buyer is BE SURE OF WHAT YOU ARE GETTING.
Secondly, after admitting they had misrepresented the tub they sold me, they still wanted to sell me another tub, overlooking the fact that they had just tried to sell me a used or demo tub as brand new, in the warehouse . And they kept trying, until I just walked out the door. DONT DO ANYTHING IN A HURRY, SLEEP ON YOUR DECISION, BEFORE YOU BUY. Don t stand for the high pressure.

My Husband and I had a lot of questions before we bought our new Jetsetter, and everybody who worked there took the time to make sure all our questions were answered. I know this will sound a little bit "Korny" but when you are there you actually feel like Family.

This is the best company to buy a Hot Tub from. Hot Springs is the best hot tub and Arizona Hot Tub folks are friendly, informative and patient. Their service is impeccable from decision to purchase to excellent on time delivery and hook up, these guys and gals are the BEST

Arizona Hot Tub Company is absolutely one of the best companies we have ever done business with. Their service is quick; the staff is super friendly and competent; and they always make you feel welcome and valued. Plus we love our hot tub! We also got a doctor's prescription for the hot tub which gave us a tax deduction. Potential customers with back problems might not know that is possible. There is another feature of the company that is great,and that is the chance to come into a private room and actually try out a number of different models of hot tubs. We were able to choose the exactly right model for us. Arizona Hot Tubs is definitely a five star company.
