I called Arizona Hot Tub Company this afternoon needing some parts for my jacuzzi. Helena was friendly, helpful, and the process was so incredibly easy. We purchased the jacuzzi 4 years ago and would not think of using anyone else for supplies, maintenance, or just needing a quick question answered. Found out after our purchase, they live in our neighborhood...you got to love Prescott.
