AZ hot tub company provided me with one of the best customer service experiences I have ever received. I purchased a used hot tub off of craigslist, and got myself into some trouble because the hot tub had a few leaks that were not disclosed from the previous owner. The mover I used in Phoenix also delivered it with broken parts that he ruined while moving it. Even though I did not purchase this hot tub from AZ hot tub company they were there by my side this entire time answering my questions and providing their expertise. We decided that the spa was not going to work for us and decided to buy a brand new Hot Springs envoy from AZ Hot Tub Company. They gave us a great offer on our used spa and continued to provide not notch services during the entire transition. Our salesman Mike and the owner Steve are the main people I communication with and they were both amazing and understanding of our situation. Moral of the story is that I will never again buy used unless it is coming from a dealership with a warranty, and that for me I will never deal with another company for my hut tub needs except for Arizona Hot Tub Company because of the experience they gave me. From sales, to management to the delivery team great job and keep up the wonderful services. You truly turned one of the worst experiences of our lives into one of the greatest. Thanks Justin+ Sarah!!
