Although it took longer from order time to delivery because of the world situation, Brian who assisted us in our purchase was very helpful in showing us the latest models. This is our second Hot Springs Spa, our first lasted 31 years so we are hopeful that we will get the same from our new one.
Hot Springs Spa made the whole journey pleasant and I would highly recommend them and Hot Springs Spa to anyone wanting a good quality product.
