Nice and comfortable in the middle of Orchard road

Nice and friendly hotel. Good location, close to restaurants and subway.

Location is good. But there were some hiccups in the lunch buffet segment, all phone bookings for the buffet were not recorded and they had to do a make shift set up outside the restaurant, even blocking one of the two lifts to the floor.

One of the best 5 stars hotel in city centre. Hospitality is very good being an IHG hotels. Very close to most of the attraction points in the heart of Singapore. There are some discounted deals for the attractions when you book through the hotel. Staff is great and food are good too. Hotel is really quiet despite its location, so nothing to bother about a good night sleep.

It was best place to live, even they have stores, food is best, you get each type of food here.

Best Place, Convenient, good staff, nice breakfast, good rates

Location was not too bad. Around it are some decent shopping malls. Went there for lunch function at the ballroom. Food was not as good as the sound system were quite disappointing.

Great staff in lounge nothing to much trouble for them, gym terrible depressing in there due to low ceiling and so hot tiny tiny sauna

Great hotel, with comfortable rooms and excellent location. I put 3 stars instead of 5, for the row that every morning you have to do to get into the room used for breakfast. It's a long year I come to this hotel and I must say that over the past two years the breakfast service has worsened

Great location in the middle of Orchard Road. 5 minutes walk to Somerset MRT and shopping mall and food court. Friendly hotel staff. Huge room with comfy king sized bed. Bottled water provided daily are very handy to take on trips. Great that guests can leave their luggage at the hotel on check out, go shopping for the day and have a free shower on the 8th floor before catching flight home. Only negative point is that for coffee drinkers like me, it would have been better if the hotel provides 4 coffee satchets instead of 2 per day. But overall an awesome place.

Attended a wedding lunch over the weekend. Ballroom was nice but visual and audio could have been better. Image projected on the screen was blur. Staff attending the banquet was attentitve, polite and fast. Overall a good experience in the hotel.

Was there for a wedding dinner. Overall the ambience is good and it was a pleasant night.

I'm here for 2 weeks on business. Great location for quick comforts after long working hours, excellent highway access. Service has been very good, staff very helpful. Room is clean, spacious for business with stable internet. I'm very comfortable here on business.

Had a 3 days seminar there. Manager and staff of banquet are very professional and helpful taking care of all the needs and requests.

A good hotel though somewhat overpriced for its location and quality. Aging facilities still working really well.

The hotel us nice, eventhough its located at Orchard area... but need to walk abit to get to the main road. it's like you are there but not really there......

Good hotel for business travel and tourism. Location is great, just in the heart of the city. Staff is very kind and rooms are well equipped. Try avoiding rooms heading to cuppage plaza as there is a loud music all night.

Holiday in is familiar. Just don t remember the last time I ve been there.

Great value 4 star Hotel, Central location off orchard Road, 300m from MRT Station, with street food options close by. Roof terrace pool and hot tub nice for family to relax. Rooms larger than other simular value hotels.

One of the best places to stay in Singapore. Best hospitality and nice pool. The breakfast buffet was the best. After our suggestion they also prepared for us south indian food. Nice of them.

Best Holiday Inn I've stayed in. Very attentive staff, clean, elegant decor. Even their lobby bar was surprisingly well-appointed and accordingly popular. Great location.
