We started visiting with Helena & Nick just to get a feel of the store & staff. We brought water samples in from our inflatable spa that we had purchased online. They were very helpful in suggesting how to get the water chemistry right. They made suggestions about some of their products & why they felt it would be good for us. They were never pushy or make us feel that we were not making the right decisions. It was our choice. They offered several suggestions and why it would be good for us. We did purchase a Aria
spa. We absolutely love it! Go in and make some new friends and get into some hot water.

I bought a Jacuzzi and Sauna. The after sale service is fantastic. I would never think of shopping anywhere else. This is an example of a local business that really knows what they are doing.

Arizona Hot Tub Company has been amazing. We bought our first hot tub about 10 years ago and it had to be craned in over the house. I watched while shaking, thinking "what have we done?" Needless to say, everything went perfect. Our hot tub is still running smoothly, but medical issues require a different seating arrangement. So, we returned to Arizona Hot Tub Comany and bought another one that would fulfill my needs. Again, I stood outside, this time confident as they craned out the old and in with the new. AZ Hot Tub Co. has refined the art of hot tub buying. From the moment we walked through the door, the experience was magical. State of the art hot tubs were all around as we were invited to look about. Knowledgeable staff greeted us and Josh took us on a tour, answered all questions ,no matter how redundant, with the patience of a saint. Remember to take a swim suit as they have models to test to see which one suits your needs. After placing our order, we set a delivery date. Talk about easy. James and Nick, our delivery guys were so professional and quick! Friendly and personable, they set everything up, answered all questions and we were in our hot tub that evening!! Our experience with Prescott Spas in Prescott Valley has been outstanding!. We love our Vanguard spa and have received excellent customer service from the knowledgable staff there. Helen, Steve and Eric are always available to help by phone, at the store or they will send out a technician when needed. They have easily walked me through some "operator errors" as well as maintenance issues. Friendly, professional but most importantly, experienced. They really know their products and have given me spot on advice every time. They also know their customers. This is good old fashioned home town service. Ever find a auto mechanic that came out and told you when you DIDN'T need something and saved you a ton of money? You stuck with them after that. Well this is the same kind of experience as well. I trust them completely and would definitely recommend purchasing a spa from them.

Nick Kasten at AZ Hot Tub Company has been amazing to work with! I started looking on-line for hot tubs and he reached out to me in order to give me more information and was instrumental in getting me set up for a Grandee in Prescott while also living in IL. I was able to be here in AZ for the delivery and it went extremely well and my sons and I have used the hot tub almost every night since its installation. It is absolutely wonderful - I would highly recommend AZ Hot Tubs, the Grandee, and the help of Nick Kasten - you can't go wrong!

Best Spa, Best Company. This is my second spa with Arizona Hot Tub Company. I bought the Hot Springs brand and love it. Debated about getting the salt water system because I am cheap. I so glad we opted to include it our purchase. Water is always clear without using any chemicals. Additionally, the water is unbelievably soft. The wife loves it and says it helps her skin. A happy wife makes the difference, and she always wants to go in. I am very pleased with the honesty and integrity of both Elania and Steve. I was treated fairly and I know I will continue to get great service. I highly recommend the company and their products.

I had a great experience purchasing my new hot tub at Arizona Hot Tub from Josh, and the guys that delivered and installed were wonderful and very professional. I had a bit of trouble getting the PH right and Everitt helped me and sent more stuff! It was all a very positive experience and I highly recommend them.

We walked into Arizona Hot Tub many months ago and received a warm welcome from Nick. He spent well over an hour with us, explaining all the ins and outs of the spas. We are now very happy owners of a Caldera hot tub. The entire experience with Nick and the staff was outstanding in every respect. We can't say enough good things about Arizona Hot Tub.

My husband and I purchased our very first FreeFlow Aptos Spa on October 01, 2015 and it was installed the very next day. Our salesperson, Erik Hart, was not only very professional but was very knowledgeable which helped us tremendously with our choice. We were very pleased with his willingness to answer our (many) questions and with the great customer service we received. Erik is definitely a great asset to Prescott Spas.

Our installers, Anthony and Jay, were timely with their arrival and installation. Their explanation and demonstration of the maintenance put our minds at ease since this was our first time owning a spa/hot tub. If you own a hot springs hot tub then these are the guys to handle your chems, accessories and parts. I've just completed a swap out on my heater, heater relay board, thermistors, pressure switch, ozanator, and filters. My 2007 Envoy (KK) is back up to snuff in ALL respects. I now expect another 5-7 years out of it before another major overhaul.

David at Prescott was instrumental to my success as was whomever was on the other end of the google hangout. They were able to answer questions via hangouts.

Actually would love to visit this place. Google Maps keeps bringing The Hot Tub Company up to review it. To be honest it is right next to the building where I get my oxygen. Although I would love a Hot Tub for some great therapy they are probably a little out of my price range right now I would be looking for a free one or one donated. LOL I do however give you a 5 star rating for having the CUTEST duck!! Smile this is a good review even if it is only for your duck..

Although we did not purchase our Caldera Spa from Prescott Spas they have provided us with excellent service and support. A family owned local business, they have excellent customer service with knowledgeable technicians and sales staff.

I bought a hot tub from here a few months ago!!! I absolutely love it. When we went in to just look we fell in love and I had to have it. They were a little backed up for delivery-about two weeks, but I had family coming into town from California and really wanted it for my visitors.That weekend with 5 days notice they made it happen and did a rush delivery. They went above and beyond. I am so pleased with the customer service and support they give! Nick has especially been amazing. After my family left (6 kids in the jacuzzi all day) I had some problems getting the PH levels correct. I called and told him about what was going on and he personally came to my house and fixed it that SAME DAY on his own time. I was shocked at how helpful they were and wanting to make sure their customers were pleased. Still to this day he checks up with me to make sure I have no questions. For sure the best place with the best customer service! Thank you Arizona Hot Tubs!!!!!

After sitting in our spa for the first time, the first words out of my wife's mouth, "this lounger is a slice of heaven".
My wife and I had shopped around for at least a month, on-line, down in the Phoenix area, comparing spa's. We visited the Prescott Spas location three times, asking questions doing our best to educate ourselves. The staff at Prescott Spas understood and took the time to answer all of question and made us feel comfortable, in short they were great. They showed us new and refurbished spas, we ended up purchasing a refurbished spa, that fit easily into our budget, that looks brand new.
The fact that they are a local company, is another great advantage, since our purchase we have stopped by or called to ask questions and get advice, and it's good feeling walking into the Prescott Spas showroom a being greeted by name, Helena and her staff, make you feel welcome and were great to work with, the little things they do to make sure you are completely satisfied, is something that you can not put a price on.

My husband and I have wanted a hot tub for such a long time and decided we would go visit Arizona Hot Tub to check it out. Our experience was outstanding and led us to purchasing the tub of our dreams. Scott showed us every detail of every hot tub to make sure we made the best decision for our family. We are a family of 5 and took all 3 littles in with us and everybody made the kids feel right at home and we left not only with a beautiful tub purchase, but also with 2 backpack full of rubber duckies, stuffed animals and tons of other fun stuff for the kids. When they came to deliver the tub, all the crew went over EVERYTHING, top to bottom and in between to make sure we felt as comfortable as possible since we were first time hot tub owners. We were even able to enjoy it that night, kiddos and all!! The owners checked to make sure we were happy and have been nothing but amazing with every single little question we have. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!

My 22 year old hot tub died on March 30; and being stuck at home due to the virus, I definitely needed a replacement. I called Arizona Hot Tub Co and they said to come by on March 31 since they needed to close the store on April 1 due to the state wide shut down. I had lots of correspondence with Brian about what was available, he even sent me a video of what was in the showroom. I went to their store on March 31 and bought a hot springs jetsetter LX (very nice tub). They delivered it a week later and removed my old tub. The installation was highly professional, and they were very respectful of my need to social distance. I had a few start up issues but Helena and Jay (plus others) were very responsive to all my needs. I hope I won't need another hot tub for 22 years, but when I do I'll go back to Arizona Hot Tub Co.

Bought our first hot tub there 15 years ago, and been with them ever since. Very satisfied with products and service, and always friendly staff. They host an annual "Thank You" reception with great food and door prizes for their customers. This is our 50th wedding anniversary year, and we won a Big Green Egg grill!

I have owned a hot tub for over 40 years. When I moved to Prescott full-time my first major purchase was a hot tub from Arizona Hot Tub Company. I recently traded in that tub for a newer model. Their customer service has always been excellent and I love that if I have any questions I can call them and they will do everything they can to answer that question without having to come by and do a service call. I recommend them without reservation.

I bought my hot tub at Prescott Hot Springs because of the great customer service. Have been using my tub for 4 months now, I can say it has made a big difference in releaving my knee pain. I dance 3 or 4 times a week and using the tub twice a day and ice packs has given me great relief so I can continue my active schedule. My Dr. was so impress with my progress, he has authorized my using the hot tub as a medical tax deduction

Had a great experience, Helena the owner was so nice n made us feel like part of the family. She worked hard to get us a beautiful spa at a price we were wanting to stay at. Also her staff that did the delivery n install were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about our new spa. We just love it!

We bought our Jacuzzi spa February, 2015. The group from Arizona Hot Tub Company went out of their way to deliver and install our unit in Lake Havasu City. I recently had the waterfall feature stop working. I phoned and spoke with Josh and was told that the repair may be covered under the warranty. Helena phoned me to let me know that, after researching it, the warranty on the waterfall had just expired but she would see what she could work out. Helena phoned again and told me that, although the warranty had expired, she would order the part, send it to me when it arrived at their store and not charge me. I spoke to Josh a few days later and he said the part had arrived and would be sent to me along with a pvc wrench they created in their shop so I could tighten the large nut. He also made a video to help with the install. This company has shown me that they truly believe in customer service. I am extremely appreciative for their going above and beyond in providing what is surely one the finest examples of customer service and making one feel as though they are a part of the Arizona Hot Tub Company family. If we ever have to replace our spa, which is doubtful,we will most certainly return to them.

What a great product and super nice people, from co-owner Helena to the guys who delivered the Hot Tub. We purchased the Hot Spot SX Spa with the Moto-Massage jet, and after only three day's use, can only conclude it's wonderful. Having just moved into our new home and lifting lots of boxes, my lower back was strained beyond belief. After getting in the hot tub just 4 hours after set-up and sitting against the massage jets.... well, I had my best night's sleep in months. Too bad the rating only goes to 5 stars. Helena and her customer service team rate a 10!

We have had nothing but good experiences with this company. This is our second spa that we have purchased from Prescott Spas. We bought our first spa from them seven years ago. It was an older spa that was refurbished by them. It worked perfectly and we never had any problems which is why we went back to them to purchase our new spa. Their service personnel and their installers are quick, efficient, clean, and extremely courteous. We were called in the morning and told when to expect them and they were right on time. They were in and out with removing our old spa and installing the new spa in under four hours.
