Had a good service visit for a 10,000 mile service. The service advisor was David Howard, who did an excellent job at check in and getting a timely service done. He was very courteous also, would definitely recommend Autonation Toyota.

This was not my first experience with Toyota on Blairs Bridge Rd. When I bought my first Toyota through the Credit Union my 2005 Toyota was serviced there. They took very good care of me then.
Kenneth showed me the various "Toys" on the market today. He was very patient, answered my questions and I drove different ones. No high pressure and I said let me sleep on it and I would get back. My weeks are very busy and I was unable to get back until the following Friday so I called to let him know and made an appointment to come back in. He was waiting for me and I let my S O look for a little bit, but I had decided if I qualified I wanted another Camry, but a Hybrid this time. Kenneth was very comfortable to talk to and ask questions. I hope he goes far. He had introduced me to Tim last time and I said lets talk $$ and see if I am comfortable with it. So now I am leasing a beautiful Grey Toyota Camry Hybrid and I love it. Carol

I have been an AutoNation customer for many years and have been very pleased with my service. However, I was beyond delighted with the customer service I received from Debbie Freeman, Service Advisor, on April 20-21, 2020. I was quite upset that my 2018 Avalon that I have owned a little less than 2 years and only had 10392 mile had a failed battery after having had two roadside service calls in 2 days, I found had a defective battery. Here it was in the midst of COVID-19 and as a person in the vulnerable population I was afraid to bring the car in and wait in the service area for fear of exposure. Additionally how would I get car there (tow) but how would I get there? Deb calmed me down and explained that my coverage allowed for my car to be towed to the service department, battery replaced, and car returned to me. All safety precautions would be taken. She put in the service request and allowed me to call her. Everything was done timely and with warm, friendly care and courteous regard for a somewhat frantic senior citizen who was already stressed in these horrific times. Thank you for your great service.

I purchased a toyota highlander from AutoNation Toyota on Thornton Road. My salesman Sammy Kirkland was the reason I made the purchase. I researched the two cars I wanted to purchase (mini van and honda pilot). I was looking for a 7 or 8 passanger vehicle. I walked around on the lot and told the salesperson I would be back, so I made an appointment with Mr. Kirkland and visit him 2 days later. He had so much information on the line of cars toyota offered and encouraged me to test drive the pilot and was assured I would be back to purchase the toyota. He was right the ride of the highlander and the feel of a care sold me. Mr. Kirkland provided superb customer service without being pushy or pesty to make a purchase. He was awesome to work with and very understanding of my family need in a vehicle. Thanks Mr. Kirkland and AutoNation Toyota for a job well done.

There quality of service is not to good, from syntheics oil changes to transmission service. I always look at the results of the service to determine the quality of service, like oil leaks when the drip pan nut is not put in correctly or missing washer or transmission pan not tighten properly from transmission service with the right torque...they have to have a a better Iso standard of quality on service repair.

When I called in to make to appt. to get my car serviced I was no hold for about 20 min. before some on e answered the phone. I had to call back 3 times before I got some one to answer the phone then sehe said that there was a lot of volume that morning.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I was in Atlanta on business when my 2012 Prius V "locked up" on I-85 near the airport. No way to get it started. My car was towed to AutoNation Toyota. Duston (Dusty) Greenway was my service advisor. He's professional, efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Dusty gave me the diagnosis within an hour. A big job that was covered completely by Toyota's warranty. My car was ready to go the next afternoon, as promised, and I was on my way home to North Carolina. AutoNation Toyota offers their customers shuttle service to local hotels. They made a difficult situation easy for me. I highly recommend AutoNation Toyota. Be sure to ask for Dusty!

5 Stars for William Boyce! He was exceptional in helping to find the Hybrid Highlander that I was looking for and was a pleasure to work with! He communicates professionally and courteously, and follows through on questions and issues quickly. I will absolutely recommend working with him to my friends!

The service department, however leaves so much to be desired. It seems to be staffed exclusively with the rudest people they could find, as everyone I interacted with seemed genuinely inconvenienced by me and the other customers before them. The work completed on my car was sloppy and incomplete. I will not be returning to this service department and will not hesitate to share my experience with others.

We took our 2005 Sienna here after the spare tire dropped off (the cable rusted out). The service department here repaired the tire holder the same day. Since there had been a recall for this problem, the repair was free. Communication throughout, by phone and in person, was efficient and respectful. Service technician Ricky Taylor also recommended a salvage yard where I could find a replacement spare tire, rather than trying to sell me one himself at dealership prices. This was a simple repair, but after this service I would consider returning for other repairs.

UPDATE: Unfortunately, the new tire holder has a 5-sided nut (!) to raise and lower the spare tire. This was designed to prevent people from over-torquing the nut with power tools, I was told, but it also means a special adapter is needed or you cannot access your spare tire in an emergency. I was not told this but discovered it on my own, after I was home with the repaired van. I called in, but the technician didn't seem to know anything about a 5-sided nut. So I returned to the dealership... where I was shown that an adapter had been hidden away in a cubby hole in the back of my van.

I took two stars off this review because (a) I wasn't told of the adapter initially and (b) when I called no one was able to help me, so I had to return to the dealer.

Extremely disappointed with autonation Service center. I bought a 2009 Cadillac CTS and I had a problem turning off the car. So I went to Autonation service center. First their customer service was awful. The service adviser act like they do not see you and to make matters worst I had to wait for five hours. Five hours and they come and tell me oh sorry we haven't even looked at your car yet. >:( while people that came after me were leaving. I was 30 minutes late to work that day. I had to leave my car there and they still did not have it done the next day. So this place is AWFUL DO NOT GO THERE FOR YOUR CAR SERVICES.

Sales man was nice and did a good job explaining some of the aspects of the new car. The manager that did all the negotiations and financial conversation was condescending, repetitive, and overall not friendly. I had to return the next day to provide them with a second set of keys and his overall attitude was that I was a very unwelcome interruption. I like Toyota brand but my experience with this dealership left a bad taste!

After my original feedback, customer service (Alexis) reached out and turned this negative situation into a very positive one. I have to say that their customer service is the best I have seen in a long time. Thank you for all your help.

I'd like to take a minute to express my overwhelming joy and satisfaction in completing the purchase of my new 2018 4runner with your team. Your entire team was amazingly eager, excited, and professional during the entire car buying process. In particular, Yolanda Shannon was very responsive to all my questions and tenacious in locating the right 4runner with the exact specifications I was looking for. She was very helpful, without being pushy. Her customer service was exceptional, from our very first phone conversation at 8:30am to the completion of the purchase at 9:00pm. It's representatives like Yolanda that can make a difference when customers are deciding where to complete their purchase. My service point of contact was Ricky Taylor. He was extremely rude from the get go when I arrived, he was trying to get me to do services on my truck for items that are not on my truck. It took 1.5hrs for an oil change and I had an appointment. When my truck was done he let it sit for over 30min before letting me know. When I approached him he was talking with others, not about work, with my paperwork sitting on his desk. I told him I saw my trucks been sitting out there for a while and he said he was just getting to it, as he continues with is personal conversation with another worker. Very rude, inconsiderate of others time.

This feedback is for the General Manager and Service Department Manager.

I do not have direct experience with your dealership, rather I am a prospective customer, and a longtime Toyota owner and service customer. I have a long and a harmonious service and purchase history over the years with dealerships in cities where I lived.

I am new to the area, and am reviewing the Atlanta area Toyota dealerships' customer comments before deciding on a dealership that I might build a trust relationship with for care of my vehicles' service and perhaps purchases.

The major factor in my post review decision is a dealership's reply to the negative comments and opportunities for improvement. Your comments to the positive reviews tend to readily and specifically address the positive remarks.

Conversely, at this site, the dealership comments to the negative reviews tend to be a canned statement, one-size-fit-all, rather than an individualized attempt to address the specific concerns noted by the customers. I don't get a warm fuzzy about this dealership based on how you do not address the negative with substantive feedback of your own to your customers' concerns.

At this point, I must look elsewhere for service, although your dealership is closer and more convenient to my commute. However, I did want to let you know perhaps how and why you likely are losing prospective new customers like me.

I am hopeful that you will consider and take a candid look at "lackluster"comments that your dealership is probably unintentionally leaving as the first impression of itself to new customers, and especially of your Service Department.

Respectfully, I wish you the best. I will check back again, at some point, and perhaps become a future customer.

Maintenance rep Dusty was outstanding, very upfront and honest. I thank him for getting me in on a rainy Saturday without an appointment. Toyota did a total check of my car and replaced my back brakes, which is the only thing that was needed. This Toyota location takes care of my 2004 Toyota Camry that still runs great today. They have done a great job with my RX350 Lexus SUV. I was grateful to find out that they could repair my Lexus, because the nearest Lexus Dealership is 20 something miles away in Smyrna, GA.I will use their Service department again when needed and I will definitely recommend AutoNation Toyota Thornton Road to others .

My experience with auto nation was not a very good one.I felt like I was pressured into Trading in my car on a truck. That I probably would not have got if they had Not just kept on. Then When I decided to carry the truck back and get my money and my car back that I had traded in. When I walked in the dealership my car was on the showroom floor. And I found out that it would cost me 1270.00 to get it back, because they had done a pre-owned certification maintenance on it. Knowing I had 5 days to change my mind, you would think they would let my car sit those five days to see if I was satisfied with the Toyota truck firs dot call me but Nott before detailing and doing the certification. But when I saw my car on the showroom floor I was shocked. You would think that if you had a five day money back guarantee that it would be five days before they could do anything to your trade-in. I feel like I was treated unfairly and they took me for 1270.007 dollars. So I want others to know how this works. Great Experience! My wife and I have bought over 10+ cars/trucks throughout our 33 years together and AutoNation has really got their act together. The salesman (Junior) listened to our requirements,and lead us right to the exact vehicle. The negotiations were very transparent. We got a great APR rate from our bank, but AutoNation beat their rate and offered a better deal. After the sale the follow-up has been fantastic. They respected our time, eliminated the "hassle factor" and delivered an outstanding Toyota vehicle. Mr. Echols and his staff was extremely helpful in helping me purchase my new Toyota Camry. They were efficient, professional and very knowledgeable about their cars. Me. Echols made sure I got the car I wanted, the price and able to obtain financing with a lower interest rate. Additionally all my questions were answered un-depth. I was able to obtain my extended warranty, a warranty on my tires and happy with the 2 year courtesy service I received as well. After coming here for over four years I have decided to take my money and business elsewhere. This has been an unpleasant experience. I went to get an oil change. Upon picking up my car, the technician replaced one tire. They said it one tire was flat. They refused to plug it. Being a mechanic I asked that they take it off, I plugged it and asked them to put it back on. If you can't plug it or put it back on, why take it off in the beginning! I had to get the Service Mgr involved. The next morning getting in my car, I noticed that I had a dent in it where the tire was replaced! OMG! I was told by the service manager, Cory Morgan that they did not do it and they refused to even look at it. Horrible experience!

I absolutely loved my experience with AutoNation Toyota on Thornton Road. Before I even walked into the building I was greeted by a friendly salesman, Mr. Saad Bajwa. Of course when you go to any car dealership, you will be greeted in the same manner. But the team at AutoNation is different. He asked me to tell him exactly what I wanted and I did. He told me to have a seat and that he would bring a car for me. I didn't have to step foot on the car lot because he brought out a car that was perfect for me. I would refer anyone that is looking for a car to start at AutoNation.

I simply explained what I needed and Jarmel immediately found two cars to match he then called the sales manager Dwight in who took my information and said we are gonna get you in a car. If your desire is to have a hassle free car buying experience then these two is the team you need. I can not thank them enough this car is PERFECT!!! I am so disappointed in this dealership. I reached out to them a week and a half ago to schedule an appointment to fix the recall on my Toyota. They took my information and said they would call me back to schedule. After a week with no call, I called again. The woman said it can take 24-48 hours for them to contact me, and I explained it had been a week. All she could do was take my information again and send it to the department as urgent. 48 hours later I still have not received a phone call - this dealership obviously does not see fixing recalls as important. Thankfully the Toyota dealership in Kennesaw was much easier to reach, and they got me in same day.

On September 16, 2013, I contacted Sammy Kirkland at my favorite Toyota dealership in Lithia Springs, GA and told Sammy that I was interested in purchasing a Hybrid. Although I was just "window shopping", I was offered a fantastic deal on a 2013 Camry Hyrbrid. This vehicle is my favorite Toyota model so far. I usually drive a Corolla. The Camry handles so well and I'm still driving off the full tank of gas I received when I purchased the vehicle. Best deal ever!

After my car was serviced, I paid my bill, went to my car and had to clean out the paper in the floor, plastic over the seat and noticed a greasy hand print on the outside door. I drove next door to Cracker Barrel for lunch and when I got out of my car, my wheel cover came off and was laying on the ground. I put it in the car, and checked the others. I found another one not fastened down very well and so I tried fastening it to hopefully keep it from coming off.

Removing paper etc.from a car is no big deal but losing wheel covers is a big deal. I have used AutoNation to service my car for twelve years but I think it is time to find someone else. This is not the first time I have had a negative experience there, but overlooked the last one, because of the previous good experiences. Whoever worked on my tires either didn't know what they were doing, or didn't care. Either way, it is not acceptable.
