I have been an AutoNation customer for many years and have been very pleased with my service. However, I was beyond delighted with the customer service I received from Debbie Freeman, Service Advisor, on April 20-21, 2020. I was quite upset that my 2018 Avalon that I have owned a little less than 2 years and only had 10392 mile had a failed battery after having had two roadside service calls in 2 days, I found had a defective battery. Here it was in the midst of COVID-19 and as a person in the vulnerable population I was afraid to bring the car in and wait in the service area for fear of exposure. Additionally how would I get car there (tow) but how would I get there? Deb calmed me down and explained that my coverage allowed for my car to be towed to the service department, battery replaced, and car returned to me. All safety precautions would be taken. She put in the service request and allowed me to call her. Everything was done timely and with warm, friendly care and courteous regard for a somewhat frantic senior citizen who was already stressed in these horrific times. Thank you for your great service.
