This has been an unpleasant experience. I went to get an oil change. Upon picking up my car, the technician replaced one tire. They said it one tire was flat. They refused to plug it. Being a mechanic I asked that they take it off, I plugged it and asked them to put it back on. If you can't plug it or put it back on, why take it off in the beginning! I had to get the Service Mgr involved. The next morning getting in my car, I noticed that I had a dent in it where the tire was replaced! OMG! I was told by the service manager, Cory Morgan that they did not do it and they refused to even look at it. Horrible experience!
