Service was expensive, but the representatives here were nothing short of awesome! I had never been to the dealership before as I live quite a ways away, but when I was stranded on the side of i20 they were able to get my car up and running again in no time. Definitely a positive experience out of a stressful situation.

This location has a habit of not actually checking things properly. I just had a visit where they marked my tires as good (Green Box), but on my last visit they told me my tires needed to be replaced. they once told me I needed to replace a filter I had just replaced about 2 weeks prior to visiting them. I've had issues with them not knowing the correct price for what I was asking for, and finding out after I towed my car there that the service I wanted was ~$200 more that what I was quoted.

My husband and I went to look at cars while it was raining. I thought it was a nice touch when the salesman named Isaiah walked with us to look at cars in the actual rain with our umbrellas and all. I say that because there were other sales people there but none offered to walk with us. We didn't need anyone to walk with us. However, that was a nice touch from Isaiah. Great customer service from Isaiah Bruce. Looking to buy a car ask for Isaiah Bruce.

The staff is always helpful, from making my appointment to the service team. I had an appointment and got my oil change and tire rotation done in an hour and twenty minutes as promised. No issues. My car is driving well and they topped of the fluids. Thank you.

At the end of the last free service, I had a wonderful recommendations on how to keep up my Toyota for many years to come.

I would like to say more...but you know dealership...

I would like to say more...but you know dealerships are not the best options for an oil change... I waited 2 hours and they didn't even fix a pressor sensor on my car (and this was the main reason that i went there, i can get an oil change anywhere.

At least the make up for me and on the next day the didn't charge me for the fix. Big thank you on that!!!

The entire staff was receptive and management stopped by to make sure we were being attended to. The finance guy Wesley was extremely helpful and took care to explain all additional options.

It wasn t easy in the beginning due to the first SALESman being very pushy. After seeing that I wasn t gonna succumb to the numbers he was giving me he turned me to another salesman. This salesman was named Joshua and he was a good guy and I would highly recommend asking for him. Joshua was very attentive and he stayed until the deal was done and I got the keys to my new Camry. Mr. Keith the sales manager was also a very good guy he kept coming over talking to me not about the car or sales which I really appreciated. Even though it took 4 hours to get the deal done, overall it was a good learning experience as a first time buyer.

I have never had a bad experience at Autonation Toyota Thornton Road. It is a very busy service/maintenance department so you will have a wait time depending upon your service. It appear to be an all new staff of tech agents to assist you on arrival but everyone seem helpful. Thanks Ricky for getting me in and out according to your word in a timely manner! So satisfied with the service rendered.

Absolutely horrible customer service! do NOT use this dealership. You will have to plan on spending 45 minutes to an hour just to get disconnected. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE. The service manager then lied about giving me a reimbursement for 3 days of car rental. The owners response to rectify the issue was a lie also. He just gave me an 888 number and my credit card company called it and they kept transferring them and they eventually gave up too.

Everyone was very nice, the vehicle was nice however it didn t come with everything they promised. The Mercedes Benz was suppose to come with two set of keys it only came with one set, it also was suppose to come with GPS , no GPS was in the system. Toyota also promised to service the vehicle for oil changes however after setting up an appointment I was told they couldn t do that. So all that was promised by the salesman was just to make a sale. Make sure you see everything up front before signing.

AutoNation Toyota was very helpful in working with us to close the purchase a replacement vehicle. I was leaning towards a Honda for the first time after being a long-standing Toyota customer. In fact, I was on my way to purchase the Honda when I reached out as a last resort to Toyota Nation. Kevin Echols from internet sales was very helpful, cordial and professional. He called right away. He listened to our needs and worked diligently to make sure we would walk out with a car that met our needs and satisfaction. I am happy to stay in the Toyota family.

AutoNation in Austell advertised a car that was allegedly inspected by AutoNation, looked pristine (stock photos) and was within my price range. Car fax reported an accident several years before, and it had been driven for several years thereafter. After confirming by phone that it was available, I drove over 30 minutes to look at this car, with my excited teen son who thought that we had finally found his car.

When we got to the dealership, the sales person make me sit and wait while she consulted with the sales manager--traditional b.s. car sales technique--so the red flags were already popping.

After 30-45 minutes, they brought the car around and when we went to see it it had two LARGE dents in the hood/front end, the interior was filthy and reeked of cigarettes, and when I still conceded to ride in it, the car died on the lot within the first 100 feet. The sales associated gave me 2 different explanations: 1) they weren't finished detailing the car (perhaps they could buff out the 4" deep dents in the hood); and 2) the car wasn't in the sale inventory but was scheduled for return to Ford. Whatever.

I wouldn't buy a car from the bait and switch con artists even if they had the perfect car, at the perfect price.

My service technician was very professional and courteous. I just purchased a 2014 Toyota Camry Hybrid. I wanted the car checked out to see what type of condition the car was in. The service center performed a multi point inspection, and they made sure I understood my service schedule before I left. Could not have asked for a better experience!

Went to help buy our 72 ywar old dad a car, salesperson was Justin Post. Justin's a great guy, not pushy and very likeable, didn't pressure a sale.

Our dad wanted a white Camry, but he hadn't quite made his mind up 100%. I told Justin up front we wanted no slim-shady sales tactics, no bait and switch stuff, no upsells, just give dad what he wanted and make sure the price was on par with best deals around the metro area.

Dad ended up looking at several different colored models, etc. and asking many questions, which is good but dad tends to get sidetracked sometimes. He was in need of a very good car pretty quick as he had been recently rear ended in Atlanta's "snow-pocalypse 2" and his car ended up being totalled out, and he needed a car and insisted on a Toyota.

Though he came in wanting a white Camry with leather seats, after sorting through different models, colors and prices, he test drive a Prius C, and liked it, of course for the price and the gas mileage. Dad ended up buying a white 2018 Prius C, and even though we didn't haggle as much as we could for the price, dad got everything he needed.

Justin made sure he got the extended bumper to bumper plan, and all the other bells and whistles.

Everyone that was involved in the sale made it as quick and painless as possible. Justin was great and HUGELY knowledgeable about his inventory, managers were laid back, not pushy, and no BS about giving us what we wanted, and the finance guy (sorry can't remember his name but he was also great) explained everything and even had tips on how to save money.

Dad was in and out in less than 3 hours and overall a great experience. Definitely recommend!

My experience with Toyota 4 Runner at Toyota Auto Nation has been awesome . My dashboard replacement recall was executed as expected by their professional staff. experienced Zero problems. This was a job well done and was completed even in less time than was allocated for the job.
Recently, I had a duplicated key made and programmed, again a job well done faster than expected, the service writer even assisted me with replacing a part that I knocked out of place accidently.
Bottom line, I am truly satisfied with the service offered

Marc Clark is beyond fantastic! Called in to view a specific type of car, and he was able to work me into his schedule same day. I felt zero pressure, well informed, and the car was ready to test drive when I pulled in.

The showroom is set up nicely and clean. Front desk people are very kind and quick at getting who you need. Information about price break down and other questions was sought right away with almost no delay in a returned answer.

Very pleasant car shopping experience.

The atmosphere and the service advisors are very nice and friendly. I had my first scheduled service appointment and it took a very long time. The waiting area was at capacity and it seems that the appointment times are overbooked which causes long waits. I waited roughly 2 hours for a tire rotation. I purchased my vehicle from this location and I had a great experience.

I have to say that I was very satisfied at my recent buying experience at Auto Nation Toyota. I bought a 2014 Avalon. I had been surprised that some dealers were actually asking for more than the MSRP sticker price. This was the same kind of turnoff that pushed me away from Harley Davidson years ago. Auto Nation had a great inventory of cars and there was no over MSRP greed. The dealership is huge and the sales folks were friendly..but most important, they were very knowledgeable of their cars. I was in and out in no time and I got the Avalon that I was looking for. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a good deal and great service. No buyer regret here...

Auto Nation Toyota on Thornton Road honestly gave me the best car-buying experience of my life. I applied online, prepared my paperwork and by the time I arrived on the evening of 10/23, I was ready to buy. I had a few financial challenges in the past year, but Kevin Echols was willing to work with me. Not only did he work with me, he got me a better vehicle than I'd expected. He and his colleague Chris confirmed a few items and I was off - in a 2016 Toyota Corolla. I was delighted. I've had salon visits that were longer and more taxing than that day at the dealership. I was done in less than two hours. I highly recommend them. Ask for Kevin Echols.

I wouldn t recommend this dealership to anybody! Went in trying to buy a new car...filled out paperwork and CoCo (Sales rep) came back and said that they wouldn t be able to work a deal but that they hadn t ran my credit yet. They had in fact ran my credit. One of the managers, Colin, came over and tried to work me a deal saying I could put $2,000 down and pay $407 a month. I decided to go home. Came back a few weeks later, WITH THE PAPER IN HAND THAT COLIN SIGNED WITH THE DEAL, and CoCo and Kelvin (another manager) said they had no record of Colin telling me this and that I was only approved if I put $4,000 down. Terrible experience. Also, they add $1,000 worth of dent/fabric protection that they tell you they cannot remove from the price. I will happily buy from a less shady dealership.

I had my vehicle towed there because, I lost my keys and had to get another set program and since, I was doing that I'll get a oil change. It went from that to have problems with the 4wd and in order to repair it, Toyota said that will be about 9000.00 to repair. That is Ridiculous

Terrible customer service interface service writer...

Terrible customer service interface service writer never returned my calls, and they kept my car the entire day for some routine service. He was in a big rush when I returned to pick up my car and just shoved the papers into my hands at the cashiers window without going over what was done. My car was not within sight outside either door, so the cashier said they would have it brought around for me. After 15 minutes of waiting, I went outside and walked around for a while until I found my car. The only good thing they did was provide a free van ride to and from my house. I ll never go back there.

I wish I could say my experience was positive. Brad O'Neal (sales associate) was actually good. '15 corolla brown sugar we originally wanted was purchased while I was applying, but we found another in black with less miles, and asked the manager to match the brown sugar. Very impressed.

Will Payne (finance) was where I had an issue. Getting closer to work, I was running out of time, and it seems like Will took a while to process my info and call me back. The first thing he introduced was a extended warranty plan to bring my payment up $2500. Automatically hesitant, he reassured 7yrs/100k miles was a good deal (knowing I originally wanted to stay around 250/month, I'm at 292 now). New car buyer, agreed and he immediately started typing it up. Didn't have the down payment, so 2 days later I returned. Will was no where to be found, so Brad and a manager from the front processed everything Will wrote up with my payment. Calculated my driving habits to find out I'll go through 100k miles from ATL to lithia springs everyday. Decided to remove the extended warranty. Will seemed hesitant to do so, then explained 100k miles total could be worth it. He told me 100k on top of current, making 130k? Nope, about 77k miles which I'll blow through within the year. Take it off, only comes off principal? OK, shorter term to pay off? No, is my payment lower? Return the car? He immediately said that will be a voluntary repossession?! OK, so I'm stuck. That's OK, cause I can pay it off in 2 years, but Will's attitude was poor at the very least. Spoke to a manager cause I felt as though Will was lying and he explained as well will get in writing of my cancellation that seems more legit than what Will gave me (a print off of another person's info). Heard decent things about autonation but should have went to CarMax here...

BEWARE!! DO NOT PURCHASE A "NEW" CAR FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANNA FIND OUT DOWN THE ROAD WHEN YOU ATTEMPT TO TRADE IT IN OR SELL IT THAT THE CAR YOU BOUGHT WAS ACTUALLY USED AND NOT NEW!!!!Last year I purchased a what was supposedly a new vehicle and let me just start to begin when I got it the front bumper was full of chips and scratches and the rear bumper on the vehicle was peeling. When I went back a day or 2 after purchasing the vehicle the sales manager and my sales guy came outside and said oh it's normal to have paint chips but what I don't understand is how did I get so many paint chips all around the bumper on a 15 minute trip home ( I didn't notice the chips till I got home otherwise I would of asked at the dealership before signing the paperwork) then I also complained about the bumper they sent me to service and in service they said that the peeling bumper would just have to be touched up using a touch of paint!!! A 2 day old car with a bumper peeling and they just wanna give me a bottle of touch up paint?!?! Then few months go by and notice the battery was completely covered in battery acid went in and they said they'd clean it. Only for the issue to resurface few days later and went back in only to get the same response and after few trips for the same issue I asked about a warranty replacement of which then they declined and said the battery was fine and it was normal ( I am an ASE certified mechanic and never have herd of a battery covered in battery acid be normal) so now it's a few months later had more issues with the car which after fighting with service finally they attempted to help. But anyways now a few more months go buy and I decided I wanted to upgrade and buy a truck so I went to a different dealership got an amazing deal but now I was left with 2 cars because I decided not to trade my old vehicle in so after not having too much luck selling the old vehicle I went in to carmax and got an appraisal keep in mind the "old vehicle" is the 2016 vehicle i had purchased "new" well turns out that when they ran a autocheck it showed up that I was the second owner of the vehicle and that someone had previously registers and titled meaning that the car was automatically used when they tried selling it to me. Due to my suspicion the next morning i went to the tag office and gave them my VIN number and asked how many times that car had been previously registered and the lady said 2 times previous to my name so now I was pissed and decided to go to ANOTHER tag office and guess what they confirmed and told me I should give the Georgia department of revenue motor vehicles a call and gave them a call only to confirm again!! I called autonation and spoke to the extremely rude sales manager and he told me carfax said it was a new car and told me to go ahead and get lawyers. So then I proceeded to call the general manager and he said the same thing well I wanna see how a carfax report holds up against state record in court. If I were you I would highly consider going to a different dealership or if you choose to buy one with autonation I would suggest going to the tag office or calling Georgia department of revenue motor vehicles and ask using the VIN number of the vehicle.

UPDATE 2/24/21: received a call from the GM to resolve the issue I initially faced. Very quick in response and corrected the issue at hand. I appreciate this type of professionalism. Customer service is important in company culture and I see the effort here.

2/22/21 - Fairly okay service. A major note here is that service reps could use more training as far as customer service goes when customers ask questions. We have to realize that while we are experts in our respective fields, our clients generally are not. I also came in for an oil change and left paying $150 for a repair I didn t ask my service rep to do. Yes, I needed it but I had plans on when I d be able to get it done. I will go to another location for my next service.
