Today I came in to get my 2014 Corolla looked out due to some issues that have come up with it. At the beginning of the service I was informed that there would be a $135 diagnostic fee and that if whatever is going on that is covered under the warranty I wouldn't have to pay, anything that isn't covered under the warranty and I choose to have them do the work that the $135 would go towards the repair. Why is my bill coming out to be over $200 included the fee? I also called and whoever answers the phone also informed me of the same thing! Ridiculous!

I've bought several cars in my lifetime and this was by far the best experience I've ever had. I went in wanting to look only and think about my purchase later. This is the first time I didn't have a pushy sales experience. My salesman, Lou Bernier, who I highly recommend, was highly knowledgable, very personable and patient. He went over all the features and models so I picked the right one for me. After I told him I would come back after I do my research, he simple asked If he could send me home with pricing to help make my decision and I agreed. It was the best car, at the best price with the best sales experince, bar none! Make sure you ask for Lou Bernier!

We are regular customer to your dealership but this time we had bad experience with service and customer service also.

I came over there for 21,000 mile service which is Tire rotation station and car wash outside only. It took more than four hours to get it done to me it s look like ridiculous service.

After all service on the main window left inside Connor top usually read done at what mileage I should come back. This time haven t written. That means I don t need to come back right ?

The person who was taking care he was giving me bribe to give him good stars so next time I get 10% discount.

I feel bad and we are thinking we are not going to be any more customer for your dealership.

AutoNation service advisor stated that an outside axle was needed immediately on my vehicle. Inspection revealed that a fabricated repair order was created by Autonation Toyota mechanic. I would first like to say that Travis did an excellent job of giving me the information on my vehicle and was a joy to be around. I would not have purchased the vehicle if not for him. I was however very displeased with my overall experience. The management team told me 3 times that my vehicle would be ready on a certain date, but then retracted each time to push the date out further. I planned a trip based on the time they told me the car would be in and ended up having to cancel. I was not offered any sort of compensation for this mishap. The managers I encountered were not helpful and even seemed unfriendly. I came into the dealership and wasn't greeted by anyone for almost 25 minutes even though multiple managers walked right by me.I even called the dealership about the status of my vehicle multiple times.. and they told me the manager dealing with my account was either too busy or off so they couldn't give me any information. I just imagined I would be treated a little bit better and given more accurate information when I was giving them my business on a high end vehicle.

I wish I had never pulled over into this lot. I bought a 2003 Chevy Trailblazer om 3/23/2018. Before I purchased this vehicle, I drilled the salesman Elias on the truth about whether the truck was good. I explained to him, that i was paranoid about buying a car from a lot due to a bad experience I had about 4 years ago. I test drove the truck with Elias. It smelled like gas during the test drive. I asked Elias why the truck was smelling like gas, he told me it was because it had been sitting up. The smell did go away, within a few minutes, so Im like okay cool! Loooooooog story short. I bought the truck. Each morning I went out to crank the truck to take my children to school, I could still smell gas, along with antifreeze. Fast forward, I took my car back to the service dept on 4/4/2018 to have it checked out. I left it there there overnight. I wont even go into the nightmare about me dropping the car off, horrible experience as well. I was told that my radiator was cracked and the car was checked for the gas smell, and they found nothing. I was told that I would have to pay 500-1000 to get a new radiator. I did purchase the car AS IS, but did not expect to have to buy a new radiator not even 2 weeks later. I am VERYYYYY UPSET, due to the fact, that I don't have that kind of money after purchasing this truck for 5700 dollars cash. I was told that the truck is old and anything could happen.... I had not even had the truck for 2 whole weeks yet. DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! I feel like if the so called inspection was done, that would have been replaced. I dont drive much and there is no way in hell, I should be responsible for a radiator for a truck that I only had under 2 weeks. MY TRUCK STILL SMELLS LIKE GAS AND I NEED A RADIATOR!!!!! He was very knowledgeable about the cars they had, and we bought a Scion Xd for my wife which she loves. Colin Rundell made our experience quick and easy, and made sure to go over everything for my wife before leaving the dealership. Normally I have good customer service but this time it wasn't. When I arrived for my 7:30 appointment. I was greeted by someone that wasn't my rep. Very nice and friendly. I told her I had an appointment with Tabeth and she went to get her. I heard Tabeth say she's going to have the wait as she walked into the parts area. The kind lady smiled and said she will be with you. So fast forward she came over ( my original order was for an oil change but I also needed windshield wipers and a wheel alignment) I advise her that the service rep I had before told be $89 for the wheel alignment I told her he said he was going to put in in the notes. Also I had a coupon but she rudely dismissed what I was saying. I was advised that the work should be finished by 9 it wasn't until 9:34. I went outside and asked at 8:57 how long she said another 15 min ( I know this because I had to be to work for 10am). 15 minutes passed she never came and got me I asked her again and she said hold up I have one person in front me ready to check out she was filling some paperwork out. So she finally finished gave me my paperwork and I just paid because I was in a rush when I got to work I noticed I was charged for installation of windshield wipers when I was told more than once it was free.. I wasn't going to do the survey but I got a text saying can I take the survey..etc....But when I expressed my concerns I felt I was brushed off. I didn't enough my experience with this rep.

Very disappointing, I had a lot of money to give this place.The internet salesman called me on a vehicle I inquired about online and I explained that I was very interested in it but I have to work until 4, but would be there shortly after. He assured me if I reserved online to see the vehicle that It would be waiting for me by the time I got there at 5pm. (a service they are supposed to offer that he pressed me to do) I received a call a couple of hours later from a pushy salesman trying to get me to come in an hour earlier, although I thoroughly explained to the original salesman why I wasn't able to come in any earlier. I explained again I could not come in any earlier and that I already had the discussion with the original salesman as to why. I requested for a female sales person to do the test drive, for reasons I'm not comfortable with discussing, when I arrived and the next message I get is they "sold it" after it was reserved. What's more, they didn't even ask me if they could offer another car for viewing.

Their sales department was great, but the service department is terrible and very unorganized. If it gets close to 5p.m they will tell you some excuse not to get your car completed and have to schedule another appt after you took time off work.

The car runs good but after buying the car I found a couple of things wrong with it so I return to have it fix ran good. I heard the valves making noise and it was do for oil change just after 2 weeks of buying the car. I had the oil change at Jiffy lube and they told me there wasn't any oil in there. So in a nut shell the salesman was great I got my payment where I could afford it but the service department , you have to check behind them for sure if you are buying a used car.

Toyota makes the best vehicle, finding someone to work on and do warranty work is the hard part, the quality of work and the misleading information that i was given was terrible, really who cares? i do when i took my car there for the air bag recall, the air bag cover, was sturdy and clean, when i got it back it was flimsy and heavily soiled, was told every excuse in the world, i had to order another air bag door for 135$ from another dealer, the one i was made to believe that it cant be removed, lol , i believe it was damaged and heavily soiled when it was being worked on in the back, note ,when you misslead, and try to bamboozle people, the tend to become aggravated, lol it will take about 6 months to get a new air bag door, semper fi

The only reason I'm leaving a one star review is because the is not a ZERO star review. These guys call me about my Toyota on recalls that have never even happened. I got convinced to come in once. I scheduled an appointment and still had to wait two hours before I was seen. At first they said that it couldn't be worked on at this location, but soon came with, "good news!" turns out we can fix it for only $4000. I walked out. No, let me take that back, I had wait another 45 minutes for them to get my vehicle. I took it to my normal mechanic, who promptly fixed the issue for $200+/-.

At the end of October 2019, I completed the buying process for a Toyota Camry XSE and I must say I had a very rewarding experience. First and foremost MY salesperson, Trevon Wright far exceeded expectations. Trevon demonstarted PATIENCE, I first looked at this vehicle in April 2019 when I first met Trevon. I purchased in October yet I was never harassed or pressured during the entire buying process. Trevon remained PERSISTENT in never giving up but maintained consistent communication to encourage my way through a costly purchase. Trevon never wavered in being PROFESSIONAL in his communication and conduct throughout this process even despite the numerous times I did not respond as I prayerfully made my decision. Trevon excels is his gift and may God truly bless his work. Ashraf also was very efficient and timely in closing the deal with the paperwork. There was also, what I consider, minimal haggling over the price because I had performed my homework prior to my purchase. Overall, a very rewarding experience where I received a fair deal! I lost the key to my vehicle. I called Ricky and he was very helpful. He requested my VIN number. He gave me a quote for the key and labor. When I arrived with the truck he rechecked the VIN number. I had initially given him the VIN to another car. My final price was a THIRD of the original cost! I would never have known the difference in price based on the vechicle's VIN. I REALLY appreciate the honesty of Ricky and the staff!

I purchased a pre-owned 4Runner from a small used dealer at another location. The wreck the vehicle had previously was worse than the Carfax described. The service department at AutoNation Toyota in Lithia Springs diagnosed all the issues and correctly repaired the front wheels and drive shaft. Woot Woot to them!!! I will ALWAYS return to AutoNation Toyota for any and all service on this vehicle.

The sales personal were great to deal with! Brandon went out of his way to facilitate my family's needs. The kids location did require some updates and a proper cleaning. One other improvement would be the back and forth game. I love Toyota's but Volkswagen has the market when it comes to sign and drive, not 5 hours with a 9 month old ready to leave and having to go back and forth. Other than that the sales team (floor guys ) were great. I would recommend this dealership.

I do not recommend!! Have a 2018 Highlander with less than 15,000 miles it has an order of anti- freeze after driving it, We have had it in 2 times and both times have been told they can't find it and to just drive it. Finally they did tell us to contact Toyota and lodge a complaint because their Master mechanic has looked at it and can't find anything their hands are tied. We paid a lot of money for this vehicle and all we ask is for it to be fixed. We have been told both times they would be happy to get us with a salesperson to trade it in. Hummm maybe to pass it on to someone else??? I do think the new service manager Corey is very sincere and unfortunately inherited our problem. He did take time to talk with us.
