Had a good experience buying the car from here - but getting service has been a disaster. Made an appointment for 11am, showed up 10 mins early and had to stand around for at least 15 mins before anyone even asked me if I had been helped. Then was told that even though I had made an appointment, it would still be at least an hour and 15 mins. Couldn't wait that long, so I left with plans to reschedule. Tried rescheduling today and had to call 3 times before I could get anyone on the phone. The person I spoke to have me tons of attitude when I said I had to reschedule because I didn't have 2 hours of free time for an oil change, only for her to tell me "well your going to have to wait that long any time." I take my wife's Nissan down the road and am in and out in no time, so not sure why it's such an issue here. She insisted that she could take my appointment but that I needed to be prepared to wait 2 hours. Bad customer service and not worth the time.

The total result on the repair of my car was very positive, but overall the experience was anything but good. You have a really good group of technicians but in my recent experience you have placed entirely too much responsibility on them. To expect them to handle the check-in, the service, the repair and the filing of claims with insurance companies is ridiculous! It seems that you have an opportunity to have a staff member handle the paperwork that is not directly required by the tech, such as the filing of claims. Because of the techs overwork and because you expect them to do everything, things are not being done correctly or timely. My claim had to be filed three times before it was correct and therefore I had to wait over two weeks to get my car repaired. I could not have asked for a nicer tech, but the experience was less than it could have been.

What happened?

Things were going great at first. The general manager and all of the sales reps and managers we dealt with were friendly and seemed eager to help.

We went to buy a 2008 Ford Explorer Sport Trac. It seemed to be in very good condition but we noticed an issue with the serpentine belt sounding worn out, and there was a small coolant leak. The idler pulley was messed up and there was a hairline fracture. They agreed to fix the issue by putting in a brand new radiator at no additional charge, claiming it would fix both issues.

AutoNation said the problem was fixed, but I noticed that the AC was no longer blowing cold (we fixed that), and upon further inspection by another mechanic at a different shop, the radiator was still leaking and was damaged. Also, the idler pulley is still messing up. We now have to replace the radiator yet again (this replacement only lasted a week), and the issues they claimed to have fixed not only are not fixed, but were made worse.

I m giving them two stars instead of one star because I m giving them the [slight] benefit of the doubt that the dealership side of the operation wanted to do it right, but perhaps the maintenance side of the operation didn t want to be bothered to do what they said they would do.

All I ll say is that if you buy a car here, make sure it is as problem free as possible. That shop crew isn t trustworthy, and I am very sad to say that.

I have bought to cars from them no problem and I went to buy a truck from them after they told me it was sold they said the sale fell thru and I should come in and get it I did and they said well we don t own truck but we advertise it here and you need to sign saying you will pay full price in writing before we will get it from another dealer

I was able to successfully work with Marc and Matthew at location to find and purchase the exact vehicle and configuration that I wanted. There was no attempts to deviate from what I wanted and they focused solely on what I was saying. They clarified options for me but as I narrowed in on what worked for me they quickly became solution experts in what I needed. A very pleasant buying experience and everyone involved was professional and personable. Everything was exactly as they explained at the end, so there were no miscommunication during the process.

Every one knew exactly what they were doing, and organizing the day very efficiently. My appointment was with Anthony Cox . On a scale of 1 - 10 he was definitely a 10. Here's my story. It's a little overdue but deserving. Around the end of 2013 I came in from service just browsing trucks and I saw a 2013 Tundra on the sales floor that I fell in love with. My sales person was Elias which is still at the dealership. Elias was there for any questions I had and he was very knowledgeable. The two managers that greeted me were named Dorian and Brad. Both made my day and made me feel at home. Normally car buying was a hassle, well there was none here. I got a great deal and left with a great feeling. Well I returned two months later with my wife to get her in a 2013 Avalon. I got a better reception this time and I was a little shocked they actually remember me from all the customers they meet. We left happy in our deal. I then told myself if I ever gave up managing retail after 20 years that I think I would love to work for those two and learn the business. Well it's 2015 and I'm in my second month so far and I'm enjoying my job, sales people are very nice, management has been helping me improve, and the customers are very nice to me and invite me often to events they attend. I had the best experience here with Salesman Alexander. I call him Alexander the Great lol. My credit isn t great and they were able to get me in a brand new vehicle that I liked and affordable for me and my family. His managers Carlos and Ricardo are amazing as well. The building was so clean and not dirty like some I ve been in before.. EVERYONE greeted you to make sure you were being taken care of. Best experience EVER!!!! Thank y all so much

My service member had an emergency and had to leave but I was not contacted. I tried all day to reach someone at the service department. I had a 0930 appointment and finally at 1830 my service guy, who had the emergency, called me from home to tell me what happened. They closed at 1900 but I was able to make it. They didn t change the sticker in the car so I hope they actually did the oil change. Emergencies happen but management should ensure there are ways to reach someone in the service department by a general number.

When going to autonation Toyota Thornton road ask for jukebox also known as Chris Brown. I went there to strictly look and inquire how much they will give me for my 2012 Toyota Corolla. Phenomenal customer service, car was in great shap...

Phenomenal customer service, car was in great shape. Came in expecting a 2016 Camry SE but one of Autonation s employees saw too many problems in that car and brought forth the 2017 Toyota Camry LE model. The car is very smooth and was priced very reasonably with relatively low mileage. I highly recommend coming to this Autonation if you are looking for a good deal. They repair the car and check for any issues before you take it out the lot so your vehicle will be all good upon purchase.

BUYER BEWARE!!! If it were possible to give less than 1 star I would. The WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. My husband and I traded in our two cars to purchase a family car on October 24th. By Monday October 26th the car had to be serviced. The axel and two wheel barring had to be replaced. We were told it would be a one day fix. We did not receive the car back until 6 days later. Toyota was supposed to cover the cost of any rental expenses. We were billed by Enterprise for rental insurance for 6 days and Toyota then refused to cover that cost. The day we purchased the car the finance manager Junior, ran my credit TWELVE times with out my permission or consent. When asked why that had happened his response was "well I don't personally run the credits so I am not sure." My credit took a significant hit due to the 12 hard inquiries. Now here we are almost a month after purchasing the car and our two trade ins have STILL not been paid off. I called on November 11th to follow up on why our banks had not yet received pay offs for the vehicles and was told that they did not know why but would be overnighting the check that day. I followed up today November 19th and was told that the checks had not been sent out until November the 17th. When I told Matt, the finance Director that I had spoken with both banks and because it has been almost a month since the cars were traded in, there is now a new pay off balance and late fees that have accrued that must be paid by November 29th or my credit will take ANOTHER hit due to the dealerships negligence, he refused to put in writing that they would cover the late fees and the pay off difference or that it would be paid by November 29th to avoid my credit being hit. Absolutely the worst car buying experience I have ever had.

Went to go get my free oil change for here because I work close to this area once a week. I dropped my car off in the morning before work for it to get serviced while I was at work. Before my lunch break started I got a phone call from Lane who was so helpful and said that my car was done. I picked my car up on my lunch break and went back to work. Lane was more that helpful and very informative when it came to explaining the service that was being done to my car as well as what needed to be done in future visits. I will definitely will be going back and I hope Lane is working that day I go back. Thanks Lane @ Auto Nation Toyota.

The customer service was excellent!

The customer service was excellent!
She was kind, thorough, and communicative throughout the process.
The actual repair work lacked thoroughness.
As soon as I drove off from the dealership repair, I still had warning lights go off in the car several times before I made it home. It's has been like this every day since and it's very concerning.
I was told at pick up that they were aware that the warning light was still going off, but that that is just typical of the Toyota Prius. The message from the mechanic was that the vehicle is just hyper sensitive & If a door is loose this signal will go off...it could be anything I was told.
That has not been my experience in all my years driving the car. And if a door is ajar there is a specific signal for that, not the master warning light which is going off currently several times a day.
I feel very concerned that I have been encouraged to continue to drive the car with no true understanding of why the warning is going off 20 plus times a day.
I was told, as long as the engine light doesn't come on, just keep driving and don't worry.
I have contacted another Toyota specialist to look at the car, because I felt the the mechanic at the dealership just didn't and wouldn't do us justice in providing the thorough inspection that is needed to be certain that we are safe on the road.
In my own research I see that the warning signal that is going off can indicate multiple things, from breaks to electrical issues.
After waiting 2 plus weeks for my car to be repaired, I would have loved to drive off feeling safe and complete. Or with a much more professional explanation than " The Prius is just sensitive like that. It doesn't mean anything. "

Even with an appointment it's slow so be prepared to sit or get picked up if you can't wait an hour or more. Plus side the service people are atleast nice good attitudes just slow service.

The car is a beautiful starting car. I purchased the 50th Anniversary edition red model May 29, 2017. Love the mean look frontal exterior coupled with the sporty seats, and overall look. There are features I've yet to explore. It totally is tailored for me ....senior citizen inside with the sporty outlook. However, there is a safety feature that is not granted- the GPS. As an senior, I depend on being guided. After suffering an pedestrian No Fault Car Accident, my brain gets foggy. True my pocket is near zero....yet, the extra protection can be of great benefits. Like for example spending time centering my brain as to where home/family is imperative !!
Toyota's manager really matched me near perfection to this car. Thank you for the time and effort vested in me.

1. Checked in and was told it would be 1 1/2 hours...

1. Checked in and was told it would be 1 1/2 hours up to 2 max.
2. Almost 3 hours later I left.
3. Gas tank was low when I arrived but no low fuel warning was showing. It was on however, when I got into the car to drive off. Can't prove it but think they must have let the engine idle a lot while behind closed doors.
4. Driver information display ( middle of instrument cluster) was on a page I have never scene before. So now I will have to go get the book and play with the controls until I find the right page.

The BEST advisor I have ever had at any Toyota Service Center and I've been using them for YEARS. She deserves a promotion and should train all new hires AND some old ones too.

My advisor was Corey. I never met him. They paged him and he never came. Someone else checked me in and took my car. 2 hours later they pulled my car out and parked it. I finally went out and asked could I take it. Once again no Corey. Another nice gentleman got my paperwork and let me sign it so I could leave. The people that I did deal with were very nice.

I would not recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from here! I don't know if it's just this location or what. But they will not be getting my business again. It seems like know one there knows how to do their job. They called me several times asking for payment they already had in their possession! I explained that payment would be mailed and I even provided them the tracking number. It took them 2 weeks to find the check. I don't know if they lost the check, gave it to the wrong person, or what! And to make matters worse, they sold me a vehicle without completing the emissions test. Is that even legal?! So I had to pay for an emissions test (Thank God it passed) and now I'm waiting on them to reimburse me. I had the vehicle for 3 weeks before I was even told about this. They refused to give me a legitimate temp tag, and what I have expires in a little over a week. So now I have to call them and hopefully speak with someone with sense so I can legally drive a car that has already been paid for!

You now how clueless this dealership is? They sent me the link to write this review!

The truth is that all things being the same the fi...

The truth is that all things being the same the final price, is going to be very similar across dealerships on the same vehicle. What is left, is the customer service and attention to detail before, during, and after the sale. Marc and Matt went out of their way to make a connection, and earn my business by looking beyond the dealership for EXACTLY the vehicle I was looking for. When the vehicle wasn't available in the southeast, they were willing to monitor their inventory for as long as needed, to find it. There was no pressure regarding my timeline, and everything was on my terms. Ultimately, I got exactly the right vehicle at the right price. I think this was more of a function of the right people, than the specific dealership. I'm not sure what the experience would be if I had other associates, but I consider myself lucky.

I came to Autonation Thorton road because several of my family members have had a good experience at this dealer. Travis got me a good deal on a new 2021 camry. I specifically wanted the red color and he did everything possible to find the right car. We were treated very kindly throughout the process and we can say we left happy as happy customers. My vehicle a Toyota Highlander (2012) had to have its transfer case replaced at 87,000 owing to a whining noise in the transmission. Fortunately my vehicle was covered by an extended warranty with AutoNation. The service manager Mr Billy Thompson certainly went the extra mile to ensure that I was supplied with a loan rental car for the period that my vehicle would be out of commission. Mr Thompson also kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs.

For the most part I am pleased with my experience. Jayda was very friendly and not pushy. I feel like I got a fair price on my 2018 Toyota Rav 4. I knocked off a star because they tried to sneak several extra charges into the total. Tried to charge $300 for floor mats that didn t fit the car, $300 for Factory tinting arguing they had tinted windows there, and all this additional BS coverage. Besides that, so far I am happy with my purchase.

Positive. My car was a total loss so I needed to replace it and did not want to purchase a brand new vehicle at this time. So, I purchased a 2007 Honda Odyssey with leather and a sunroof with 81,000 miles. for about $10,000 notes around $260 with the gap insurance. My credit score was about 575. The whole experience was awesome from beginning to end at Auto Nation Toyota because they truly understood were I wanted my down payment and notes to be. I purchased the car on Monday and noticed that it made a clicking sound on the front right tire when I turned the steering wheel to the right real hard so I had it towed to the dealer after I made an appointment. They ordered a drive axle and said that they would buff out a scratch that I put on the van parking it in the dark in my yard to close to my trees. It feels more like friends than strangers and the environment is very welcoming with fair prices. I have some items already off of my credit report and will use the vehicle as a trade in on a new vehicle.

Negative: 1. I wish the sale had been a better price like $7,800. 2. Longer warranty on drive out. My warranty is 90 days or 4,000 miles same as buy here pay here. I found one dealership that offers 2 years or 24,000 miles on any used car. So, I will purchase an extended warranty if I still need to keep the vehicle without it being a part of my car note. 3. I originally started shopping at Auto Nation Honda with a lady named Stella but the vehicle was not on her lot and she did not get credit for the sale which bothered me a little when she brought is to my attention. I wish they had a better system for the employees to make a sale. 4. My vehicle rides really well but it needs windshield wipers and a drive axle. I missed it when I test drove it. They could do a better job detailing a car and making minor repairs so that wen you drive out your good to go.

Worked with Saad. Purchased used 330SRX. Nice suv. On highway driving has marked vibration on steering wheel even though wheel alignment done prior to possession of vehicle. Worried for my dad about that. Service was great though. No haggling over established budget or financing by Saad. Thanks.Saved my dad & me a lot of headache. Appreciated that. Would recommend to anyone looking to purchase vehicle. Thanks to Lou for being polite in handling our financial documents. Felt my purchase was made a positive experience by both gentleman. Just concerned about vibration on highway driving.

I ve called all week with no avail. The receptionist and the Sales Manager said that I need to speak to my Sales Rep. I ve left many of messages with no avail. I need to get this issue resolved, so I can enjoy my vehicle totally.

I was apprehensive going to a car dealership because of negative past experiences. However, I decided to sip by Autonation Toyota on Thorton Rd to check out their new 2020 Corolla. There I worked with Curtis and Franklin. They were simply amazing and never once did I feel the pressure of purchasing a car. I was able to leave without then chasing me down trying to make the sale. Last that day I called them and ended up buying the vehicle. Im sooo happpppppy I did.

Curtis was very conscience of my time and completely understanding and Franklin delivered as he promised over the phone. They will always get a referral from me.
