Service department is not very thorough and does'nt cover what has been serviced on your automobile. I've been to Mall of Ga Autonation Toyota and they are great compared to this Autonation. Wish there was another Autonation or Toyota dealership closer to me than this one in Lithia Springs.

My 1st experience with the service department went...

My 1st experience with the service department went pretty well. I needed an oil change and when they performed the full point vehicle inspection, they detected that I needed a new oil pan. Being that I purchased my vehicle from the sales department a couple of months ago, I was Autonation certified under the 90 days 4000mi warranty. So thankfully, I didn t had to come out of pocket. The timing wasn t bad at all, even though they had to order the oil pan. Rather than waiting at the dealer, they even offered me a shuttle back to my home. Overall, my experience went well, so no complaints here. Would like to especially thank Debbie as my service rep, for her generosity and being so helpful throughout my visit. I personally recommend her on my next trip.

I made an appt for 9:30AM for an oil change. I arrived at 9:25. Normally, it takes about an hour, so at 10:45 I approached the service attendant to inquire the status. He told me the shop still had it and he would call me when released. At 11:15 the service attendant told me that the shop is running slow due to Covid furloughs. I did not ask what that meant, but I guess they are not staffed back to normal capacity yet. I was annoyed with the wait time and wish I was just told about staffing and wait time when I made the appt.

I had a great experience; and Mr. Detweiler (Asst. Service Manager) was very informative, and helpful. I even asked Mr. Detweiler for some of his business cards; because I find it difficult to find honesty (in the Atlanta area especially) in a field where you are obligated to fully trust your mechanic's word. I passed one of Mr. Detweiler's cards to a coworker on today; and I highly recommend Mr. Detweiler at AutoNation.

I traded in my 2011 Toyota Tacoma (of which was bought from Toyota Thornton Road) for a 2016 Toyota Tacoma. I am very pleased with my experience and trade in value. I was in and out in an 1.5 hours, to me that is lightning fast. I recommend my friends and family to deal with Toyota Thornton Road.

Scheduled an appointment for 9 am for airbag recall. Dropped vehicle off. When scheduling the appointment I was told it would take about an hour. Dropped vehicle off at 9 am. Did not get a call from service advisor so I called at 11:45 am. Dealership could not locate service advisor and NO one could give me a status update but him. Finally at a voicemail at 12:25 pm from service advisor who stated that he had been trying to call me but my phone goes straight to voicemail. If that is true, why would you not leave a voicemail? That is what voicemail is for. When I checked my call log, the first call came at 12:14 pm. That is 11 minutes before he decided to leave a voicemail. Still, why did an hour service take 3 hours?? Then service advisor state he had been trying to call. Call log shows 5 calls starting at 12:14 and on the sixth call at 12:25 he decides to leave a voicemail. Duh?? After getting to dealership to pickup my vehicle I learn that the service manager was my former service advisor from the dealership where I purchased the vehicle. I never, ever got service like that from him. He needs to train his advisors like he was trained or performed.

Auto-nation just popped up on my computer screen while I was looking at trucks for sale in Auto Trader in Alabama. I saw a truck I liked so I made appointment to check it out.It was too big for me and not in my price range. They just got a smaller truck in the day before and pulled it out for me to look at. I love it. The size and price was just right for me.I am a widower and Auto-nation helped me save a lot!

If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. This has got to be the most unprofessionally ran service department I've ever dealt with. Attempting to get a service advisor to answer the phone is like pulling teeth. I'm doing more leg work and I'm the customer. Sad part is I'm trying to get something done that's not even my issue, it's a manufacturer defect!! I left a message with a service manager 4 hours ago and no call back. I called 5 different times to speak with the front desk who then try to transfer me to several different advisors who then do not answer the phone. One lady actually said "I'm looking at an advisor who is standing next to the phone, he should answer." Well guess what, he didn't. I then spoke to a member of the Parts Dept who physically walked down to the Service Manager's office and said he was sitting there on the computer and would transfer me. You guessed it, he didn't answer the phone either. And after leaving him yet another message, I'm sure i will not receive a call back AGAIN. No wonder they have such a poor score on Yelp! This is absolutely ridiculous. I'll gladly go to another service department in another city to get what I need. Judging from their lack of follow up and professionalism, they don't read these reviews and don't care about any of their customers. PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP/SERVICE DEPT.

I had an excellent experience with Jasmine! She was very diligent with helping get the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted. I had been to other dealerships throughout the week but, I'm truly glad I decided to do business with this one! The sales manager worked the price down to a great closing price that no other dealership would even get close to. I strongly recommend you doing your car buying or financing here!

She looked out for me just as if I was one of her own kids and for that I am forever grateful. Such a great team!

I scheduled my appointment online, and this was very convenient. I arrived at Automation to be greeted with a few questions, and my car was moved to the service area. I waited in a nice waiting area. The service guy came to explain my vehicle was almost done. My vehicle was completed in a reasonable amount of time. It was a pleasant customer experience. Thanks Daniel!

Auto Nation Thornton Rd. Employees where friendly and they took my time into consideration which was important to me as a working single parent with school aged kids. They listened to my wants and financial needs and got me into exactly what I wanted and could afford.

On September 9, 2019, I walked away with my 2020 Toyota Corolla SE, fair credit and no money down.

My first experience at AutoNation Toyota and it was good. I called earlier that morning and was able to make a same-day appointment for a multi-point inspection. The waiting room was pretty crowded, and the wait was about an hour and a half, but the representative, Ricky, did warn me that it would take about that long. Ricky was super friendly and informative, and reassured me about all of my concerns. I will be returning to AutoNation Toyota Thornton Road for further services on my car when needed.

If it wasn't for the BUSINESS BETTER BUREAU THAT PROTECT US THE CONSUMERS against this company's that steal money from us when we don't have to spent it, I would never get my money back from this company, I have being driving Toyota for decades and I know is a great car, but Thornton Toyota try to steal money from me saying that I need to spend money in my car When I don't have to, after i took my car for three times to fix the same issue that they created I took it to a two different places after Thornton Toyota refused to give me my money back and the problem was fixed after a second opinion, just to let the consumers understand, know your car before taking it to any dealer and don't let this people take money from your pockets when you don't have to, always second opinion is a must if you know your vehicle, I would never give my money to this place ever again good luck.

Arrived at 530pm to get my tires balanced after making an appointment. Apparently they were over booked. At 745pm tech called me over to inform me that they ran out of weights to properly balance my tires. I thought he was kidding. The dealership not being able to balance tires. 2hours and 15 minutes of my time I will never get back could have been avoided if they inventoried their supplies like most businesses. The only good about the visit was the tech who checked me in had great customer service skills. Still in utter disbelief.
