If I could give zero stars, I would. Do NOT take your vehicle to be serviced here. The service department is the worst I have ever seen. They don't return calls. You wait on line for over 30 minutes and the customer service is horrible. They make so many errors in service, billing, appointments, and anything else they come in contact with. When you call to get service, you get bounced around and NEVER get transferred to the service department. They take 1-2 hours for an oil change when you have an appointment. The manager of the service department should be ashamed and relieved of his duties. It's a shame that the service department is so bad, because the sales department is actually very good. Like I said the service department is the worst I have ever seen. Avoid at all cost.

Even though I have a Kia and not a Toyota, I was given very friendly, professional and accurate customer service. The time quoted was true and there was a comfortable, clean place to wait. I had a bad experience trying to get a alignment and just happened to call this place and they said come in now. I did and I am very happy and thankful I did.

My service advisor was as nice as he could be. He even took time to educate me about tires, price comparisons, quality, etc. However, he had me get an alignment costing over $100. Then, while checking out, he never gave me the read out, but more importantly, he THEN told me I need tires, which would be ANOTHER alignment. The first should not have been done. Finally, one advisor who I have had before, who never seems very happy to be there, was the only advisor I saw not wearing a mask for COVID.

Excellent experience. Mr. Daniel Cunningham was very helpful and provided awesome customer service. My vehicle is new so shouldn't need service for a while. When the time comes I will definitely return. Kudos to Daniel and staff at AutoNation Toyota!

I just starting looking for another car and this was my first stop and my last one. I worked with Patrick and Kathryn who was so wonderful. Really the whole team there was wonderful just amazing. I test drove nissan quest and fell in love with it. It drives so smoothly my kids love it. Like I said i didn't go there with the intent to buy,but they really helped me with financing and they was just wonderful. I have already told friends about them who is looking for a car and I will continue to spread the good news.

We had 6 workers walk right past us without saying a word to us, like we were a ghost they couldn t see. It s one thing to be busy, but to be so busy you pretend a customer isn t standing right in front of you is not okay.

Excellent car buying experience! Just purchased a new 2016 Toyota Highlander LE Plus. I tentatively had a deal put together at another dealer, but they did not have the color/model combination that I wanted. I talked to sales representative Gidget Holmes and found out that they had the model that I was looking for arriving the next day.

I made an appointment and arrived the next evening. After a short negotiation based on some minor option differences on this particular vehicle, we agreed on what I considered to be a very fair competitive price. Both Gidget and her sales manager were very friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful.

We made arrangements to take delivery in 2 days following a bank holiday the next day, and completed the necessary paper work with Solomon in the finance department. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and professional.

The highlander was ready and waiting for us, detailed to perfection. I have bought a lot of cars in my life, but this was as easy and pleasant an experience as I have ever had. If you are looking for a new Toyota, I have no reservations recommending Gidget Holmes, or AutoNation, Thornton Road.

Great experience!. They were courteous and promthe.
I had a 3:45p appointment and they were able to get me in earlier.
I was only there fir a 15,000 scheduled maintenance and I did not have to wait very long.
Better yet everything was coveredoing and I didn't have to pay a dime.
I'm sticking with Toyota because most are reliable and I like the service experience much better than I did the Hyundai Sonata I previously owned.

Chris Brown sold me my 1st new 2015 4Runner about a year and a half ago. He was very professional, had a great sense of humor, and got me the model that I desired. Well here it is 2016 and I've decided to trade my 2015 for another 4Runner. I hopped on the phone and called Autonation Toyota and asked for Chris again. I was excited to learn he was still employed there. I'm a happy customer once again!! If you need a new Toyota and want a salesman that is professional, with a pleasant attitude and not pushy, ask for CHRIS BROWN! I will be back to see you all in a couple years or so. Shout out to Keith and Jeremy of Autonation. I had an appointment with Jeremy but we arrived early. So instead of having us sit around Keith helped us and told us that Jeremy would still get the sale. So he found the right vehicle for my wife and she was happy. I saw a nice car I like so he said I can put you in that one too. It worked out and got credit for a sale as well. I would HIGHLY recommend Auto Nation when looking for a vehicle. The service was top notch right up there with Chick fila..Go see Keith and Jeremy and tell them I sent you.

I have had my 2011 Toyota Venza serviced at AutoNation Thornton Road since 2011. I find their Service Advisors to be straight shooters. My most recent visit was no different. Service Advisor 5755 was respectful and followed CDC Covid-19 guidelines. He was knowledgeable and provided a thorough overview of the invoice. Mr. Addison provided customer service with excellence.

Dwight J Jr from the Lithia Springs location made the process very easy. Dwight explained things to her, so she didn't feel overwhelmed. We're extremely happy customers!

Con Artist! The service department are con artist ...

Con Artist! The service department are con artist and should be charged with fraud! I have taken my car there twice. The first time I spent almost a $1,000. They claimed the fixed a belt and the head gasket cover. A few months later I brought my car in for an oil change. I received a call from the service rep. telling me I needed all these additional services, one of which was the replacement of the belt they previously replaced. I allowed the rep. to go on about how the belt was worn, etc. and then I asked him wasn't that belt just replaced by you guys the last time I was in here. He back pedaled and tried to blame it on tech, saying that they were ones who said it needed to be replaced and how the service wasn't updated in the system! RED FLAG! Because I had another mechanic look at my car after the first time and they told me the belt was not replaced, I took the car back and the rep. assured me it had been and now I'm back a few month later and the tech is recommending that the same belt be replaced! FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES! So, beware this service department is not on the up and up...let me add two weeks before I got took my car in for the oil change had a tune up completed on my car, and guess what, they said I needed a tune-up also. Con-Artist!

This last experience with Toyota was horrible. I took my car in for scheduled service. Dexter was the tech that worked on my car. I leave the dealership to head home and I noticed my car smoking out my rear view mirror, I proceed to switch lanes and my engine starts shaking I almost caused a car accident which would have resulted in myself and my 4 year old passenger pinned between 2 tractor trailors on 20W interstate. By this time all my check engine lights are lit up saying check oil add oil to vehicle. I manage to make it back to the dealership where they blamed the incident on a faulty filter which resulted in all my engine oil spilling out. To add insult to injury the service manager gave me 3 free oil changes and a free tank of gas. Let s keep in mind I drive a brand new 2020 Camry that s under warranty and already gets free oil changes. So basically he gave me a free tank of gas for not losing my life on I-20, 3 days before my 40th birthday. Thanks Toyota. Upon leaving I was assured that my car was fine. Now I m experiencing acceleration issues, a hesitation when going from 1st to 2nd gear if I m on the highway and take my foot off the pedal I can feel the engine stall. Just great. Thanks again Toyota.

GM - My experience with AutoNation Toyota by far has proven "twice" to be horrific. Monday, July 13th, I received a Final Recall Reminder for my 2013 Toyota Avalon. I called the AutoNation Toyota, Thorton Road to set an appointment. I was told that I would receive a call back the next day from a recall representative to set the appointment. I did received that call the following day to set the appointment for the recall and oil change on Wednesday, July 15th.

I arrived at my appointment a half hour early, with no expectations because I was early. A service advisor asked my name, look me up in the system, asked me to standby while he located my service advisor. Let me just say that my service advisor was not very welcoming and his customer service are skills null and void. ZERO! To much to tell.

Issue:
After leaving the dealership I felt uneasy about my experience and the service I received. After running errands and heading to work I looked to see when I should schedule the next oil change. I notice there was no sticker. I said to myself, maybe the technician forgot to put the sticker up there. But my gut told me something different. I made a conscious decision to check the oil in the car and discovered that the oil had not been change and was low. At this point I'm livid. The customer service is bad and the service I'm paying for, was not done. This neglect can cause severe damage to the engine of my car. This treatment is absolutely unacceptable.

History:

Some months ago (last year), I came in for a routine service oil change, tire rotation etc.., minor things that don't take a days work. Because there is no courtesy shuttle, I informed the service advisor that I would have to Uber or Lyft to work but as soon as the car was done, to call me and I would come right away to pick up the car. He NEVER called. The next day, he still didn't call. I called to ask what was going on, he said, "oh your car was ready yesterday." I asked why didn't he call, no real answer. I told him that was very inconsiderate and disrespectful. When I arrived to pick up my car, he looks at me as if the issue at hand was my fault. Once again, I shared with him that he was very inconsiderate. He then said, "I'm sorry, I'll take $10.00 off your total bill." I told him then, it's not about the money and you're completely missing the point. Frustrated with him and the I paid the services and left vowing to never come back.

This is our 2nd purchase from AutoNation in Lithia Springs and again, I am a satisfied customer. I just purchased a 2018 Toyota Camry XLE from this dealership and I am extremely happy with the entire process. Zenobia was my sales person and Lamar was the Manager. They didn't have the color I wanted at first, but they came through for me and I am so happy. She was friendly, professional and concerned about the details and Lamar gave me a great deal! We will definitely be going back for our next Toyota!!!

What felt like a very friendly and positive experi...

What felt like a very friendly and positive experience turned out to be quite negative.
I came in to have a key programmed. While I was successfully able to program it myself to start the car, I had not been able to get the buttons and keyless entry to work, so I came here to get professional help.

I waited 2.5 hours and at the end of that wait was told that they were unable to get the keyless function to work, even though they "tried everything." They told me a key purchased from them would be guaranteed. I was charged for this service to cover the tech's time.

I went ahead and ordered a key from them and planned to return to get the new one programmed (for another $405).

Last night I tried again to program the same key they couldn't get to work. After a couple tries I was able to get it to function fully. The entire process took about 10 minutes.

With this in mind I am utterly baffled by what was being done in the 2.5 hours I was waiting. I do not understand why I was charged for this when nothing was accomplished and when fixing was apparently possible.

Right now I'm glad I spent just $70 instead of $475, but I wish they would make it right.

Upon arrival my service representative was very helpful and although I was told by him it was a 2 hr job instead of the 50 minute the call service told me, he still had me out of the in an hour! I was very pleased with his understanding of my time.

They crushed my wife Toyota, lef the driver seat and panels all with oil. We have to fight with the manager to get us a rental and we have to pay a deposit from our own pocket. And a just "I'm sorry you get a free oil change" was the response from the manager.
Worse Toyota dealership maintenance in the entire USA. Don't go there, avoid the place if you can.

The Manager Collin Rundel was extremely rude and would not honor the price he quoted. He initially tried to sell me a lower priced model from the one that the price was quoted on. Then when I wouldn't accept that he refused to honor the price. However, I did have the pleasure of dealing with two awesome sales men Elias and Kamone who tried to rectify the situation but in the end I chose to take my business else where.

After having the worst experience in car shopping, I had almost given up and said whatever to cart shopping. I NEVER leave reviews (but always read them). I did my search for the car I want and the search brought me here. THANK YOU INTERNET GODS!!

KEVIN ECHOLS was the greatest. Extremely professional, very honest and told me what I could and could not afford with no money down. Only a 2001 Ford Focus trade in. He throughly explained to me all the steps, what credit scores are being used and how the banks work. From purchasing my first car from a buy here pay here. Kevin made the second aka first real purchase stress free, professional and personal. I'll definitely be back and sending people your way!!!

I was at this dealership yesterday afternoon wanting to see the Toyota SUVs and when I walked in with my 1 year old laying on my shoulder I was passed off at the door and was not even greeted.
I walked around the showroom and parking area outside for OVER 30 MINUTES and didn't even get a second glance from anyone. There were plenty of sales reps and managers standing around they just. Chose to ignore me. I don't know if it's because I'm young or because they didn't think I could afford a vehicle on my own. But I will definitely not be going back. I will make the drive to my normal Toyota dealership in LaGrang from here on out. I've bought my last 3 vehicles there and after yesterday I will continue to do so in the future. I do not recommend this dealership.

The service advisor worked with me to bring my car in to have a recall taken care of. Since I am a senior citizen and was practicing social distancing and wearing a mask, I was concerned when I was told that they were not wearing masks. However, they made adjustments as for as social distancing and the service advisor did wear a mask when checking me out, which I appreciated.

I would have loved to have given a higher rating, the original experience was great. However, I bought a Toyota pickup truck from the Toyota dealership. I did not check to see if the tailgate latched. And when I went to use it less then a week later, it was locked. I headed to the dealership to see about the other keys since the single key I had didn t work it. I was told to go sit as a child. I was talked to as a child by the staff and management. The simple fix could have been to just cut the 10$ key. Since they are a Toyota dealership. When the manager came to talk to me he insisted that I just go see a locksmith instead. Like I just got a truck I shouldn t have to go see anyone else for my keys. I spent my hard earned money which they are all to happy to take but afterwards the customer service is very dismissive.
The paper work for the finance department was very easy to complete. Yet my job doesn t allow me to get home as often as I would like. I had to send it to the personal number of a team member who after receiving brushed me off on several attempts to make sure everything was good with the paperwork, so I had to physically go in to verify that it had been received. Where I was told that he was talking and I needed to sit when we were standing and talking. Being dismissed as if I was a child after you had no problem smiling and taking my money was quite rude.
So In short take your money elsewhere, they were great to start but customer service is severely lacking.
The sales guy was great, but more concerned with being in his phone and dealing with personal matters of his because he already had the sale. And after the test drive did bare minimum on paperwork or anything else.

So my sister and I, who are 22 & 20 respectively, came to purchase a car from Toyota. Mamadu greeted us as soon as we walked in, & diligently worked with us the whole time. He showed us a different option when we couldn't find the car we originally wanted, he showed us all the features on the car he helped us choose, then we went for a smoothe test drive. Once we saw the car note for the month we realized it was too high, but then he knocked the price down for us as well, amazing! Mamadu is a great car salesman & is knowledgeable about the business he's working in, he did a great job & I would highly recommend him to anybody that is purchasing a new car! Thanks Mamadu!

I recently purchased a Tacoma . I had a very good experience. Zachary was my sales Rep. He did an outstanding job getting me the perfect truck. He was very patient, helpful answering all my questions. Team did not have the truck I want it in the lot that day, but they manage to get me the perfect truck from another dealership at no cost. My family and I have purchased about 9 cars from these dealership. I see them as family now. The receptionist Dora is outstanding, greeted me and treats me great every time. I have bought a few cars in my time, perhaps 5 or 6. The last Toyota I bought served me well until I finally traded it at AutoNation Thornton. Kevin Echols is Top Shelf when it comes to Auto Sales. I highly recommend asking for him and if you cannot get him in the moment ;Wait for him. It will be well worth your time and money to get excellent service and make a new friend in the process.

Junior Vallejo is the man!!!
He was very knowledgeable, and genuine. He walked us through the entire process and went above and beyond our expectations in ordering the exact model and options we wanted. He was patient and answered every single question we had. His follow-up during the weeks was outstanding. During the delivery Junior Vallejo went over everything clearly and even went out to the vehicle with us to give us a "tour" of the vehicle. They made the whole process easy and enjoyable! Tim, the finance manager "The Dawgs Fan" was also helpful in documentation process.

3+ hour wait for 40k mile maintenance, oil change and tire rotation with appointment and two recall fixes. No explanation or check-in's. Asked for truck back at two and a half hour mark and still haven't got it back. Service manager tells office associate that "they are getting bumbarted with cars with no appointments", could have sworn that is the business they are in. Would not recommend or return.

It was our first time here the sales person who helped us was really nice super helpful and tried his best to explain everything we needed to know , the second time we went into the dealership and literally NO ONE came up to us to see what we needed help with I had to look for someone keep in mind there were workers there watching a basketball game I had to go up to a worker that was just sitting down and even then when I ask for help looked annoyed that I interrupted . I don t know if I want to recommend this place it s on my list of don t though .
