Having searched on-line and at physical car dealers in the area, my searches kept bringing me back to AutoBahn USA. Heading up there to view and eventually purchase my Q5, the whole experience was positive. Luis worked with me from start to finish -- purchasing price, financing, and warranty were all covered with expertise and ease. Typically a pessimistic consumer, I was even highly satisfied with the customer service and advice I received about 6 weeks after my purchase when I had to bring my car back-in for a quick check-up. All the folks at AutoBahn have been great, but Luis has really lead the way for me in making this a positive experience. Next time I'm in the market for a car, I will definitely re-visit AutoBahn.
