Got my dream car ... 2017 BMW 340ix with the "very rare" manual transmission. Positive and honest experience all around. Fabricio (sales) and Chad (finance) made all go smoothly. I want to give special thanks to Anthony, the General Manager. Here's why:
After driving home that night (70 miles away), I had what I thought was a mechanical issue but it was just my lack of knowledge about the complex car computer. (for the car geeks: I wanted to turn off auto rev matching and the owners manual doesn't say how because it virtually ignores manual transmissions). It was evening and Anthony happened to get the call from me. He offered to meet me half way between us, the next day. He didn't have to do that.
When we met, he jumped in the drivers seat and explained that he did some research the night before and learned more about the function. We drove around, he explained what he learned, and showed me exactly what to do.
This is what real customer relationship building is! It's not about birthday cards and email spamming; it's about being there when the customer needs you and going the extra mile ... literally. Thanks. I'll remember.
