My old car was recently totaled so I needed to buy a car and I needed it as soon as possible. I knew I wanted a BMW 328i X-Drive and I had visited a couple other places before stopping at Autobahn USA and I wish Autobahn was the first place I visited, their selection of vehicles was incredible, they were all in beautiful shape, had low mileage and were very competitively priced. I was looking specifically for the Sport Line 3 Series because it has some nicer features than the base model 3 series and it just looked nicer. Shannon Stewart approached me in the parking lot while I was looking outside and she was very nice, she said they had a couple Sport lines available and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles they had in stock. She showed me my options and took me around the parking lot to look at the 3 they had in stock. She put no pressure on me to look at anything I wasn't interested in which was great. Once I settled on a car she grabbed a plate and we went for a test drive. The negotiation process was very smooth and wasn't high pressure at all. When I showed up the following Saturday to pick up the car they had it detailed, registered and ready to go. The whole experience with Shannon and the staff at Autobahn USA was very pleasant and this was probably the most relaxed and inviting car buying experience I have been through. I would highly recommend buying a car here and requesting Shannon Stewart specifically.
