Take into consideration when they make the sale more appealing by offering the 2 complimentary oil change pkg. What s the point of a complimentary oil change when you have to wait for 1-1.5 hours? Service that could ve been completed within 15-30 mins elsewhere. Time = money, that s all I m saying.

We took out car to service for a leak, turned out there was a TSB for the leak, and it was fixed under warranty. There was some confusion by our service advisor about the repairs, and he ended up telling us repair information for another vehicle. Were not sure how that confusion happened, bit it did. For his sake, I wont name him here, but he was not very proficient, and had no idea what was actually wrong with our vehicle. There was no update on the status of the vehicle during thr time it was being repaired. They released and returned the vehicle without any other info. After returning the vehicle, we received information. That there were other maintenance items that needed to be done. We werent sure why the email was sent after the vehicle was released. I contacted Mark Bailey over service and explained. He rectified everything, and got the vehicle back to get the services done. Top notch customer service on his part. We are really please with how this turned out.
My Infiniti s serpentine belt gave out around 7PM on a Wednesday. As it was after hours and being from out of town I had the tow service bring it to the Austin dealership. I called first thing Thursday morning and talked with Monte - let him know I needed it back by Friday to go home if possible. Monte and the team got me a new belt/pulley installed by Thursday afternoon and I was on my way back to Houston on Friday. Awesome service and communication.
I initially sent an email to find out the price of a black G37 with black interior. We negotiated back and forth and couldn't come to an agreement. I was offered a white one and a red one in place of the black. I declined both colors and said there was a vehicle 2 hours away that I was going to go get instead. Promptly after that I got an email stating that the car I originally inquired about was "on sale" (the stock number was even included in the email). We negotiated again and agreed on a price with a window tint. Perfect! We arranged for my husband and I to leave work early to come pick up the car yesterday. We arrive and were walked out to the car. ...there sat a red car with tinted windows. The car I already said no to. We were told to sit still and he would be right back. He came back and said "good news, the car you thought you were getting is only 10 dollars more a month". I showed him the email where we specifically negotiated the black car I wanted and we didn't even get an apology. It was almost insinuated that it was my fault for the misunderstanding. In the end we left without a vehicle and without an apology.

Went to go get a headlight changed, they wanted to charge me $250 for the headlight, meanwhile all auto parts stores where charging $70 retail price and online it was $50. That was just for the headlight, they wanted to charge another $60 for labor.

Great customer service! They always make you feel very welcomed and go way above than needed by providing extra things while your waiting. They have an awesome waiting area and have plenty of choices from snacks to drinks.
This is literally the smoothest car service experience I ve ever experienced. Easy to get a comparable loaner car if needed, they send you a report that lists all needed repairs (and approve/deny options for the repair work) as well as estimated costs for each. So no cost surprises beyond this point!! Then, when you are ready to pay, you can easily do online. And when you re ready to pick up your car, it s an absolute breeze since everything is paid for. For my most recent repairs, I think I waited a grand total of 1-2 minutes at Infiniti between dropping my car off and pick it back up. Point is, it is FAST. Absolutely stunned by this experience. Wish I had always owned an Infiniti!!

I just wanted to give a shout out to Bryan Unger at Austin Infinity. It was time to retire the Sienna (I literally got teary when we drove away and left her in the car lot ). The Sienna has been a great family car for us and I really was not looking forward to going through what has typically been nothing short of an excruciating process of buying a new car. But this time it was different. Bryan was fantastic to work with. Very patient, honest, and gave us an excellent deal on our trade and the new car itself. We could not have asked for a better experience. If you are thinking about getting a new car, especially an Infinity (which BTW, I love!) then I highly recommend giving Bryan at Austin Infinity a call.
Initial Impressions not very good. Bought a used Infiniti a few weeks ago and noticed a speed dependent vibrations coming through the driver inputs. Scheduled an appointment online through their website with a description of the issue. I drive all the way the dealership for the adviser to tell me they will not be able to look at my car for 4-5 days and there aren't anymore loaners available. I am human I understand those issues. What I don't understand is why they didn't give me a call and reschedule my appointment instead of making drive all the way to the dealership and than telling me in person they could not look into it. Dealer had multiple days to reach out and reschedule. Hoping the next appointment goes better will update review after that experience.
Gave them a chance and they really delivered on service. Did a complimentary valet pick up drop off. Resolved my vibration issue fix a nail in my tire.and rear brakes all for a reasonable price. They also corrected a mistakenly drilled bumper free of charge. Happy with the quality of the work done and convenience of it all
Austin Infiniti was a much better experience than my last three buys/trades. I bought used at a very fair price. They met me on the trade. The process was pleasant, PJ and Ray were professional, and the car was extremely clean (professionally detailed). I came with my own financing and Austin Infiniti was able to beat my rate by a half %. Nice. As a New jersey resident, I researched and compared many vehicles throughout the United States, specifically a qx30 in California, and a qx50 in Florida and in New Jersey as well. I can say with certainty that purchasing this vehicle through Chris Corn at Austin Infiniti was a pleasure. Noteworthy was how Chris listened to and answered all of my concerns with confidence and professionalism. My ultimate decision to purchase the vehicle from Austin Infiniti, was the fact it was a CPO model, it was the interior / exterior color combination I desired, and with all the options available at the time of its manufacture, and the price for this CPO was fair. Other comparable models were running up to $3000 dollars more. The next morning, I had filled the paperwork out online and within 90 minutes I was the owner of this gorgeous 2017 QX50. I flew into Austin On Oct. 14th, and took possession of said vehicle, and had the pleasure of taking it on the road, back home to New Jersey, and enjoyed every mile driving this vehicle. This vehicle was everything that Chris had described it as.

Helpful staff and an awesome waiting room. They will still try and sell you everything, like most dealers, but they seem like they actual care enough to give honest answers to your questions.
I came to the dealership trying to decide between two models and Dana did a great job giving me some space to check things out. He let me test drive both of them multiple times (few times alone) and said take as much time as I needed. Exactly what I'm looking for in a car buying experience!
In addition, I got a great price on my trade in and a great price on a CPO. I had a tint issue from the previous owner and they made sure to make everything good even after the sale.

Days ago I purchased my first Infiniti (q50 Hybrid S) after driving Audi and Lexus for the last many years. I got the car through a broker and had some concerns which I took to Austin Infiniti. Bobby Davis treated me exceptionally well, anticipating my concerns and offering proactive solutions addressing the risks of purchasing through a broker. He got me a loaner car to get me on my way, and my car was ready early the next day allowing me to easily pick it up again on my schedule with everything resolved. Bobby instilled a great deal of confidence in me that my decision to choose an Infiniti was a good one. And while my relationship with Infiniti and Austin Infiniti is only a few days old, its off to a tremendous start.

On a Saturday, after 3pm, with no prior appointment, the team work of Mark Bailey and Bobby Davis Got my car fixed and back on the road. I had just driven up to Austin from Houston on a Saturday when my cars engine light came on and it developed a severe loss of power and a dead miss in one of the cylinders. I certainly didn't expect a dealership to be able, much less willing to take my emergency at the last minute but they did. And I want those who read this to understand that this happened despite the fact that my car was 12 years old with 187000 miles on it and was so dirty I had to let Bobby know the color was silver and not grey when he was checking it in. I was certainly no one special and they certainly weren't hurting for work at the time as they were quite busy. But regardless, I was treated with respect and understanding of the fact that I was 150 miles from where I needed to be come Monday. My hats off to Mark Bailey and Bobby Davis and the whole crew at Austin Infinity. Great work! You've got MY business.

Service departments I've dealt with in the past haven't handled situations like this well and I usually pick up my car only to find out some of my requests weren't completed. But they'll be happy to schedule another appointment for me to bring it in again...
Thankfully this was different! From the moment I pulled up everything was handled smoothly. My service advisor understood what I was trying to accomplish and kept in contact throughout the process. When I came in to pick up my car, everything was complete and ready to go, just as we had discussed. I couldn't believe it. And it was all done so quickly! And with a free loaner vehicle!! I don't think it gets any better than this.

When I began looking for a new car, the only mistake I made was going to Austin Infiniti first. There was no way any other dealership would measure up. I was glad to do business with them.
