The purchase of my car in October was by far the very best car purchase I've made, let alone from a dealer. I contacted them via the website as I saw a used car I was interested in. I shortly heard from the sales manager. By the time I walked in the next evening, the paperwork was done. I test drove the car and decided it was a go. I was out of the dealership in less than an hour, with a fair financing deal and even a great price on the car.

Thank you for such amazing service.

I forgot what it is like to buy a car from a dealer
Waited about 3 hours was going to use Nissan to finance but was told the interest rate would be over 6%. My credit score is very strong. Just disappointed for the wait time and the percentage rate just a little insulting. I was approved by UFCU at 1.99% so I used them.

Can t say enough good things about Round Rock Nissan! These guys are such a class act. They got me into a beautiful car for an amazing price. Zain, Rene, and Robbie are all such wonderful people and I shouldn t leave out there Boss! These guys will work hard to get you what you are looking for at a great price. Service and sales killed it love these guys. This is my second car that I have gotten through RR Nissan and what a pleasurable experience it was. If you are looking for a new car you have to stop by Round Rock Nissan and give them a shot you will not be disappointed. Kudos to Nissan and The entire Round Rock crew! Top notch dealership!! Bravo!!!

Went for a service which included a multi-point inspection and oil change. When I picked my car up, they told me they couldn t wash it because of body damage. Which is fine but I wish I would ve been told during the initial walk around. Also, when I got home, I realized they did not fill the washer fluid. Definitely will not be going back.

It is almost impossible to identity true sales person in car industry.Unfortunately,majority of sales people profile are rude, not care and rush you to buy vehicle.I with higher price.It is all about to sell you the car as soon as you get in the dealer. They dont think about providing exceptional car purchasing experience, creating value and loyalty.

We had an opportunity to meet with Natalie Cox at the delaer.She provided excellent customer service.She exceed our expectation in regards to her professional,friendly and care attitude.She is a great example for other sales assoicates.She definetly created loyalty and value.We purchased Murano from her.We will definetly come back for next time when we purchase another nissan.I highly recommend her.

In addition to that Brandon is a top notch GM.He executes the core values of Nissan'customer service i culture.Lastly,CJ from financing department.He is very nice guy who explains everything detaily.Well done.

Once again, Natalie was our favorite associates at RR Nissan.Thank u Natalie for your excellent Service.

My car stopped on a Saturday when I was getting ready to go out of town with my family
I called and spoke with Mark in service and from that point his customer service was awesome! I was having problems getting my warranty info from Clay Cooley Nissan and didn't know what else to do and Mark helped me through that whole process. Once everything was approved these guys had my car back up and running in no time. Thank you Mark and service team for caring for your customers...

I was very impressed by the responsiveness of Round Rock Nissan. I looked at a vehicle online on a Sunday night. By 9:00 Monday morning, Teale Foster had given me a call to discuss the vehicle and set up a time for me to come in. I was there by 3:00 that afternoon. I was driving out with my new Rogue that evening. Teale did a fantastic job from start to finish. I appreciate the great customer service he gave me.

I had 5 Nissan dealerships bidding over my business on a new Nissan Titan. Round Rock Nissan came in 2nd on price. JJ Parker is the reason the paper tag on the front of my truck says round rock Nissan. Being a very busy man I needed to do most negoation over the phone. Most of the people I talk to continued to hound me to come in to the store or just blew me off thinking I wasn t serious. JJ from the very beginning was super helpful and always called back during negoation very quickly and never once did she have the usual annoyed attitude other salesman did when I countered their offer. She text me the day after the sale to see how I was liking my new truck and to see if I had any questions. She was the difference in where I bought my truck. I will be sending my mom to her in a few months when she is ready for a new car.

I received a call to pick up my plates for my new car! Scott M went above and beyond yet again and delivered excellent customer service. He had my plates put on in no time at all and threw in a car wash! He went over a few additional features that my Rogue has that I had questions on. I highly recommend Scott M to anyone looking to purchase a Nissan.

Very friendly and knowledgable salespeople. Found a small speck on windshield they said had already been repaired, poorly.they offered to look at it friday but I have a doc appt. The quoted price I was ok with but added 299 for tint. It should have been in quoted price. Otherwise is looks and drive great. Renee did a fantastic job

Ali was out of town on vacation and still made the whole process a breeze from selection to upfitting. Great van, great customer service and the easiest process of buying a vehicle I've ever done. For most people buying a car is a fun and exciting...

For most people buying a car is a fun and exciting experience. For me I get anxious about the high pressure sales that you encounter it most dealerships. I was able to find a Nissan Pathfinder online with a clear price for a fair deal so my wife and I decided to check it out. Due to some creative navigating on my part we got lost heading to the dealership and did not arrive until 15 minutes before they closed. When I walked in Justin Chavez asked me if I needed help. It wasn't his Department but all the sales people had already left so he took us out on a test drive even after they had closed. When it came time for the paperwork Justin made it easy by distracting my 18 month old daughter with a couple of toy trains. They're straightforward approach and excellent staff means that my next car buying experience will start with them.

I'm almost positive I'll be back again when it's time to buy a new car. I strongly advise anyone looking for a great deal, and a comfortable environment to visit the team at Roundrock Nissan. I wanted to have my Murano serviced & went online to schedule a time. I was pleasantly surprised that they could actually see me the same day. I went in & was greeted by friendly staff. They took my car back immediately & got started. The waiting area is comfortable with coffee, bottled water, soda, & snacks available. They washed my car before finishing up. Great staff & service.

I had previously given Round Rock Nissan 5 stars however in the month I have had my Pathfinder I've taken it in about 3 to 4 times for the check engine light. They have kept it for 3 to 4 days and return it to me with the same problem. My husband and I purchased this 0 miles 2017 vehicle for the sole purpose of not having this or any type of issue with it since he works all day and I'm with our kids. This defeats the purpose of us buying a brand new car. I used to love the service there too but now its the worse. The advisors don't even acknowledge you. They check you in and make you stand there like an idiot without saying a word to you. This evening when I took my truck again the advisor even told enterprise (they had to call Nissan because the request for a car for me wasn't even in) that he didn't even know I had gotten picked up from them already. Yeah ofcourse he didn't because he left me there standing with my 3 kids while he completely ignored me.

great services and great customer service, all staff are nice and friendly and let you know that they can take your car in and won't deny your services. their amenities are great, good to relax in waiting room with a nice cup of hot tea or coffee, plenty of cold bottled water.

My experience with the Dealer was not good specially after the purchase of the vehicle I found flaws and I tried to return it an hour after the purchase was done I couldn't do it. I ended buying a $1,500.00 expencier car because they don't had the same one to change it. But my main concern is privacy. These people shares your personal information with a lot of companies. If you buy a car there get ready to receive tons of "surveys"

Wish they spent more time trying to find that phantom squeak. Tightened the antenna and said that was probably it, but it's an interior squeak around the passenger airbag. The squeak still there. I know it's not a priority for the dealer to fix, but something that drives the driver nuts should be important.

James is the coolest! The technicians never pressure me into getting unnecessary services or upgrades (although my car desperately needs it - I m just poor.) I like that they re so communicative and that they wash my car for free when it s looking especially grimy.

Had a pretty good experience at the round rock nissan service department. They let me bring in my own parts and honored coupons I had sent to my email. The actual work took a little longer than quoted, but overall a good experience.
