Troy Johnson is the best salesperson I have ever had experience with. He is very knowledgeable, super smart on the vehicles and he is about as honest as it gets. Troy is really nice and does not wast a minute of your time. I will not buy a vehicle from any other person. The vehicles are high quality and priced right. The dealership is nice and low key and low pressure, but Troy is the real reason to buy from them. If you like the cars, ask for Troy and it will be the easiest purchase you will make.

The Service Manager that takes care of me is Chris Hamm, I am a car guy and so is Chris. We speak the same language and I trust him to do what is right by me and my cars longevity. I know that my car and my wife's car is going to be taken car of for many more thousands of miles because Infiniti of Austin and Chris is the only place who are going to be servicing and maintaining my car.

I preferred to visit Nissan Cedar Park for general maintenance which is close and this time I had to visit Austin Infiniti to fix engine maintenance light. They provide great service without charge and loaned in house QX60. I had no problem with my daily work with loaned car and my QX56 returned to me after fix of the issue after one day!

I went in for an upgraded heat exchanger my first time and it was a great experience. I've gone back to have other AMS parts installed and I am very happy with the staff and the work that has been done to my car. Kris who worked on my car has a lot of knowledge and had a great chat with him. Briana my service tech was awesome as well. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I wanted to update my post from a few years back as I recently turned in my 2015 Q50 lease and replaced with a 2018 Q50 Red Sport. I couldn't have been more happy with the service that Dana and the team provided. They were very transparent and honest and got back to me quickly with any questions I had. Furthermore, Lauren did a great job make a few customization changes and sent me home with the exact look I wanted. Great job again Inifiniti of Austin making me a happy customer!

Needed a new car and did not want to deal with the normal hassle of car dealerships where you feel like you have to double check every number before the deal is signed. My brother-in-law had an Infiniti and suggested I check out Austin Infiniti. I went to Austin Infiniti and was met immediately by Anthony Raglin, one of the senior sales reps. He immediately told me that he was there to help me find a car and negotiate the deal that worked for me and his job was to help in any way possible. Anthony answered all questions I had but at the same time gave me space to think and did not pressure me to make any decisions.

I felt that Anthony was completely honest about all parts of the deal and after we struck the deal he even when above an beyond and added additional mileage to my lease so by the time I got to the finance department to sign the docs the deal was even better than we had shaken hands on.

Thank you Anthony for helping me get the perfect car for a great deal! I'm loving my Q50.

I came here looking for a used car I saw online and Brad Rowland helped me. He was very attentive and throughout the entire process incredibly helpful. The best experiences I've had buying a car. Yelena Smirnova helped me on the financing department and they were both wonderful. Reccomend coming here!

I would not recommend buying any used car from this dealership. They sold me a car that didn't pass emissions inspection, had me drive it for 2 months without telling me, and sent me home with a computer to try and get it to pass. Last time I checked, it was illegal for a dealership to sell a car that hasn't passed inspection. Not a good look Infiniti.

If you are looking for a new car or used ask for Jon Simmons. He was definitely a great car salesman and I walked out with what I wanted. Couldn t ask for more.

I started the search for my new Infiniti months ago. I live in the Houston area, so I figured finding the perfect car locally wouldn't be a problem. I was wrong. Fortunately for me, though, Austin Infiniti had a perfect match. PJ took excellent care of me - two days after my first inquiry he had my financing handled & paperwork complete. He actually met me halfway between Houston and Austin to finalize the deal - I gave him my old, beat-up minivan in exchange for my glorious, shiny new (to me) Infiniti! EXCELLENT customer service - I highly recommend PJ and Austin Infiniti!!!

Highly recommended this dealer if you want to buy any luxury cars. Honest and straightforward from the start. Took only 10 min to get the price what I want for my my Q50. Fast process and nice staff. I've gone to Infinit in a variety of different capacities now including having my car serviced and buying a car for my wife. I can't recall who I worked with on the buying side, but it was a very easy proceess and the salesperson was honest. I've generally worked with Bobby on the servicing sie and he is nothing but superb - honest, nice and communicates very well. Last time my car was serviced in the summer I was given a loaner that was unfortunately stolen. Bobby and the operations manager Mark were incredibly helpful and had such a positive attitude in helping me out, (I'm not sure I would have been so positive dealing with an idiot like myself that lost one of their cars!) 5 out of 5.

Been going here for 8 years for service and have s...

Been going here for 8 years for service and have still to come away unhappy. Service dept. are great (having worked with Monty, Nick and Lily over the years) and are happy to share advice and recommendations for one of our cars which is very low mileage. Easy to get a loaner car when needed but I'm just as happy to wait when it's something quick in the waiting area that has plenty seating and coffee, snacks, etc. From what I could see they are also taking protections for Covid seriously

I have to say - the service department lived up to...

I have to say - the service department lived up to its name. Had to bring in car for some recall and software update and they gave me a loaner. Between leaving the car and when it was ready I had a serious back issue which left me in bed unable to stand up, sit up or drive. Not only did they bring my car to my house and pick up the loaner, they even filled up the tank. Everytime I leave the service dept I feel like I'm an appreciated customer - but this was way over and beyond - I felt like I was family. Big kudos to all - great place even after the sale.

This was my second real service call for regularly scheduled maintenance. You guys make it difficult to go to 'other' dealerships. I appreciated the explanation of what needed to be done, good atmosphere in the waiting area and of course the speed service. Kudos to Nick Lefebvre for taking care of us.

I had just moved to the Austin area and it was the first time I had shopped for an Infiniti SUV, after having a Mercedes and a Lexus I was intrigued by the Infiniti Q80. From the minute I walked in I was introduced to P.J Garcia one of the salespersons. He is such a kind and very knowledgeable person. I asked him a million questions and never felt pressured. I worked with Kayla, Baleigh and Latoya to add some custom features to bling it up. The financing was effortless. The service department is excellent and does a great job. I wanted some changes and it was met with no problem. The customer service is the best, I truly will never buy a car from another dealership.

2 years ago I called ahead to streamline the car purchase process - it needed to be quick due to a back injury which I explained to them- and they still made me sit and wait and wait and wait (while in pain which they mocked), while the warranty guy, who is a relative of the owners, sat and bragged about how rich he is with oil money. Then MAURICE SCREAMED AT ME ON THE PHONE because the service department was telling me different info than what he did (simple miscommunication), but me trying to understand what was going on with the situation apparently meant he could scream at me.

Then 2 months ago, I used the valet program to pick up my car for these things - inspection, door ding, and my gas tank cover was defective. After ten days of keeping my car they call me and say "so what are we doing to your car?" What was the purpose of making an appointment, giving out all my info, giving out again, giving it out a third time because nobody calls me back, just for it to freaking sit on their lot? THEN THEY TOLD ME TO FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO FIX MY GAS TANK BECAUSE THEIR PAINT DEPARTMENT COULDN"T GET IT RIGHT. I declined because this was covered under warranty! They kept my car for a month! And blamed me for the late service. I still don't know how that was my fault.

The first car I bought from Infiniti was awesome, the sales lady was great. Everything was fast and efficient. My second car experience I was lied to, screamed at, dismissed by Maurice. His hostility towards me was so apparent it was noticed by OTHER PEOPLE. The car buying process from him was the worst car purchase experience of my life. Him screaming, being impatient that I couldn't find the right button to push on the steering wheel while going 70 mph was just another tidbit of his rudeness.

The service department very conveniently doesn't have access to warranties or service contracts so they like to waste more time and spin your wheels so you don't use your warranties. They will ask you your info a million times and transfer you to somebody who sends you to voicemail. And my oil changes are never "an hour".

Infiniti is owned by CAG - Continental Automotive Group. I have had 2 more awful experiences with this brand (a car purchase and car repair). They are owned by a large family who work at all these dealerships. So if they screw you over or are rude to you or waste your time, welp, who cares. You think a family member is gonna get fired?

I purchased a pre-owned Acura TSX from Austin Nissan even though I live in the Houston area. My experience with Austin Infiniti began when I inquired about the vehicle after seeing it online. I was quickly contacted by someone and was connected with a salesperson. I had the pleasure of working with Shawn Knodel. He was willing to work with me over the phone to get to a price I felt was reasonable for me to make the trip. He also offered to pay for my traveling expenses to have a first-hand look at the vehicle.

When I arrived a few days later, I was greeted with kindness and treated like a valued customer, in spite of being from out of town and looking at a used car. I was treated with respect and felt at ease during the process. I would be glad to do business with Shawn and Austin Infiniti again. Thanks.

We needed to upgrade the family car and visited a few other dealerships in Austin and were pretty turned off, pushy reps, wanting to make a deal, one was even at my car door before I could get my son out of his car seat. Went to Austin Infiniti to look around and had the absolute best experience with Jon Simmons who treated me like you would a friend or neighbor. Ended up liking the QX80 then I asked if we could look at some numbers, wasn t pressured or pushed, everything was on my time. Here s where I was expecting the nice guy routine to go away when he tried to upsell me on a bunch of stuff or convince me to get a package I didn t need. Nope. Then I talked about my trade in and was waiting to get offered something way under market. Nope, actually got more then I expected.

Knocked the paperwork out in no time, got an interest rate below my original quote, and walked out paying less then I was ready to for much more car. Can t give enough stars on this review for not only the awesome car that s now sitting in my driveway, but for Jon for being hands down the best consultant I ve worked with. It s great not being sold and getting to buy what you want on your own terms, thanks Jon and Austin Infiniti!

They gave me an appointment for a recall and a few hours after I took in my car they realized that they didn't have the parts. I had to leave the car overnight and wasn't offered a loaner. They should have ordered the parts when we scheduled the appointment.

I got a notification of a needed service by text, approved it then my car was serviced, washed, and ready by lunch time. I continue to be very pleased with the service department at Austin Infiniti. They provovide excellent service and have a customer focus.

I couldn t ask for more then an amazing experience i had at Austin infiniti. Chris Corn was kind and amazing and thoughtful throughout the whole process. Definitely couldn t do it without Raymond and Troy making the transition easy to finish off the purchase. This was my second infiniti from Austin Infiniti and I can t see myself going anywhere else. Highly recommend!

We visit the infiniti dealer last year but did not find anything that fits, until they the 2017 qx60 arrived. We still unsure when we come in but Danny show us the new ones and give us comparison between different packages on the vehicle. The sales experience were wonderful, the product was great and we got our first Infiniti.

I went to Austin Infiniti to purchase a used vehicle that was at their dealership. Even though I was not in the market for an Infiniti vehicle at this time, the salesman and finance staff treated me as if I was buying the most expensive car on their lot. They were very helpful and really made sure that my wife and I were as comfortable as possible during the entire process. I am definitely considering leasing an Infiniti in the near future because of this experience.

As always.... Nick is the best! My car was dead in the garage after a 12 day trip and Nick helped me with roadside and fit me into his busy schedule to replace the battery and look at a few more things I had concerns about. He got me a loaner (which I liked very much) and my car was ready just before rush hour. And, my car looked brand new.

I appreciate the friendliness of the staff and the great care Nick always takes with my and my G37S.
